The room was huge and immaculate, really very comfortable with a great bed and coffee/tea and snacks. We really enjoyed the roof top bar for drinks and an amazing view. We didn’t eat in the restaurant because this hotel is well located and there were many options near by. I would definitely stay here again, it was very enjoyable.

The hotel is top notch clean. The atmosphere is modern and the entire staff over our stay was fabulous. We ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant. Our servers were amazing. The food was on point as well. We will 100% be staying again. Shout out to Garrett and Carley! :)

Very clean upscale hotel. Free self parking was a huge plus! Restsaurant was closed Sunday but we found other places only a 5 minute drive for dinner, also a nice, new Publix grocery store. Bar downstaits and another upstairs (its called a "rooftop" but its really a bar with a small outside balcony... but still cool! ) No balconies on rooms. Lsrge rooms with comfortable "fancy" chairs. Mini frig & coffee maker in rooms. Lots of overpriced alcohol & snacks in the room... really didn't appreciate that but someone might. Its located by a starbucks and a couple restaurants that you can walk to. Its near I-275 access. Would stay again!

Loved the Curb Appeal - Entrance Design, Chilled Water with Fruit in Lobby, Gorgeous Lobby and Indoor/Outdoor Dining Design, Ambience and Delicious Food! I had the King with Bayview - Beautiful room and view! Excellent and Friendly Staff!!! from Front Desk Reception to Dining to Housekeeping and Room Service! I chose the Hotel because of consistent high reviews and aesthetics and both were on Point! I got here at 6pm to check in and was told they have my reservation but they were completely full and no rooms. Told they were short on cleaning staff but will eventually have a room. Had a room available 3 hours after check in. Had to go to the lobby bathroom to change and had to wait another hour for the room after a very long day of travel. Unacceptable.

The front desk staff were very nice and informative. They called the room once we were all checked in just to make sure we had everything we needed. The 9th floor bar was fun and a beautiful view. The surrounding area had many restaurants and the hotel included Lyft rides within 3 miles. The TPA airport was less than 15 minutes too!

Great hotel, beautiful details, comfortable bedding. Checkin was great! Service forgot our breakfast order for specific time but made it pretty fast. We got the free drinks voucher for inconvenience. My business partner went upstairs to the rooftop to redeem it but the bartender was rude and didn't get her menu or drinks for 20 min. Overall great place but needs a little more work on service and staff.

Trevelocity called and change reservation to two queen beds The girl who claimed to be a Mangaer said that Travelocity never called was extremely rude I think her name was Caroline Never will stay in that hotel

Loved our stay at the Karol. Its location was nicely between Tampa and St Pete, making our excursions to both areas easy. Nice big rooms, clean, quiet and the main lobby is inviting and elegant. If we’re back in the Tampa/St Pete area, we’ll stay at the Karol.

This is a very nice hotel located in the area of corporate hotels. It is new, clean and the rooms are very spacious. The staff demonstrated excellent customer service .. with every single staff member we encountered they went out of their way to engage us. About 10 miles to the beach but an easy drive if u want to go there

Outstanding! It’s an all in one stop! Restaurant was top-notch after the restaurant you go to the roof for a rooftop bar overlooking the city. We had plans to Go out but stayed in because everything was there and grate! Will come back for sure. The new hang out! Room was excellent and clean! Staff was outstanding! Just grate all the way around.

My and wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were neat and clean. K-Club Bistro provided quality food and great service. we also enjoyed the roof top bar. We will defiantly stay again.
