The hotel is very convenient to all OKC attractions!!! Beware - there are no elevators! The place is outdated. I thought it was comical that there was a full party of about 30 people on the small patio area in the front that lasted until about midnight.

The only thing I regret is not asking for first floor room . My sister and I had a hard time climbing the stairs. I have neuropathy. And there was no elevator. Everything was great! Loved the what’s the breakfast variety.

The first 12 hours it was so hot no one could sleep. It finally started cooling off about 4 or 5 that morning. The pull out bed was bent, the mattress on it was awful and the cover was dirty. Window screens all around the building we're falling off and had holes. The pool was freezing cold and I don't think the filter was working right. There were a lot of hairs and bugs in it and it wasn't busy.

Is this hotel under construction? The shower doesn’t work, there is no TV in the room because it’s just never bee replaced. I have had to have my keys reprogrammed six times in the last 24 hours.(know, you can’t put them by yourself Phone. I’m not.) there’s a laundry room that is all quarters in no way to get quarters to pay for it, the staff at the front desk is always out front, so if you need anything, you have to go locate her smoking and talking on her cell phone in the front of the building ( to do on multiple occasions because I’ve needed my keys redone) The hot tub is out of service. The pool area desperately needs to be cleaned as it looks like somebody had a major party there last night, and there is cigarette ash and trash everywhere. The advertisement says there’s lots of amenities that I haven’t yet found. I’ll be booking next-door next time.

This hotel has NO ELEVATOR. We reserved a queen suite and they are only on the second floor. we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs to our room. Both of us are in our sixties. The bathroom was VERY small. Not much variety for breakfast. Everything did seem clean and the beds were comfortable.

Bed was uncomfortable (I was surprised at this as they usually are great). Key cards kept deactivating even though not around any devices. Had to reactivate at least 6 times in our 2 night stay. WiFi wouldn’t stay connected.

You get what you pay for, im not sure where to start...when we arrived to our room it was dirty. Food stompped into the carpet, hair in/ woven into the white towels that was also stained a brown color. The coffee maker had the last visitors coffee pad still in the machine and its empty packaging tossed in the basket. The face of the alarm clock was nicely placed in the drawer next to the bible. However it did serve its purpose as we only stayed the night and spent the day a frontier city and it was conveniently right up the road. Oh and the A/C worked great!!

The hotel had roaches also the toilet overflowed and we were given a plunger, too plunge the toilet and cleaned it up went downstairs. Told the front desk about what was going on was told that they have no housekeeping also, the breakfast that they Is horribleprovide.

The two people checking me in took at least 15 minutes with several calls to management as well. The room was hot upon arrival. I was told I cannot have a receipt upon check out because it was a third-party vendor. We have always obtained a receipt, no matter if we went through a third-party vendor or not. The woman at the desk was interrupting me throughout the entire conversation. The only good thing about this hotel was the very, very hot water and real eggs for breakfast.

Very pleasant. Coming off as 8 hour drive, a clean room, warm shower and comfortable bed felt great. Factor in a cup of coffee (in my room) and great free breakfast next morning and we’re talking a successful stay.

Check in was great. The hotel may seem a little older but the room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, and there were plenty of breakfast options(sausage, eggs, waffles, and it had a self making pancake maker) and it all tasted pretty good. The only thing I would note, is the very strong perfume smell when going from the first to second floor. I was worried the room would also smell like this, but it did not.

Poor customer service Booked on Hotel.com "3rd party booking". Was surprised with a 50 dollar deposit at check in, lady was rude about it. Will never stay again. Run down and smells like funk. Was put on second floor with no working elevator.

The lady at check in was very kind. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. On the second night I was in the indoor pool with my 5 year old grand daughter and I have a styrofoam cup of ice that was basically empty when the front desk clerk came barreling in and jump my rear over having drinks in the pool area. I didn’t see the sign for one, still don’t know if it’s posted but she could have presented herself a little better. I am not one to not follow rules but I am also not one that allows myself to be disrespected. 50$ deposit on rooms for accidentals. They check room before cash deposit given back and if you use it on a card 14 days before it’s refunded. The rooms were just barely okay. The chair was stained and nasty. It was very dusty. It just had a stench. Screens on windows were tore apart badly. Bed was comfy. Blinds or curtains were ripped. Out of a lot of things for breakfast which would have been a decent breakfast.

