Moxy Miami South Beach

From check in to check out, everyone was so nice and helpful. 3rd time staying and again enjoyed my stay. Only think I would suggest is they get some sort of plastic cover or protector to add to the bottom of the shower door. A lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor near the sink. Just one small thing to look in too. Bar was accessible and convient, pool view this time was still great, will for sure stay again in future visits.

Unfortunately, there was water damage in some rooms, and we were not able to get the room we originally booked for 2 nights. There were two different conferences happening in the area, so they were overbooked. They put us in a room with double bunk beds for my fiance and me. It was not a comfortable stay as the room was already small, and the beds made it much more unpleasant. We made sure to communicate with the staff about our frustration. While they were empathetic to some extent, they still charged us full price for the first two nights. I don't intend to stay here in the future.

Great stay but i will loved to have a mini réfrigérator

Rooms were a little small but it did the job. I would definitely stay here again. Other than the rooms being a little small I think this was a great place to stay. Prime location, restaurant o. The second floor was great and can’t beat the view on the top floor deck.

Good in general, but the pillows were very small and not confortable.
