Exceptionally clean, room are very spacious with king beds (which is rare in Europe) and the AC worked great (also rare in Europe). The hotel is a little hidden as it’s on the third floor in an office building, but the surrounding area is great and walkable. My family and I stayed here 3 times and it was amazing!

Very noisy. Poor customer service. Not contacted with check in instructions till day of check-in. Only got in because another guest assisted me.

This is not your tradition type of hotel. It’s a office building with a couple of sections on the floor 1 and 3 with suites. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable night sleep. The location is perfect and within walking distance to port, great dining and lots of shopping.

Very clean, and welcoming, with a modern design, a spacious bathroom, and comfortable beds. Daily cleaning is a plus! The Suites are conveniently located within a safe building in the heart of Via Toledo.
