The staff members were wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. On our last day we had to leave at 5:15 AM to catch a flight. Michael, the staff member on duty, was amazing. He arranged for our taxi to the airport and processed our check out quickly and professionally. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, but we stayed in mid-October. The breakfast was wonderful - many quality items to pick from. The location was walkable from the train station. The neighborhood was noisy, but with our window closed it did not bother us. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Unfortunately the roof terrace was not available during my stay, would have been nice to be advised of this prior to booking. Wi-fi was a bit intermittent. Overall a very nice hotal, morden and clean interior within a old building and friendly staff.

Fint hotell, hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Aircondition på rommet. Ikke restaurant på hotellet som opplyst. Vi likte ikke Napoli, så det var veldig fint at hotellet hadde en takterrasse med basseng og bar, slik at vi kunne oppholde oss der når vi ikke ville gå utenfor hotellet.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool and solarium are lovely and refreshing after exploring the city. Breakfast on the roof terrace was delicious with a good array of food.

Fabulous luxurious place right near Garibaldi train station. Beautiful pool and bar on the rooftop and attentive service. Breakfast was also wonderful with a large selection of items to choose from. As long as the price is right, I will return as a repeat guest.

Bodde kun en natt før hjemreise fra Napoli. Men er fint hotell. Rooftoppen var nydelig med basseng og bar. Rolig hotell men noe støy fra gatene. Alt i alt meget fornøyd.

Staff were friendly and room was pretty clean. The rooftop pool and lounge area were nice. WiFi was spotty and AC was intermittent. Noise from the street was loud and constant. Breakfast was okay.

Receptionist was very unfriendly and rude. Wanted to hold our passports which we did not agree to do. Sinks didn't drain well and shower would start randomly dripping. Mold in the shower. Rooftop bar didn't smell good and bartenders acted like they were doing us a favor to serve us. Pool was not clean. Wouldn't stay there again even for 1 night.

This hotel is what you call a Diamond in the rough. It’s a 5-minute walk from Napoli Centrale train station. The neighbourhood is a little more chaotic than the inner part of the city nonetheless, the hotel is cute, updated and modern in it's own way. There is a great breakfast included that was delicious and had nice options. BUT the biggest downfall was that I found a cockroach in my room during the night. When I advised the front desk no one was phased they said it happens due to the hot weather and then went about to tell me that it’s normal to find these bugs due to the construction of the building … ANYWAYS none the less no compensation was offered nor a room change. Let this serve as a reminder not to leave your luggage open or on the floor and place a towel at the gap of your front to avoid any little intruders.

Room was generally clean and comfortable with AC running great. However, the bathroom shower wall edges have molds that was kind of not pleasant to look at while showering. Think new caulking is required. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and delicious. Overall, quite a pleasant stay.

WiFi in the room terrible. Poor TV channels veriety. TV affected like the WiFi with freeze. No telephone for outside calls in the room. Very little space on sink for toiletry. Shower floor with mold. Very small room. Staff okay. Location unpleasant.

Area around property was not safe and even the staff said that. Room was dirty, stains on sheets :( Bartender staff was super sweet and attentive.

This is not a four star hotel. To start, people had commented that this hotel is in a dodgy area which is an understatement. We were in Naples for one night as we were going to Pompeii for the day and wanted something close to the train station, clean, and convenient. The area around the hotel is not the hotel’s fault - but none of our needs were met during our stay. The room wasn’t clean (floors still had unknown hair around the floor, shower door had mold around it, walls had scuff marks all over them), which is fine but again not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. The WiFi never worked and we had to disconnect and use a hot spot. Breakfast is included in the room stay but we just got coffee and the cappuccino was terrible. We had better coffee on the train from Rome to Naples. There was one guy at the desk who was very nice and another who was not helpful, very unwelcoming, and wanted to charge us for waters in the room when we only bought water at the front desk that night. I would recommend traveler's look elsewhere to stay in Naples even if you are just passing through as this hotel was very disappointing in just meeting basic traveler needs.

