Thankfully, of the staff were nice, but that was the highlight of our stay there aside from the restaurant that serves breakfast and brunch. The food was excellent. Unfortunately, the rooms are SO small that only one person can pass by the bed or get around anywhere in the room at any given time. If you want ice, you have to get it from the bartender and they give it to you in a plastic bag so it melts really fast. The $30 nightly resort fee makes no sense to me because what are we paying for? On top of that parking was $54 a night. I left with a substantially higher cost for that room that I anticipated and it definitely was not worth the price. I wouldn’t pay it to here again.

Excellent location and staff; the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, and the room was a bit small. Everything else 5/5

The reception staff were excellent. However, my experience at the pool bar was less satisfactory. When I tried to charge drinks to my room, the bartender asked whether I had a card because processing a room charge would take longer. As a hotel guest, I expected to provide my room number, receive the check, and sign it without being discouraged from using this standard service. The poolside service was also inconsistent. I asked the staff member restocking towels to bring us some, but they never arrived. More than 15 minutes later, a poolside server approached us. We ordered additional drinks and food and asked her for towels, which she brought immediately. Another area for improvement is the price of valet parking. I understand that prices in Miami are high, but $65 per vehicle, per day, feels excessive for guests already staying at the hotel. I paid the fee, but the hotel should consider offering a more reasonable rate for overnight guests.

Where to start? Dirty hallways, dirty room, no closet/no wardrobe! No fridge and no coffee maker! Tiny room (the size of a closet…probably why they were like why add a closet if the room is a closet in itself lol)!
