This is my 3rd time staying at this property and I've never had an issue. The security officer at night checking to see if guests are registered to the hotel is an added bonus.

This is my second time staying here, the first time they didn't have security. But this time they actually have a guard outside who verifies each guest before they enter. That made me feel safe. Very nice staff upon check in, the room was nice and clean. Although there was a bottle of cleaner left by housekeeping.

Nice, clean and quiet They changed my room so I had a room with window over parking lot so I could keep a eye on my motorcycle and trailer. Very nice man a front desk.

Upon arrival a lady was in the lobby being evicted and she was extremely loud and following one of the managers from floor to floor. She kind of made the initial interactions a bad experience. The room was ok, it hadn't been properly cleaned though. The carpet was damp and also, I didn't realize it until I was checking the room before our departure and saw there was a container of Vaseline under the bed, and it didn't belong to me. The property is in a convenient location and has easy access parking.

I’ve stayed here 3 times before just to get away from the house and relax it’s always a 10/10 love the rooms the kitchen is huge and they don’t have hidden deposit fees.

Hotel check-in staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the full-size frig, cooktops and at least basic cookware they provide. I just wish the guests had more respect for each other. Very loud people and it takes away from the enjoyment of the property. Otherwise, wonderful place to stay.

While advertising Kitchenettes, the woman who checked us in did not inform us that there was a special way to turn the stove tops on, so we went without using ours thinking it was simply dysfunctional. The beds are... not comfortable. At all. Our keys cut out in the middle of the night and we almost weren't able to return to our rooms if it weren't for the overnight laundry woman. It's not the best place but it's not the worst. At least it was clean! And at least Security was kind whenever we ran into them overnight.

Property was clean & safe with a guard on duty at all times for anyone coming to or leaving the property. It was spring break, though, so there were some extremely loud guests coming in around 4am (which really sucked for our 5am alarm for the airport) but, any other time, I’m sure the property is fabulous.

The people at the desk were nice, but the room was not up to par. There were roaches everywhere! Lady at the desk tried to put us in another room but it had roaches as well. I had to end my trip early. I had my 2 kids with me and we had to find another hotel to stay in. Very inconvenient! I used to stay at rhis hotel all the time but its been a year since i have been here so i guess i expected too much

I keep asking myself, why does every establishment I go to in or around Atlanta smell of weed once you open a door. A bit noisy during quiet time and there was a roach crawling in the bed while I was in it. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

This was Bug City!!!! I have never stayed at a property with an active cockroach infestation. I had seen at least 30 bugs in my 2 day stay. It was hard enough to sleep the first night but the second night I saw one scamper across my pillow I was done. We cut our trip short for this left at the crack of dawn. This place is downright dirty !! Even the white towels were off color, the bedsheets had stains, and the tub didn't look like it had been properly scrubbed. But the roach problem took the cake. I should have had the sense to request another room but we were already on the second floor, I fear the rest is probably just as infested. Don't stay here under any circumstances. You are doing yourself a complete disservice. I'd had much rather stay at a clean motel than have stayed here.

Great location super close to airport close to dining shopping and everything you need, but in our case the mattress we’re so cheap and in bad condition that when I lead on bed I feel all the springs on my Whatts le body compressing to the bottom and both beds has soft spots bedside that the place was great

Front desk staff were very good. Had a problem dealing with rowdy people below but front desk staff took care of the issue. Mattress needs replacing sooner than later. It was very soft it felt like was sleeping in a valley

After two nights, I was hoping to switch hotels, but they wouldn't give me a refund. The reasons for my change of heart were as follows: 1. The bed sheet coverings from the previous client were left in place. 2. Their beds are of extremely poor quality, with coil springs that make a lot of noise while you sleep on them, and their furniture is far too ancient. 3. There's too much noise, the walls don't stop out sounds well enough, and I miss being isolated. The youngsters were making noise till three or four in the morning, and the talks in the next rooms are loud. I could not get any sleep at all. 4. They do not have a kitchenette because their kitchen is not fully furnished with basic cooking utensils and a coffee maker. 5. The receptionist was quite rude and never responded gently when I complained about the locked thermostat in the air conditioning system. Eventually, I became irritated and spoke with the manager, who came in to investigate the situation. You will believe what I say if you give it one or two nights. Best of luck.

The hotel stay was crazy constant yelling and or kid screaming at all hours of the night and day. No amenity’s of any sort breakfast or coffee in the morning. When to wash cloths and didn’t find out till after the fact all the driers didn’t function. The bed I had in my room was a king size but the bed was bowled in the center and very uncomfortable. Couple days the buttoned for the elevators were pushed in all the way and not functioning so I had to take the stairs. I will not be staying at this hotel when I return to Atlanta.

Two stars is being generous. The property was extremely dirty and the entire hotel smelled of marijuana. The hotel was filled with a group of very loud people and they were partying and running the halls until after 3:00 in the morning. They close the front office at night so there was not a staff person onsight to complain to. When we left at 6:30 am the same front desk person we saw the night before emerged from one of the hotel rooms as if he had just decided in the middle of the night that he needed to take a nap. I do not recommend this hotel.

I booked my reservation online. Upon arrival at the property I met the entrance closed and a lady standing way in the back in another room. I greeted her and before I could get my greeting out she rushed approach me asking if I had a reservation I told her yes and proceeded to give her my name. She walked off behind a closed door telling me to wait and she went to look. Upon returning she told me she doesn’t have a reservation for me nor does she has a key or room for me. I was so pissed off from traveling 24 hours, exhausted with my sick mother and my 4 year old daughter. I had to leave with them in the cold and book another reservation then. I would never go or recommend this hotel.

Hotel check-in staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the full-size frig, cooktops and at least basic cookware they provide. I just wish the guests had more respect for each other. Very loud people and it takes away from the enjoyment of the property. Otherwise, wonderful place to stay.

The receptionist was great, but the rest of the experience was horrid. People knocked on door all night, lady next door had people in and out of her room. If we weren’t so tired we would have left. In the morning there was no receptionist to check us out, so i slipped keycard under the door. Will not stay at again!

Great location super close to airport close to dining shopping and everything you need, but in our case the mattress we’re so cheap and in bad condition that when I lead on bed I feel all the springs on my Whatts le body compressing to the bottom and both beds has soft spots bedside that the place was great

Both guys at the front desk were amazing! Give ‘em a raise! My room was clean, spacious, and better than the photos. The location was pretty central and the surrounding area was quiet.

I looked up the neighborhood and it said that the hotel was in a safe neighborhood. We went to a restaurant nearby and they had Security guard there. It was Easter Sunday and the nearby shopping area was closed but there was Security driving around there before and after dinner. The parking lot had a lot of trash

The hotel stay was crazy constant yelling and or kid screaming at all hours of the night and day. No amenity’s of any sort breakfast or coffee in the morning. When to wash cloths and didn’t find out till after the fact all the driers didn’t function. The bed I had in my room was a king size but the bed was bowled in the center and very uncomfortable. Couple days the buttoned for the elevators were pushed in all the way and not functioning so I had to take the stairs. I will not be staying at this hotel when I return to Atlanta.

room had roaches changed room new room had mold. no vending or ice machines. No security. Doors that needed key entry stayed open. Got into GA late stayed in the car for over an hour waiting for an attendant to check us in.