Is this hotel under construction? The shower doesn’t work, there is no TV in the room because it’s just never bee replaced. I have had to have my keys reprogrammed six times in the last 24 hours.(know, you can’t put them by yourself Phone. I’m not.) there’s a laundry room that is all quarters in no way to get quarters to pay for it, the staff at the front desk is always out front, so if you need anything, you have to go locate her smoking and talking on her cell phone in the front of the building ( to do on multiple occasions because I’ve needed my keys redone) The hot tub is out of service. The pool area desperately needs to be cleaned as it looks like somebody had a major party there last night, and there is cigarette ash and trash everywhere. The advertisement says there’s lots of amenities that I haven’t yet found. I’ll be booking next-door next time.

Bed was uncomfortable (I was surprised at this as they usually are great). Key cards kept deactivating even though not around any devices. Had to reactivate at least 6 times in our 2 night stay. WiFi wouldn’t stay connected.

You get what you pay for, im not sure where to start...when we arrived to our room it was dirty. Food stompped into the carpet, hair in/ woven into the white towels that was also stained a brown color. The coffee maker had the last visitors coffee pad still in the machine and its empty packaging tossed in the basket. The face of the alarm clock was nicely placed in the drawer next to the bible. However it did serve its purpose as we only stayed the night and spent the day a frontier city and it was conveniently right up the road. Oh and the A/C worked great!!

The hotel was nicer than I anticipated. It was clean and quiet. I did not realize the neighborhood it was in until I looked closer at it. It is next to a major truckstop and an amusement park. Luckily it was not the season for the amusement park or it would have been busier. Overall I would stay there again, but the gas stations around it make it feel a little unsafe.

Got to the hotel and it was terrible. There were prostitutes hanging out and a guy sitting on the walk smoking a crack pipe. I was not going to leave my car in the parking lot unattended. The Loves truck stop across the way had 18 wheelers with their tires stolen off them. We left and went to another hotel. Just wrote it off as a loss.

VERY RUDE! I took my coffee in pool area, but came in through the patio door. That door had no sign about no drinks. Also the sign in the pool area only said no glass containers or alcohol. No mention of coffee. She came in at me hot scolding me. When I tried to say sorry the sign on the wall only mentions alcohol and glass she was very angy and shoved the door open as far as she could pointing at the sign on the door that I did not come through. NEVER AGAIN will we stay here when we bring our grandkids back to enjoy our season passes at Frontier City that is right by this hotel.

The hotel had roaches also the toilet overflowed and we were given a plunger, too plunge the toilet and cleaned it up went downstairs. Told the front desk about what was going on was told that they have no housekeeping also, the breakfast that they Is horribleprovide.

The only thing I regret is not asking for first floor room . My sister and I had a hard time climbing the stairs. I have neuropathy. And there was no elevator. Everything was great! Loved the what’s the breakfast variety.

Very pleasant. Coming off as 8 hour drive, a clean room, warm shower and comfortable bed felt great. Factor in a cup of coffee (in my room) and great free breakfast next morning and we’re talking a successful stay.

I did not like how much they charged per pet. It made my bill nearly twice what I paid originally in advance on Expedia. When I checked in, they first sent me to a room that had not yet been cleaned. The front desk person, however, was professional and fixed the issue right away. The breakfast was decent for a motel breakfast but they did not have real coffee. The area was not fancy, but it was conveniently located.

Check in was great. The hotel may seem a little older but the room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, and there were plenty of breakfast options(sausage, eggs, waffles, and it had a self making pancake maker) and it all tasted pretty good. The only thing I would note, is the very strong perfume smell when going from the first to second floor. I was worried the room would also smell like this, but it did not.
