Advertisement: Below expectations - Room description in Hotel.com was not accurate, based on the pictures shown mislead you to believe you will be getting a newer, nicer and more spacious room, reality is not even close. Location: Average expectations - Conveniently close and walkable, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. semi Safe area, Cleanliness: Average expectations - Some areas could have been better maintained. Room Comfort: Average expectations - Was reasonably comfortable, but it did not meet our expectations overall. Staff & Service: Average expectations – They were polite, friendly and helpful . place was more like a building with apartment not a hotel. Amenities: Below expectations - did not offer much compared with the price. Value: Below expectations - We did not feel the hotel provided fare/good value for the money we paid. Breakfast: not offered and or included . Atmosphere: Below expectations - Overall: Below expectations - Unfortunately, we were not fully satisfied with our stay and would probably not choose to stay here again. Recommendation: Based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel

Horrible place. Trash on the floor. One small elevator to go to the third floor and is only for luggage. Very disappointed!

Absolutely terrible place! No reception, you are directed to a hotel on an adjacent street and they give you keys. The building itself smelled terrible, they clearly have a drains/plumbing problem. It stank. The room was poor. Bed was ok, but bathroom was a DIY nightmare. No hot water, a home made door(!) the toilet is fitted practically under the sink. They won’t show you pics of that! You cannot charge £100 per night for such a terrible place. I would have argued with them for a complete refund but I didn’t have the time as it was a short visit to Florence. But when I am back…

Very expensive according to amenities. The A/C was defective. The room upstairs didn’t get any air. Me and my daughter had to use neck fans all night to be able to sleep.
