Room very basic, not overly clean. No hairdryer or safe. A safe would have been good as very unsafe area and nothing stopping people getting into the room corridors at night. Quite noisy as opposite train tracks and derlect buildings with street gangs. A very unsafe area!

Shower didn’t work ,had to have a bath ! Area was very rough ,police sirens all night ,near train station so very noisy .Very run down.

The benefit here is that this is more or less directly at Brussels Nord station. So if you have an early train and you want to be out of hotel and into station quickly it’s fine. But it’s a poor quality hotel with old style. But beds were comfy and shower was hot so ok on a budget
