Stayed 1 night

In town for a concert so the hotel was at max capacity. The staff (especially housekeeping) worked very hard to get the rooms cleaned and honors members checked in early. We had been there checking on a room since 9:30 am, obviously way too early lol. We only got to check in 30 minutes early but we did get a free room upgrade for the wait. Overall, we had a good experience for the 1 night we stayed. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was good!

The room was clean and lots of amenities. But the most important one, the bed, was very hard and uncomfortable. It took forever to check in. After standing around in a weirdly cramped lobby, someone finally (reluctantly) came to help the poor overworked young woman checking people in. It took us about 1/2 hour to get through check in. If staying, get a room on the north or east side. We were on the 12th floor on the west side and the noise from the street below kept waking me up most of the night.

I had to make a last minute reservation due to my original hotel having unsafe and unsanitary rooms. The staff at Hilton were amazing and assisted with everything we needed during our stay. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Loved this place. It is ideally located. The staff was well trained. The room was perfect. But it was hard to get to. The parking was hard to get to by car. It was even harder to get to once you were in the hotel. No signs to the stairs.the elevator has two banks. I
