Rayz Eiffel

El hotel me pareció muy caro para lo que fue! Los cuartos súper pequeños, no tienen servicio de hotel apenas y tienen resección y están de 8 a 12 si llegas en la madrugada y no sirve la tarjeta no sé qué pasaría ya que la mía no fallo.

Convenient location, very clean, nice staff, and a stunning view from the rooftop patio. We will be back.

Great small hotel. Close to Eiffel Tower. We had a 2 bedroom for our family. Elevator is a bit slow but other than that it was great.

Clean, cozy. They bring breakfast to the room cause they have no restaurant. Close to Eiffel and everything. Have a nice roof top cafe.

The Rayz Eiffel Hotel was a perfect place to stay in Paris. The room had a view of the Eiffel Tower being displayed in all its beauty, lighted and sparkling in the evening sky, viewable while lying in bed. The room was very pleasant and well maintained. The hotel is one block away from Rue Clair, a charming market street in Paris and the Metro which gives you easy access to all of Paris. The Eiffel Tower, Rodin Museum and Napoleon’s Tomb are all within a 15-minute walk. There was a significant negative, however. The only elevator in the hotel failed on a Friday afternoon and although a repair was attempted Saturday, the repair could not be completed until some time Monday, 48 hours later. Access to our room on the 5th floor required ascending and descending 100 steps on a very narrow spiral stairs. This was a challenge for aged 80 individuals with leg/knee problems especially after walking miles to get to museums and through the museums. The narrow stairs would only permit a single file either up or down the spiral steps. Repair of the elevator was scheduled for Monday, the day we departed (0700) in the morning. We were offered a room on the lower floors, but we declined because we came for the view offered by our upper floor room. The staff was courteous in making the offer and suggesting they could handle our luggage on Monday morning. There is no excuse for the owner/manager of the hotel not to have in place a maintenance contract to repair a failed elevato

Our room was ready though we were early. All the staff was super friendly. The hotel was a boutique hotel and didn't have a restaurant but was near several and metro was around the corner. The rooms were very updated and we had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Never heard any other guests. It was super quiet. Rooftop lounge provided great views!

Hotel was adequate for a couple days in Paris. Location not far from Eiffel Tower. No amenities in hotel but rooms were fine and the morning pastries delivered to the room was nice. There is a grocery store around the corner for any supplies that you might need.

TL;DR Nice boutique hotel, but the lack of overnight staffing of the front desk is a safety concern for this solo traveler. Overall, this is a nice boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. The rooms are very beautifully appointed (dark and moody if that's your thing) and quite large in my opinion (although take that with a grain of salt as I primarily travel to NYC and Miami), and even come with a kitchenette. The location is superb, just around the corner from Rue Cler. The street that the property is on is very quiet; I'm a very light sleeper, but with the blackout curtains and quiet road, I required neither my earplugs nor my eyemask to get 8+ hours of sleep every night. My only concern is that the front desk is not staffed overnight (from midnight to 8 or 9 am). As a single woman traveling alone this was of particular concern. There is a disclaimer regarding a "limited-hour front desk" under property details, but I was unaware of this until after my arrival (perhaps this is customary for boutique hotels in Paris or continental Europe in general, but as a frequent traveler in large US cities, I have not previously encountered this). Having known that now, I would not book this property again.

The hotel was faultless in every way. The rooms were spotless, the location fabulous and the staff very courteous and helpful at all times. The rooftop was a particular bonus with fantastic views of the Eiffel Tower. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was very clean. Good location close to metro. And Rue Cler a minute walk with cafe’s chocolate shops, supermarket and more.

Room smelled stale and musty like a gym locker room.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the location of the hotel is fantastic! The fact that they bring you breakfast to your room every morning was a really lovely touch. The cleanliness of the rooms, though, left something to be desired. Our first few minutes in the room, I dropped my razor on the floor in the bathroom and when I picked it up, it had a large clump of long blonde hair. Neither of us Is blonde! There was not the correct number of utensils, i.e. one fork, one knife and two teaspoons? The single knife was covered with something sticky from the previous tenant! One night we came home late only to find that, although the bed had been made, there was a tray of rotting food on the table?!? I truly hope the hotel looks at this review and does something to inspire their cleaning staff to do a better job.