Difficult to rate this hotel - first what we liked: the hotel itself is compact & fine. The rooms are a good size, good quality, and cleaning was excellent every day. The breakfast was good - only the breakfast staff could have been a little more welcoming. Reception & door staff were very friendly. We didn’t like: The stairs around the lift need to be vacuum cleaned - we walked up to the roof bar and the first impression wasn’t great. I have no idea if our room was upgraded as it wasn’t mentioned at reception (?) and we weren’t offered or reminded that we qualified for free drinks as part of the Expedia package. I queried it when we checked out and was told I could have requested it at the bar - I’d forgotten as we’d booked a number of hotels and it would have been good to have been reminded at check in. Finally - not much the hotel can do about this but the location wasn’t great - dirty streets (unfortunately a lot of Napoli suffers from this problem) but also it’s not in a touristic area and on the wrong side of the city for the majority of attractions. The nearest amenity would be the station which is a 10min walk.

Points positifs : - chambre propre - personnel agréable - hôtel à coté de la gare pour les excursions en dehors de Naples Point négatifs : - option chambre suite mais située sur la route - route bruyante du matin au soir et toute la nuit : circulation permanente - ne pas prendre de chambre coté route. Même avec des boules quiès il.est difficile de dormir Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre pour une plus tranquille coté cour. L'hôtel a gentillement accepté. C'était le jour et la nuit. - quartier peu reluisant mias pas insécurisant pour autant

Mooi hotel, grote kamers, lekker ontbijt (mochten wat meer groenten beschikbaar zijn), supervriendelijk personeel. Geen wifi verbinding mogelijk op de kamer. Tweemaal receptie gecontacteerd, geen verbetering. Geen internationale TV zenders. Misschien zijn die er wel, maar heb het na de 65 ste Italiaanse zender opgegeven 😬. Douche is ofwel brandend heet, ofwel ijskoud. Geen thermostaat ( zoveel verspilling van water met het wachten op de juiste temperatuur die nooit komt). De matrassen waren heel oncomfortabel en s nachts veel lawaai van de straat. Het hotel is gelegen in een louche stationsbuurt. Acceptabel hotel wanneer je de ongemakken erbij neemt.

Nice small hotel, with a nice small pool area on the rooftop. The rooms, including the bathroom, had ample space. The staff was helpful and professional. The air conditioning was not working as effectively as expected, although the outside temperature was very hot. Our traveling companions were completely without air conditioning the first night, however it was fixed the 2nd night.

The actual hotel was very nice, the staff was very nice, the breakfast was decent if it’s included in your rate, I wouldn’t pay extra for it. What was annoying was having to turn in your room key (and the room safe key) when you leave the hotel, so you have to wait in line coming and going every time. The room safe was teeny tiny about a 6” cube, so couldn’t fit in our ipads or anything of that size. Finally, the area is not great. Homeless sleeping nearby, immigrants selling what looks like flea market items nightly. One night when we were coming home from Toledo we asked a military officer about the metro, which was shut down for some reason. He told us that we should take the bus and not go on foot. We wondered if it was because it was too far or not safe. There was only one night where my wife felt unsafe walking in the neighborhood but we were usually back before 10 pm.

Nice place. The room is good size and so is the bathroom. It’s clean and neat and the people are very nice. The breakfast room was delightful.

Within a 8 minutes of train station. Internet connection was problematic…had to go to the bar or stand in hallway by the elevator for a connection. One staff said they are working at fixing it, while others didn’t know of problem. Nice breakfast buffet. Few restaurants in area. Comfort was okay though pillows were underwhelming. Wouldn’t book again.

Couldn’t sleep over multiple nights thanks to noise from the busy street. Bed was also smaller than advertised

Good location, very close to the railway station. As they were overbooked, we got a twin room even tho we booked the queen room. So was not keen on that and the staff was a little rude about this.

