Overall the experience was very good. We will definitely recommend this to other travelers. The breakfast cafe was also great.

Breakfast was only coffee and a croissant. It took 65 steps to get to bed and breakfast. Our room ( #2) reeked like sewage. We had to keep the window open at all times. There was mold on the tiles in the shower. The tiles are black so it was not visible. We asked the management to call us a cab to airport. After waiting for 30 minutes, they told us that cab will not come and we need to walk to the train station which was not easy. I called the taxi company and in 5 minutes the cab showed up. Very disappointed. The hotel is located in the center of the historic center and close to good restaurants.

Room was fine and location very convenient. Breakfast was offsite and was closed on New Year’s Day which we were not told about. Breakfast was minimal: coffee and croissants

Modern, clean room. Centrally located in the Centro Storico. Very helpful staff. Breakfast easy to locate and seamless about honouring the coupons. Would stay here again

The room and bathroom are especially beautiful. Please be aware - important! - this hotel is on the 3rd floor (for an American) of a beautiful, historic Naples building with a grand,c wide circular staircase. It is only convenient if you are together, have lightweight luggage or get an assist from the staff. Please note that the staff are only on location for your check-in and check-out. In some ways, it is more like renting an Airbnb. But quite beautiful despite the less attractive narrow street in the historic district.
