Well-located, new boutique hotel, beautiful common areas, free parking, lovely indoor pool, outdoor rear terrace with bbq and dining tables, front terrace with gas fireplace and a few chairs. Well-equipped gym. Large bedroom, well appointed, comfortable bed, mini kitchen with house-size fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Noisy corridor doors. My problem was the 2 kids, about 12 years old, who played with the door, opening and closing every 2 minutes, from 8:00 to 10:30 non-stop. Their parents were too much of a child king to tell them... Otherwise, my 2 nights were great!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and it was very spacious and clean. My family of 4 were very happy with the accommodations, the staff, the breakfast, the gym, and everything about the property. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice.

Loved our stay. Hotel was built very recently, so everything was still clean and new. Staff is very friendly and professional. Loved the rooms, quite spacious and LOTS of storage space (which is needed when you are a family of 4). The description said "2 queen size beds", however there were 2 double size beds in the room. Not that big of a deal though. Pool is really nice, heated, and never too full. Breakfast was very good, lots of options, waffle station, eggs, meats, breads, bagels, fruits, yogurt, etc. There is also hot chocolate and coffee self-serve all day. Breakfast was smooth, and lots of space to sit down. One morning was exceptionally chaotic, mainly because there was only ONE employee to do it all (which is not her fault obviously, but I would expect the hotel to have at least 2 people working in the kitchen when the hotel is at full capacity during the Christmas break...). All in all, very satisfied, and will stay there again.

La habitación no estaba terminada. El sofá cama lo dejaron a la mitad. Las almohadas no tenían fundas, faltaban toallas. Como era media noche entendí que no tuvieran housekeeping, sin embargo de las dos veces que tuve que bajar a reportar que faltaban sábanas, fundas, toallas… la actitud del staff fue indiferente. Ni siquiera una disculpa por la situación… mal para el standard que maneja esta cadena. Si no fuera porque eran las doce de la noche y veníamos cansados de un viaje de más de 15 horas, no hubiera aceptado la habitación en ese estado.

We stayed here for three days. The breakfast was good but could use a little variety. However we did not have housekeeping once in the three days we stayed here. No one cleaned the room, no one brought clean towels, no one made the bed. Very disappointing. Other than that it was a nice hotel.

Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. We can hear the people above us talking loud and kids running around until midnight and early morning. Called the front desk and it took multiple calls for the noise to stop and it was very late night. Heard the noise again at 6AM and my family was still sleeping.

Very good family suit. Only downside is the bathroom door wich is a sliding door. No intimacy at all while on the toilet. I turned on the shower (cold water) and turned on the tv whislt going to the bathroom for a minimum of sound intimacy

Had 2 Queen beds in my room. 1 bed was fine, but the other had a crater in it! Also, ceilings are paper thin - people above woke me up at 6am becaus of all the noise. I was on the 2nd floor. Next time I’ll ask for the top floor.

Excellent hôtel, propre et moderne. Personnel courtois et professionnel et à l'écoute. Près de l'aéroport de 2 autoroutes et de plusieurs restaurants et quelques boutiques. Le seul point négatif (mais qui ne nous a pas trop dérangées) est le bruit dû à la rue très passante directement à l'avant de l'hôtel donc bruyant même tard le soir et très tôt le matin. Sommes toutes, on a vraiment aimé et reviendrons lors de nos passages dans la région.

I loved the staff. They made sure we had a packed breakfast at 2:45 a.m. They made arrangements for a taxi pick up at 2:45 a.m. ...They were going to hold our luggage so we could go to Ol town Quebec but gave us a room early on instead! They were MAGNIFIQUE!

The check-in and check out was quick and send amless. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was clean spacious and very comfortable. The hotel's design was elegant, and breakfast included great with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fruits, yogurts, bagels and various other breads, cereal and make-your-own waffles, coffee, tea juices etc. Accommodations made for a truly relaxing experience. The convenient location made exploring the city a breeze. Couldn’t have chosen a better place for a 5 day vacation. I would definitely stay here again!

We booked that hotel specifically because of the pool. Pool was closed and staff would keep telling us the pool will open in the next hour. It never opened. When asking for compensation, staff AND manager would keep lying to us, back tracking on their promise.

New property, clean rooms. Unfortunately, breakfast is a disaster. So, if you stay here, plan to skip the free breakfast and drive 4 minutes to Tim Horton's. The breakfast area is undersized and understaffed for the size of hotel. We stayed two days. Day #1 at 8:30am. No bowls. No spoons. No milk. No place to sit. Day #2 at 8:30am. No bowls, no spoons, no oatmeal, no coffee, no place to sit, we gave up and went to Tim Horton's.

Restaurants: Several good options within one mile of this hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. This hotel was a 20 minute drive to Upper Town Quebec City, which worked well for us. The staff was excellent, approachable, was able to speak in English and French, attentive to any question or assistance we needed.
