Costa mesa 4 bedroom home with Jacuzzi large yard next to a park.

Great for families

This house is beautiful and spacious, and was the perfect size to accommodate five adults. The backyard garden is absolutely gorgeous with a little Casita shed and the hot tub. This home backed up to a gorgeous little park and the flowers in the backyard were so beautiful. All of the people that stayed in the home were very comfortable and the water pressure was great in the shower. I stayed in the ground floor bedroom and opening my window looking at a palm tree was so pretty. I can’t recommend this property enough. We will be back!

Well-appointed corporate house with lots of space! 2 yards for pup. On a park! Great for our purpose: senior friends rendezvous with our daughters and grandkids. Will return.

We really enjoyed the park just behind the house for my grandson. It has a nice playground and is a comfortable walk. The hot tub was a great feature, in this climate you can really enjoy it. Being only 10 minutes from the beach was fantastic. We enjoyed Lido Marina, Balboa peninsula and so many other things in the area during out stay. The house could use a few updates as many things seem period specific to when it was built. One great thing was the bathrooms. Two bedrooms upstairs share a jack and Jill bath while the other bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom. This was perfect for our party of 5 plus 18 month old. Remember, this property has no AC, while it would have been nice to have, we really didn’t need it.
