Each staff is really kind and friendly. Simple and clean room. Not so small room( that is so good). Ned was comfortable for me. It was not soft mat. I like hard one. WiFi was not bad but not so fast. Acceptable condition. Easy to access from central train station, walking distance (around 11-12 minutes). Also tram and bus stops are near the hotel(2 minutes walk). You can easy to get center of city 15-20 minutes by tram D line, Unfortunately, No kettle and no fridge in the room . Paper cups are so small. No microwave and ice machine in the lobby area.

Wir waren über Ferien in Wien und haben uns für dieses B&B Hotel entschieden. Die Einrichtung hat einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal. Frühstück als offenes Büfett, ist sehr abwechslungsreich und großzügig angerichtet. Stadtbahn sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Um die Ecke gab es Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Über das Hotel hat man die Möglichkeit in der direkt benachbarten Garage zu parken. Absolut empfehlenswert, auch für Familien.

On the satnav was unbelievable as it couldn’t tell you was for the hotel 😡found the hotel and it doesn’t have a parking garage which it said it has 😡shopping mall car parking which you have to carry your bags right out of the parking and to the hotel (8 minutes later 😡) worst parking in 3 countries of B&B hotels

We had a one night stay here before flying home. We had a bigger room than expected (not large by any means, but bigger than a previous B&B Hotel 3-bed room). The room was clean and comfy located in a quieter area. Our only problem was with the parking garage. We parked where recommended and gave the hotel the parking ticket to get the discount code; however, when paying at the garage the next morning, we were charged the full 25 Euro (not 13 Euro as it should have been). We had to get to the airport so we left and I figured I'd contact the hotel to remedy this. Unfortunately, they were not able to do anything about it. So, just beware that the parking discount code may not work and have time to deal with it when paying (I guess there's a "customer service" button you can press - though if you don't speak German, I'm not sure you'll be able to figure out what button that is!).

Great rwo nights in vienna, 10 minute walk to train station 5 minute walk to tram Nice breakfast we added on to Two vending machines for some coffee of snacks Rooms clean and very basic We were able to store our luggage after check out Simple hotel and fine!!!!

Beigelegte Handtücher hatten sowohl bei Ankunft als auch beim Tausch fremde Haare. Hotel ist an sich eher ruhig und gut gelegen. Was ich eher nicht empfehlen kann ist das Frühstück, da das Angebot für den Preis dürftig ist.

Hotel noch recht neu. Alles war soweit in Ordnung. Was mir gar nicht gefallen hat war das der Zimmerservice nicht einmal in 4 Tagen gesaugt hat. Die Haare auf dem Badezimmerboden stapelten sich. Wir hatten Silberfischche im Bad und der Geruch im Bad war schlecht.

wir waren bis auf zwei minuspunkte sehr zufrieden...erster minuspunkt sind die zimmertüren...diese gehen mehr als nur schwer auf...müßten mal richtig eingestellt werden...zumal sie auch extremst laut zugehen...dies hat sich leider nachts bei vielen hotelgästen stark bemerkbar gemacht...ist nicht toll wenn man jede nacht dadurch mehrmals geweckt wird...zweiter kleiner minuspunkt betrifft das frühstück...ja es war reichhaltig aber unserer meinung nach nicht grad abwechslungsreich wenn man an 5 tagen immer das selbe zum frühstück hat...

The website had the hotel listed 2 miles from the airport, which id a lie. The hotel is 30 min driving from the airport and will cost you at least 35 dollars. The hotel is very basic does not have even a coffe maker ir refrigerator and is in the middle of no where. It is not worthy, do not book.

We had a few issues. One was I’d sent a request to the hotel requesting high floor quiet room. They provided the high floor but put us facing the train tracks. We were told trains would stop at 11pm and start again 7am - LIE! Contacted Expedia to assist with my concerns and not much was done. Expedia agent accepted the lies the front desk staff member told them. I was told by Expedia that the front desk staff member advised them they will see what they can do for me the next day & guess what, nothing was done. I’ve now checked out, I had little sleep from the train noise. Wouldn’t stay here, staff attitude sucks.

Great hotel! We stay a night to continue our journey to CZ. We were able to walk from the Hbf station to hotel. We got to check in early as well. Front lobby was very welcoming and explained everything. Family room was clean and tidy

Everything was great. Friendly staff,quick and easy check in, comfortable bed,good water pressure, clean room and bathroom. The hotel is a great option if you want to stay close to the main train station. Aldi and Billa are just around the corner. I'd stay there again if I was in Vienna!

War sehr ruhig, fußläufig zum HBF Wien. Wlan war schnell. Einfach eingerichtet, aber war alles top. Für wenige Tage ok, da kein Kleiderschrank! Wir hatten kein Frühstück.

Comfortable hotel. We had a family room which worked well for us. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from hauptbahnhof and easy connections into the rest of the city. We opted for breakfast because it was advertised in the hotel as having plentiful gluten free options. However in reality there were few options. The staff member was very helpful though and brought the food they did have straight from the kitchen to avoid cross-contamination.
