The shower controls were broken and it seemed to have been for a while, so for the Hilton brand I expected more but clearly it was not an issue they paid attention too. Still the staff was receptive when I complained so good on them.

The property is nice, and clean. The room was the same, and fairly quiet. I would have rated it 5 stars, but there was a (surprise!) $25/night parking fee. You might expect that in more of a luxury area, but this is Sunnyvale, and not exactly in a ritzy part of it either. The Hilton Garden in Cupertino has included parking, FWIW.
The property is nice, and clean. The room was the same, and fairly quiet. I would have rated it 5 stars, but there was a (surprise!) $25/night parking fee.
