The room was generous and bed comfy. Staff responsive and the family cafe very convenient. We chose the location because it was near the train station, and although it was not convenient to the central part of Naples, we discovered may interesting things on our walks along the way.

When you first arrive, there isn’t a lobby to receive you. However, when they know you’ve arrived, they welcome you with open arms. Contact them to meet you and you will not be disappointed. They are very accommodating. We had a very pleasant stay.

The room was newly updated, and very clean. This is a family business (father and sons), and they were really nice and accomadating. This not quite an apartment and not quite a hotel, so check in was a little confusing. I was contacted about what time I was going to check in because they would have to meet me as they aren't staffed full-time. I showed up at the address given at the appointed time, nobody there. Turns out the link-up location was the coffee bar down the block. I think this should be highlighted. Otherwise, no issues
