Love the easy access and location and the free underground heated parking! Quick check in - the lobby and public areas were and still are spotless. Room is spacious and exactly what we needed. Pool is simple and well maintained. Hot tub is acceptable temp and has good jets.

We stayed over the weekend and there wasn’t any cleaning in public areas. Around the pool was very dirty and on Sunday the hot tub was full of foam. We told them it was quite dirty and they said there wasn’t a cleaner for the weekends.

Good amenities, especially the gym. Very good for a budget hotel. Staff very nice, underground parking, good breakfast with decent coffee. Only concern is the hotel was hot. Turned heat completely off in the room but still warm. Thermostat in gym read 27 C and you couldn’t adjust.

I had everything I needed in the room including a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The staff were incredibly helpful - from the cleaning staff to the reception staff including Jenna Moon who assisted with any issues or queries I had regarding my stay. The underground parking was very much appreciated during the -30 degree weather w had during our stay. The breakfast was well stocked and had a bit of everything from hot to cold. I was impressed with the stay and look forward to staying there again should the need arise. Thank you to everyone who helped make the stay a successful experience.

Room was good and the bed was comfy. However i went to the pool and there were 12 children in there (approximately aged 13 and under) and i was the ONLY adult there. Management should be more vigilant with this.

Garbage mountain in the garage it was really smelly. In the lobby by the elevators and garage entrance to the elevators was dirty. Not a good appearance for your guests when they get there. I really like the hotel but if that could be addressed it would help

The room had a musty smell, almost like pee coming from floor. There were pieces of human hair in the towels and sheets. The pool and hot tub were disgusting; filth lined the hot tub and there was a lot of hair in the pool. It didn't help with the ridiculously noisy youth team from 6pm to 11pm screaming and banging on the wall next to our room. Despite reporting it to front desk, nothing seemed to happen. Breakfast was ok. Likely won't be coming back

Rooms were clean, given two rooms with blocked windows with concrete walls, after discussion with reception, they reluctantly changed only one room with clear view. Lift was not clean, covered with coffee spill. Garbage pilled up in the lobby ( photos are available). This place is more like a hostel than a hotel. Breakfast was good.

Easy access. And nice hotel. Only complaint was the tub shower. As I went to have a bath and the shower ran during the whole bath. Could not get the shower to stop. And very little water pressure. The room was very adequate and clean!

The interior of the elevators were absolutely filthy as was the area outside the elevator doors on the main floor off of reception. Unfortunately, we were on a floor with at least three rooms of unsupervised older children with no adults present. They were running the hallways, having jumping contests to see who could touch ceilings and light fixtures, knocking on and slamming doors until after 11:00 pm. A call was made to the front desk at about 10:30 pm but it continued well past 11:00 pm. Overall, a very unpleasant stay.

The front end staff was very rude. When I asked for toothpaste, they were very rude and hung up on me. Everytime we called the front desk, they put us on hold right away. They didn’t call us back out of courtesy either. They didn’t clean our room we had to go ask. It was a horrible experience. We will never go back and we will tell others not to go either.

What really made the difference for me was the excellent service I received from the front desk staff. They went above and beyond with helping me amend the dates of my stay. The bed was super comfy and the king room was spacious with a nice lounger. The parking lot is tiny and the stalls are very narrow. If you have an SUV hope to get an end spot.

The staff was the highlight of this property! They were welcoming and accommodating, and they always went above and beyond anytime we needed anything. Whether islt was front desk staff, the maintenance staff, or the housekeeping staff, we were consistently met with friendly service. The only complaint I have, and this has nothing to do with the staff, is that someone was smoking marijuana outside the front lobby and our AC would bring the smell to our room. Otherwise, our room was great!

I flew to Edmonton from Kelowna to have a surgical procedure done. I was extremely anxious about the whole experience. That quickly changed. I arrived in the evening and went straight to my beautiful room, my amazing bed and had a quiet sleep. In the morning I was greeted by your breakfast hostess called Edna. She was amazing. She told me that a lot of people stay at this hotel that have had the same procedure I was about to have and not to worry. She reassured me that I was going to be perfectly fine. What a thoughtful, kind and respectful employee you have in her. Now, onto front desk. Michelle was also so very, very helpful. The snow storm that had accumulated over the night had basically crippled the city and there were no cabs to take me to the clinic. I had no idea how I was going to get there on time. Michelle told be about Uber and that they would get me there faster. She offered to pay for my Uber since I did not have it set up on my phone. I ask you, who does that nowadays? Who goes above and beyond like that? Not many... This hotel is how a hotel should be, I give you all 11 stars. Kudos to Edna and Michelle. You are the best...

Liked the stay in this Hotel. Stayed there few times already, this time stayed for three nights. Hotel is new, rooms are clean, staff is friendly at the front desk. Didn't have a chance to check out the pool sadly, didn't have time for that. Price relatively low compared to other Hotels same category. Breakfast was included, but even though it closes at 9:30 am and we have arrived at 8:45 am, buffet was literally empty and not much food was added afterward. That's the only thing that could've been improved. Over all very satisfied and looking forward to stay there again.

Excellent Hotel. Only challenge- Breakfast person did not want to put more pancake mix in the machine for my grandson as it was close to end of Breakfast time. But 6 more people came for Pancakes once she filled it. Very slow at re-filling the Breakfast pans. And “always” waiting on Cinnimon buns.
