Stayed 6 nights in a King Suite, loved every minute! Room was clean and very well appointed, bathroom well lit. Bed was really comfortable and everything worked well. Service was warm, personal and I felt genuinely cared for. Had a couple of spa treatments and they were fantastic! Breakfast buffet could have had more selection and been served faster. This property was located right on the harbor and was convenient to many restaurants. The hotel staff were courteous and friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We made use of the hot tub-felt wonderful after a day of exploring the city. We especially liked the Captain’s Bar and trying a variety of rum and mixers.

Amazing service food and comfortable peaceful surroundings. Very close to downtown city and harbour, ferry terminal shopping bars and restaurants. relaxing environment within an open friendly hotel offering great views . The atmosphere was cordial yet relaxing .comfortable and friendly with emphasis on the spaces within the hotel creating an environment of calm with beautiful colours and creative art decoration and paintings allowing one to feel like there in an Art gallery also the water feature includes the feeling of element,air water space the only thing missing was an eternal flame because eart was represented by the plants .. Clearly the thought gone into the design and layout of the internal space open plan yet separate areas in which to dine relax and enjoy the atmosphere was very special. Outside is almost as impressive with its location enhancing its quality and design in many different ways. I went for a swim in the pool and enjoyed it immensely especially as the weather was not the best it only added to the special location open to the elements yet partly sheltered gives the sensation of being in the ocean but above the ocean with a salt water atmosphere and great relaxing areas around the pool. The gym was next to the pool which looks modern and equipped nicely with the spa sauna and steam room all located on the same floor. Was to good an opportunity to miss sitting in the hot dry sauna looking at the pink quartz wall and impressive bubbles in black marble spar.

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout with attentive staff in all areas. Meeting Beau, a very handsome black lab, in reception was a bonus. Will definitely visit again.

It didn’t met my expectations since the hotel is so costly. We even asked the housekeeping to change the pillowcase as it’s very obvious that what we have is already used by the people who used the room before us. The table is not clean also and a lot of marks that some people just ate there. The phone is not working. When we came they just took the car key from us and they said that they’ll be the one to park we were not informed that they will charge us for valet parking or have us an option for a free parking. For the breakfast, we thought that it is a buffet breakfast but only the bread and juices. So disappointed

It's strange to say, but my stay at the Park Hyatt was just about perfect. The room (superior room with 1 king) was a perfect size and beautiful with a great view and great lighting. The bathtub and walk-in closet were highlights. The food was excellent and plentiful. The staff were extremely attentive and accommodating. I arrived very early in the morning, tired and with several hours to kill. They invited me to freshen up and relax in the spa locker room and hydrotherapy room! Then while having lunch in the Living Room, they texted that my room was ready early. The level of service never wavered. On my last morning, I didn't realize breakfast would start at 7 rather than 6:30, but my ride to the airport was at 7. I interrupted their breakfast set-up and they were SO kind and offered to let me takeaway what was already ready (which was plentiful), and never did I feel I was in their way or interrupting them. I hope to return to Auckland someday and will definitely choose the Park Hyatt again.

Opened in 2020, the hotel is a marvel of modern design. Our spacious 65-square-meter room was not only luxurious but thoughtfully appointed to ensure our complete comfort. Every detail was curated for the enjoyment of its guests. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was impeccable. We're especially grateful to our excellent server, Goff, whose friendly demeanour made our mornings even more enjoyable. The Park Hyatt Hotel is undoubtedly one of the finest establishments we've ever experienced, and it contributed significantly to making our time in Auckland memorable. Without a doubt, I won't consider staying anywhere else on my next visit to Auckland.

The breakfast service was slow. Had to wait for coffee over 15 mins The concierge service was slow to respond. Had a transportation issue from the boat to the hotel. Operator told me they would call me back. I was already at peer. I coordinated cab transportation with the concierge and cabs did not show up. Called several times with concierge Maid service was late This park Hyatt did not meet my expectations.

Fantastic place to be based for any trip to Auckland - whether long or short. Located in a part of the city that epitomises Auckland (ie the waterfront) with the buzz of the Viaduct just a short scenic stroll away. Checking in was slow. They didnt charge the cost of the room till checkout. 2 hours after I checked in, there was a knock on my door and two more times then someone with a key tried to get in. I told the reception about this and they said thats their nightly check. I just dont get how you would check in on someone two hours later.

Such a wonderful stay. All staff were so friendly at all times. Nothing was a problem for any staff member. You could have forgiven them for being all focussed on the All Backs staying there but this was not the case at all. We had the best room service ever experienced in any hotel. Speedy service with hot wonderfully tasting food.

I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Auckland and had a terrible experience. On the checkout date, a random hotel staff member barged into my room without knocking while I was in my underwear. This was a complete violation of my privacy and left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, all they did was apologize and offer no compensation or effort to make things right. This was a major disappointment and made me feel very unsafe in the hotel. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel if they value their privacy and safety.

The venue is located around the harbour port in Auckland. Room was massive had everything that would need during the stay. Lots of dinning options at the hotel but also around the hotel as well if you did not want to eat at the hotel. Ferry terminal was around 5mins walk from the hotel so was very close by. It is a bit of a walk to the CBD but still not to far. Staff was very friendly and so helpful during the stay.

We were very disappointed with the Onemata restaurant as we had booked here specifically to enjoy the chef’s service but were asked about what we don’t eat,we stated ham but still they brought bacon with Scallops so this was not good enough.
