1000/10 best hotel I’ve stayed at! As a Chicago connoisseur who visits often this one takes 1st place. First time staying in the Fulton Market area and the vibes are so it. This hotel is clean, relaxing and the staff’s hospitality is top notch. We also had dinner at the rooftop and the views were the cherry on top of this stay.

the hotel is gorgeous, the design is great, amazing fitness room. the staff was very friendly and nice. Location : TOP, is next to alot of bars, dinners, brewery and speak easy, everything is walkable. Restaurant : obviously, you can't sleep at the Nobu and not try the restaurant , the food was amazing.

It is a beautiful hotel. The room was clean and roomy with an awesome soaking tub. There was an error with our first room (hadn't been cleaned) but we were immediately helped to a new room and they provided a bottle of champagne for our troubles. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great as it's surrounded by multiple food options and very close to downtown. Loved the rooftop bar as well. We didn't have time to partake of the gym and pool but it appeared to be very clean.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The Japanese minimalism shown in their rooms and lobby was absolutely stunning. The rooms were so clean and it was in a safe area. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again. The only down side was the sauna was out of order but other than that it was beautiful. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed here several times for the location, each time hoping it improves. The housekeeping is not good (my nice leather bag was dripping in cleaning solution when I got back to my room after the first and only service of my stay) and the room was visibly very dusty. I had to call and ask for clean glasses and was brought dirty glasses. Stuff like that

Excellent service— friendly staff. My only concern was that the bench at the foot of the bed in Room 822 was filthy. The room and bathroom however were both clean. I didn’t complain since this was the only aspect of my stay that was uncomfortable. Perhaps when the cleaning staff observes stains on the furniture— it should be reported, cleaned or removed.

Nobu Chicago is a must! The cleanliness of the entire hotel, the friendly/attentive staff, and the atmosphere made my weekend a memorable one. The weather was beautiful so I was able to get out and visit local spots in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel as one of the best!

We decided to stay here again to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary. Our stay was pretty good, but the room was not cleaned as well as it should have been. There was dust ALL over- to the point where my husband and I were sneezing and had to take a Xyxal. Additionally, the hose for the bathtub had a leak, so whenever I turned it on to rinse the tub water went all over the bathroom floor. The service was good though.

The only issue I had with the room was the lighting . I had to get ready for a black tie event, and the lighting was so poor that I couldn’t even see what my make up looked like while applying . Unfortunately , I was not the one complaining . Bring extra lighting or a lighted mirror.

The hotel is beautiful and the room equally lovely. The service was professional and welcoming. The only detraction from my stay was the soaking tub. I had booked the Yubune King specifically for the large soaking tub as a birthday present to myself, and unfortunately the tub in my room didn't work. Or rather the drain stopper wasn't functioning so the tub didn't hold water. As it was late at night, I didn't bother calling maintenace. I relayed the message to the front desk at checkout and had hoped they may issue a partial refund as a courtesy. Alas, no...but despite that, I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

We loved the room and the hotel however there is a very loud venue/disco type club across the street that played loud thumping music until 2:00 am. I understand the area is busy and social but I have never encountered such a loud venue in an area of apartments and hotels. I don't think ear plugs would help since the vibrations of the music were felt in the room.

Very loud. They had a DJ on the rooftop until 11:30 and you could hear it in the rooms. Also loud guests around 3am. Didn’t get much sleep. Felt like I was on spring break in college.

The building is beautiful and the staff are excellent. I did find the time it took for room service and other simple requests to be a bit excessive considering the brand notoriety of Nobu as well as the cost of the stay. Room noise was also high but not complaining as its the way the city is.

The staff was so attentive during my stay!! I celebrated a special occasion at Nobu and the manager, Robert, was beyond sweet and helpful prior to my arrival when coordinating special accommodations. When I arrived the staff and valet were so sweet and took care of everything I could’ve asked for. 10/10 my best trip ever.

Most friendly staff at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Great team and very responsive to anything we needed. Safe area with lots of things to do. Only weird thing about this property was the toilet which seemed to make you hold the button down longer than needed.

The hotel is realy nice and cosy, beautiful design, but nothing special, just a regular Nobu style. However the service needs A LOT of improvement. Starting from front desk who needs to be reminded 5 times until they book a table for you at the rooftop bar, the front desk manager who tries to be polite and helpful but it's only words not actions, finishing with housekeeping whose workers do their job in a very tentative manner, they son't clean the toilets properly, don't add the amenity kits even though You used the previous one, same with bottles of water etc. The location is perfect, but the standards nedd to be improved if they want to have high-end guests. Unfortunatelly, their guest experience doesn't exist. Service should be devoted to bring an exceptional experience for the guest, but at this Nobu hotel it's not. Too bad for them.

Reasonably nice hotel if you need to be in this neighborhood. Pretty overpriced for what it is. Restaurant excellent, as you'd expect. Bed and bedding comfortable and blackout drapes kept room reasonably dark for sleeping. Very industrial feeling design to the building and rooms. Train rather noisy even with heavy windows and drapes pulled. "City view" was view of some pickleball courts and HVAC equipment. Valet not always available right away, often had to wait a while for our vehicle. Did not use fitness center or steam room so no comments on those. Overall fine but not what you'd call the "luxury" experience for the price.

The property is in a good location, very walkable and close to public transportation. The staff is excellent in every aspect of the hotel from doorman to housekeeping. Of course the food at Nobu restaurant is excellent as well.

I love how I get charged for gratuity for taking something out of the mini bar. No helped me do that so why are they charging extra ? The reservations department is rude . Staff at the hotel is nice however .

Beautiful hotel with an amazing restaurant and in a wonderful Central part of the city. We stayed here to go to a Chicago Blackhawks game and do a little sightseeing and it was a great location. 30 min drive to Ohare early am. 1hr drive to hotel in rush hr traffic

Hotel with a great location to the United Center we were able to walk back in 30 minutes. Lots of restaurants,bars and shops surround the hotel making it an ideal place to stay The staff were very friendly and the restaurant located in the hotel was excellant I would definatly stay here again especially if I was going to a venue in the United Center

Staff was exceptional. The room was unpretentious and I liked that. The negative is that it is very loud. Loud from the El running nearby but also loud in the interior. The interior has a lot of hard surfaces, no insulation. I also found the room service options to be limited. Having said that, the price per room was great and, again, it was the best staff experience I’ve had in terms of genuine warmth and helpfulness. The hotel should find a local restaurant to provide more room service options and implement some sound dampening measures.

Nobu was a great spot for our anniversary. We visited the hotel bar for happy hour, the rooftop for views and cocktail hour, and finished our night at the sushi restaurant. The room was perfect. Nightly turn down service included water and chocolates. Everyone was accommodating and friendly.

This was our first experience staying at a Nobu property and it far exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, every detail was top notch. We made reservations at the Rooftop for appetizers and drinks, had dinner at the restaurant later that evening and attended the James Beard brunch event the following morning. I can't say enough wonderful things about the quality and service. This was our third Nobu restaurant experience, having gone to the Bahamas and Las Vegas properties. You have customers for life and we are excitedly looking forward to our next experience, which will be in Miami in two weeks. Change nothing, keep doing amazingly, and we will definitely be seeing you soon.