El segundo día de la estancia NO SE HIZO EL SERVICIO DE LIMPIEZA DE LA HABITACIÓN... a pesar de haber puesto el letrero de "Favor de hacer el cuarto". Cuando llegamos en la noche vemos que NO ESTÁ HECHO, bajo a recepción y el Night Manager se desentiende... dice que "ese NO es su problema, que al día siguiente lo harán"... pero no me da ninguna razón ni solución para la falta de servicio por el que pagué por adelantado y que NO RECIBIMOS. Al día siguiente hablé con el supuesto Gerente Fran.cesco, fue inutil, falto de tacto y sin discurrir ninguna solución para COMPENSAR el servicio no entregado. Demandé el reembolso del valor de ese día (noche) en el cual yo no recibí el servicio por el que pagué, y el Gerente Fran.cesco prometió hablar con Expedia (Hoteles.com) desde entonces para resolverlo y hoy que hice el check-out me dijo que no había hecho nada ni hablado con nadie, ni resuelto nada... así que por este medio me dirijo a Hoteles.com y le solicito la DEVOLUCIÓN del valor de una noche del hospedaje ya que NO RECIBÍ EL SERVICIO COMPLETO POR EL QUE PAGUÉ. Además, es una pena absoluta ver que hoteles.com NO SE ASEGURA de revisar los hoteles y las zonas donde están éstos ya que este palazzo firenze está en una de las peores zonas de Nápoles, rodeado de bandas delictivas y de grupos mafiosos vendedores de droga y artículos falsificados!! Hoteles.com no debería siquiera tener a este tipo de hoteles en su lista de ofrecimientos para nosotros los clientes, es una vergüenza!

Albeit payment was to be made at the hotel, the hotel reserved a third of the cost in advance from the account which meant that it was not at my disposal for a number of days. Arrogant service in the front desk. Breakfast was good. Neighborhood was quite rough.

Super staff; excellent central location; close to train station; felt very safe and secure. Highly recommend!

The staff were very friendly & helped make my staff a hassle free affair. The Breakfast was 1st Class, great fresh food & plentiful.

All the staff including the rooftop bartener we so friendly and helpful. I was able to easily walk to the hotel from the train station when I arrived. When leaving, they arranged for a taxi to the airport which I paid for at the hotel. The taxi arrived in minutes. The other 5 hotels we stayed at along the coast did not have a elevator and my son had to carry the luggage up and down the stairs. It was great to have an elevator!

The stay was fine fridge did not work on my return I have a charge of £182.00 I have tried ringing 20times permanently engaged The email system blocks you sending a direct email So I have reported it to Hotels.com but have had no answer as yet It had spoiled the trip and not being able to get a response in this day and age is ridiculous

Friendly and proactive staff, very helpful. A good and comfortable hotel, situated one street away from Piazza Garibaldi so very conveniently located for trains, coaches and airport bus, although the streets outside are a little sketchy. Room could have done with a little more storage space for clothes. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Notre séjour était très agréable. Le personnel a été aidant sur le point de notre possibilité d’utiliser le salon pendant plusieurs heures le jour du départ. En revanche, la piscine annoncée comme ouverte ne l’était pas. L’emplacement près de la gare centrale et de la place Garibaldi est très pratique.

The hotel is great, area is very dirty , lots of weird people around. But convenient location due to proximity of central rail station.

Hotel was very nice with polite and helpful employees. Area is not the best. A bit dirty, with many homeless. Conveniently close to transportation however.

So go to location is great very close to the station and very close to everything you need. The problem is neighborhood a little rough, but never had an issue with anyone.

Hotel and staff were fabulous. Convenient location about 500m from Garibaldi Station. Area surrounding hotel full of graffiti. Easy to travel to see the sites. About 30mins to walk to the Port and Old Town.

Frühstück war mittelmässig. Bedienung eher unfreundlich, auf ein Brötchen musste man während dem Frühstück 10 min. warten bis sie gebacken wurden.

Great place with great staff. Nice room size and very clean. Breakfast was very good and stable. 5-7 min walking distance of the central train station and Metro. 15-20 min by bus from the airport. Very convenient. About 15 min walk from touristic areas... The area is very so so unfortunately. Would not recommend to elders (+60-yr old). But overall, it's still safe if you don't attract attention like anywhere else in Napoli :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean with modern bathrooms. It said in the information about the property that it had a restaurant and room service. It has neither so please update this on Expedia. It was otherwise a great and very convenient place to stay. Walk to Centro Storico, train terminal and restaurants. The whole area is very dirty but so is all of Naples. I would stay there again. It’s great value for money.
