Everything was wonderful! The staff at check-in, the spacious lounge area and breakfast space. The terrace was beautiful and the snacks, wine & beer on tap had a great assortment. Everything was clean and the the whole place has such a fun vibe. We will definitely book here again.

The common areas such as the breakfast eating area, the self-serve wine/beer bar and the outdoor terrace were very nice. On Friday and Saturday we hung out there for a while and enjoyed the nice weather. Would have liked the terrace to be open later but not a big deal. At check-in we were warned the the parking is public so on weekends our spot could not be guaranteed. We heeded the advice and left our car in the garage and took public transportation or Uber. The bus and trains are very close so we bought a 3 day CTA pass which gave us unlimited bus and EL access.

Rooms are nice,clean. Only ? Weird thing is pool isn't even 4 feet deep. We are all 5 10 - 6 '4. It's useless to us. I don't seem that it says that in the posting. Otherwise,good location. Helpful staff

Got this hotel because of the pool and seemed nice but this is the first time I stay in a hotel with my family and pool is extremely cold I asked staff and they said that pool is always cold ? Would not recommend for kids !!!!

pool water was almost cloudy so we didn't get in and they didnt sell toothpaste which i feel is an amenity hotels should offer in their convenience store, other than that, beautiful views, peaceful and friendly staff

I love this hotel’s location. Staff is friendly and helpful. The garage attendant is a great guy! This stay there was a wedding going on at the hotel, the parking garage was full and there were noisy children and people everywhere. Understandable but still bothersome. Also the room was not as clean as other times. There was debris and other trash under the beds and the shower had a bunch of hair stuck to the wall. I regret staying there this particular time.

We LOVED our room. It looked out over the city (Chicago is really beautiful and lights up at night especially). The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. The free breakfast was a nice bonus. I was in town for the Chicago marathon and it was really convenient for the race as well.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is something I've found in several Hampton Inns I've stayed at recently--the sliding bathroom door. The one in our room was heavy and hard to close. Whoever designing the rooms thought this was a good idea should re-think this idea!

The room was comfortable and clean. I could hear conversations through the wall, but it was otherwise quiet. The staff (kitchen and cleaning) was super friendly, but their front desk personnel didn’t give the same vibe. The free breakfast was better on my first day than it was on my second day. I am vegan and found that I had very limited options on the second day (they didn’t even have their usual cut fruit set out). The first morning was nice and there were a lot of options for me. I also enjoyed the gym while I was there. I was the only guest in there at the time, so that was even better! I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was a nightmare. We arrived at 1:30pm and our room was not ready, but guaranteed ready by 3pm. We waited in line for 25 minutes to find someone to take our luggage to the storage area. We came back at 4pm and no rooms were ready yet. We waited in line behind 7 sets of people checking in, and we were told this when it was our turn. Yet, they were giving rooms to some of those folks in front of us. I assume, perhaps erroreously that this was because we booked thru a 3rd party...however, we reminded the staff that we are Hilton Honors members. Long story short, we were delayed gettting to our concert, and missed the first couple of songs, as our clothing was in our suitcase. Very understaffed, and not able to meet minimum standards.

Every staff member I encountered was so kind. We got early check in to our room, and the breakfast buffet was delicious! Next time I come to Chicago I would definitely choose Hampton Inn again!

The concierge desk worker was a nice and helpful lady named Diamond. I didn't have my confirmation number, but she was able to find it through the expedia website. I don't know what her wage is, but she deserves a raise.

The staff went above and beyond. The only thing was folks smoked in non smoking areas. Not the hotels fault. I loved it. They were even done with breakfast service but managed to find me coffee. Seriously the best staff in town!

The worst experience I've ever had with hotels. My flight got delayed, so I arrived late, by that time they canceled my stay for all days. When I confronted they, they said it's their policy and nothing can be done. They also charged me for one night. Absolutely horrible

Clean, spacious, quiet, safe, and in a great location for a long weekend trip to Chicago. Loved the access to Fulton Arts and the public transit. Appreciated being able to check in a few hours early as well. Only downfall was the pillows. They are extremely thin and uncomfortable, still a great experience though!

The breakfast buffet was underwhelming. Foods were quite plain and the same things every day. Waffle area was messy. Some variety and better tasting foods would be nice at a hotel in this price category. The tables and floors in breakfast area were not cleaned fast enough, personnel couldn’t keep u it seemed. Food area is small and gets congested easily.

Location was great. Parking situation was great but expensive. Room was comfortable and we loved the amenities in the bathroom. The two days we are allowed to visit the nicer breakfast, it was great, but the last day was terrible as the people on the Hampton side get a worse breakfast than the people on the Homewood suite side.