We enjoyed our stay. The only concern was the smell of the room. Sewer gases coming out of bathroom shower made it smell really bad most of the time. Otherwise a great property.

No water as promised each day. Cleaning wasn’t good and products left behind in room. No hair dryer. No breakfast provided even though we paid for it. No way to call downstairs so we walked down each time and got an attitude for each issue including not even having soap in a hotel room and they over charged us but are giving a hard time about the refund

Need to clean the rooms better lots of heavy dust everywhere in the room

Great location and area. Easy access to Eiffel Tower area and a nice coffee shop just down the street. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We felt the room, for the price, was lacking. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the shower door was completely off the rail/not functioning normally. We did like that it was quiet and the light food for breakfast was good. Just croissants and meats and cheese.

I felt it was a little expensive for the size of the room but i know that’s part of the location. The staff was great they were all really polite. We loved the breakfast we got every morning! My only gripe is that there was a lot of mildew in the shower which grossed us out it felt like it was never cleaned properly but other than that the room was clean.

I booked this place primarily due to the location, just 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, and the need to just have a nice bed for the night as we'd be out all day sightseeign and eating at the local restaurants, so we did not need any hotel facilities such as bar of restaurant. The room was well equiped with a small kitchette, so great for storing drinks and food for snacks etc. (there was a supermarket a few yards away) The blackout curtains worked too well - 1st day we overslept till noon !!! Made sure to set alarms after that ! Very polite staff at the front desk. Would return again.

We had an excellent 2 week stay at the Rayz Eiffel. The area is very convenient and safe and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the Ecole Militaire metro station.The room was a decent size for Paris and had a kitchenette which was very convenient.The only drawbacks were the room was very dark even with all the lights on and the bathtub was difficult to get in and out of for an older person.We would definitely stay there again.

This was an excellent location for a short Paris trip and the kitchenette and balcony were excellent to have. The roof terrace view of the Eiffel Tower was a bonus!

Loved the location and the balcony with a its view of the Eiffel Tower. We were not expecting anything more than a coffee maker and fridge so pleasantly surprised by the dishes and cutlery, microwave, induction stove and frying pans. Didn't use most of it but they could be a nice addition for a longer stay.

The hotel was wonderful. Our balcony room had a picture perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. Very close to the metro and wonderful cafes and local places nearby.

Compact, efficient, and well-maintained rooms.

A very good choice near the Eiffel Tower, the view from the room cannot see the Eiffel Tower, but it is viewable from the roof. A lot of tourist shops and many food options as you get closer to the Eiffel Tower (about a 15 minute walk). Close to the Metro and a very good option for two people. The A/C is not super strong, but overall would recommend!

Great option. We received an upgrade to a corner room which was wonderful however the room was small so I imagine the other rooms were even smaller. Breakfast is limited and only comes to your room vs having a proper dining space. Nice location and the staff was very helpful and friendly

Stayed on recent visit with my daughter. Had a wonderful room with a balcony which made our stay. Take the time to go to rooftop at night for a fabulous view of the Tour Effel. Location is close to Metro and a walk to all landmarks. 2 mins from Rue Cler - making a perfect spot to sit on a Terrasse and enjoy wine and cheese each day. The hotel is small with smaller rooms that could use some refresh. That said , clean and comfortable with great staff. Highly recommend room with Balcony. Highly recommend

Friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, excellent location. Frony desk inadequately staffed- guests often waiting for help, we waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive to check us in- shower drain was clogged. Construction adjacent to building during business hours in June ‘25.

