If you’ve ever wanted to stay somewhere that combines a smoke lounge, a dog park, and a cheap perfume counter, this is your place. Room #1 smelled like cigarettes and weed. We couldn’t even breathe, let alone sleep. With a child in tow, we were moved to Room #2—smaller, with sticky carpet and what looked like dog poop stains. Room #3? Strong perfume scent (as if Febreze could erase sin), poop stains again, and damp, musty air that triggered my asthma. Every room came with a new surprise and not one of them was “clean.” We were promised a call from a manager. Still waiting. This stay was a three-room tour of discomfort, allergens, and mystery stains. Hilton should really consider rebranding this location as The Humid Inn: Where Feces Meet Febreze.

The hotel itself is superb. The room was very clean, no bugs, and the bed was comfortable. If we had stayed there on a weeknight, I would probably have given 5 stars. Unfortunately, on weekends there is a club near the hotel that plays very loud music with bass that penetrates the walls until 3AM. If you are a light sleeper don't plan on sleeping until the club closes.

We had a pleasant stay here. All the staff were very friendly and that is always a plus. The only negative was the noise the AC was making in our room from time to time. It would wake me up and annoy the $&*! out of me. However to be fair I didn't mention anything about it to the staff so I can't fault them. The other thing that was odd was the placement of the faucet in the bathroom. It was at the very corner of the sink and this caused the water to splash out on the counter anytime it was used. Of course nothing can be done at this point. They property is very nice and again we did enjoy our stay here and would return to stay again.

Got in late due to a festival and the check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Wasn’t crazy about the bed but it was ok. The bathroom was very poorly designed as it was difficult to move around in since it was so small. Overall a good expierience!

The place was very nice. The breakfast every morning was a real time saver. The staff was always very pleasant. What we DID NOT like was the room cleaning. You have to request it now. We stayed 4 night & requested cleaning twice & they didn't do it. Finally on our last night we told the front desk we were leaving & needed the room cleaned a bit. We had to empty our own trash a few times. I think it's a good policy to automatically schedule a clean up on the 3rd night. Something to think about!

The front desk staff was very hospitable and always able to help answer questions. Genuinely looked happy doing her job and that anymore is a rarity, so when found deserves to be acknowledged. The facilities were immaculate. Breakfast each morning was on point and stayed well stocked and clean. The sanitation team and team that did the breakfast were all gems as well always smiling and making a point to speak. Will definitely stay again and recommend

For a Hilton property that charges high end prices I was highly disappointed at your breakfast you provided guests. The selection was nothing short of a truck stop, cold coffee, terrible selection of choices, some items unidentifiable and no selection of fruit, the same wrapped apple was there all weel.