This was the perfect place for us to stay during our visit to Paris! It was close to many of the sites, and just a couple minutes walk to the subway station. The location was fantastic with an idyllic Paris street just behind it, with multiple markets, cafes and a boulangerie. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was large by Paris standards. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay! Conveniently located in the city just a few short blocks to the Eiffel Tower, and 1 block to the metro. The staff were kind and helpful! Being able to check in early and/or hold on to bags was so helpful for travelers with varying arrival/departure times.

The front desk staff who welcomed us was so kind and helpful. She made our stay wonderful. The last day as we had an early am flight the gentleman up front had our breakfast items sent up earlier than usual. We will be back and stay there again.

Excellent staff, we arrived not a little early, HOURS early and they let us in the room with no questions no fuss. I can remember the name of the guy at the front desk but he was awesome. Definitely staying here again.

Wonderful and kind staff! They let us drop our luggage early and store it, then even took it to our room for us while we were out sightseeing. The room was beautiful and clean and even had a little kitchenette. I wish we were able to stay more than just the one night. The view of the Eiffel Tower was beautiful!!

場所は最高です。 隣のピザ屋さん美味しかった。もう一つ隣に飲食店があったけど毎日人が並ぶほどだったので、おそらく人気店なのでしょう。 徒歩2分のところに地下鉄があり、バス停も3分くらいのところにあります。 スーパーも地下鉄の真ん前にあり ブーランジェリーも数件ありました。 タバコ屋さんもホテルの2軒先にありますよ。笑 エッフェル塔へは徒歩で15分くらいと、思ったより歩きましたがパリは散歩も楽しいのでいいでしょう。 基本的に静かで落ち着いた地域なので良かったです。シャンゼリゼやオペラといった賑やかさやアクセスの抜群さはないけど、エッフェル塔が近くて落ち着いていることを考えるといいと思います。 部屋は家族3人では十分でした。 2Fがロフトでベッドがあり、トイレもあります。 1FはテーブルとTVとソファがあり、洗面シャワールーム・トイレがありました。 入口入ってすぐにキッチンがあり、IHコンロとシンクがあり、冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあります。最初からフライパンと食器類、カトラリーもあるので良かったです。 1Fの部屋だったので、縦長の大きい窓を開けると外の路地になってます。たまに車が通ったり、人も通りますが全く気にならなかったです。窓からの雰囲気もなんとなく良かったです。 室内の照明は少し暗かったかな？妻が化粧するのに少し困ってました。 シャワールームの扉が使いずらかったです。 冬なのでシャワーだけだとちょっと寒かった。 室内のテーブルがガタガタしてて、直そうかと思って裏を見たけど、六角レンチを持ってなかったので断念。スタッフに言えば言えば良かったんだけど、数日だから特に言わなかった。 スタッフの対応は良かったです。 タクシーの手配も一回してもらいました。 エントランスに入る前にオートロックの番号を押すかレセプションにコールしなくては行けないのが、私がちゃんと理解しておらず少し手間取りました。

They did not offer me breakfast.

We thought the location was perfect and right beside a well known Kozy cafe. They had an adapter needed for my hair appliances. The front desk people were friendly. We would skip the breakfast option next time, there were just coffee pods, not a carafe of fresh brew, and the ham was cold meat. The bakery items were delicious.

Everything was super but you have to know the breakfast you have to eat on your room - the breakfast is delicious but if you are a group it is a Little Bit difficult with the breakfast

Excellent hotel, very pleased with this boutique lodging. Served us breakfast in our room each day with fresh croissants, cheeses, juices and fruits. Great view of the Eiffel Tower, walkable to many places. Highly recommend.

Everyone was super nice. Breakfast was to be served at 8:30 in our room. I had to go down at 9:10 to see where it was. It then came in 3 minutes. After a full day out- when we returned to our room at 9 pm- we had no towels. No one was at the desk so we had to call, Also only 2 outlets were working in our room and tv did not work. We did not report until 2nd night. It turned out a circuit breaker needed to be flipped. Very nice about getting things working. Again- very friendly staff. Great location for the Eiffel Tower!
