Great location, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast options, pool was decent for kids, workout room was spacious with variety of equipment, laundry worked (plus they sold soap at front desk!), Netflix available on TV. Stayed for 4 nights with no complaints. We'll be back!!!

The hotel is clean. Very clean. Love that. My room has some nice little perks and it’s obvious someone put some forethought in the furnishings. There are outlets everywhere and a cute little entryway table/cabinet that has a shelf on the bottom for shoes. It really helps keep the floor clear. Also right next to that is a 3 hook cost rack! These small things matter. Now let me tell you about this fitness room! It is fantastic. Free weights. Treadmills. Bike. Resistance bands. Pulley system and a water rower. It’s not a cluttered closet with to much equipment. Nicely and functionally spaced. Breakfast was on pointe for both mornings of my stay. There is also a small pantry near the front desk for midnight snacks. Check in and check out staff were fantastic. I didn’t even get to the pool but I’m sure it’s on parr with the rest of the facility. Great stay. Will stay there again.

The property was spectacular. Loved the rooms, loved the showers, loved the products in the showers. Loved the coffee and tea bar in the lobby. The best part was the complimentary breakfast, it was a beautiful space and I loved how it was a purposeful room and not an afterthought, like other hotels where it was just a room with some tables and cheap chairs.

This is the nicest Hampton Inn we’ve found thus far! Squeaky clean, quiet, comfortable, modern, ideal location for our travels, etc. Thought it was brand new but front desk said it had been around several years. Room was larger than most and found it to be a delightful stay all around. Great breakfast and coffee bar.

Upon arrival we checked into our room and upon my inspection found traces of bed bugs. I went to the main desk and informed them of the problem, the clerk was not concerned but gave us another room on a different floor. Upon arrival in that room, again after performing an inspection, I found more evidence of bugs than the first room. The clerk was not apologetic and said they didn’t have any other rooms. I told her we wanted to check out and receive a full refund. She said we would be charged for the first night. I asked to speak with a manager and she said there were none on duty. She told me that I would need to call the next day and speak with a manager. We ended up sleeping on my sisters couch . I returned to the hotel the following day and spoke with the assistant manager who said that pest inspectors had just been there but found no evidence of bugs. Stupid me, I should have taken a picture. Again no apologies from the unconcerned manager but he told me I would receive a full refund. So lesson learned, a higher priced hotel doesn’t insure cleanliness or courtesy.

We arrived and checked in, we didn’t receive our free water as Hilton honors members. When we got to our room our bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. It had hair in the bathtub, scum rim around the tub. When I attempted to call the front desk, no one answered the phone so I walked down. The elevator service was extremely slow so I used the stairs after a 5 min wait, the staff stated they would reduce my charge to 165.00 for the night and offered me cleaning wipes. I had cleaning wipes in my own bag so I refused theirs. My card was still charged the full price as no one was at the front desk when I left this morning and didn’t have time to wait after I had already waited on the elevator again.

This is the nicest Hampton Inn we’ve found thus far! Squeaky clean, quiet, comfortable, modern, ideal location for our travels, etc. Thought it was brand new but front desk said it had been around several years. Staff was excellent, it was very clean and well appointed, breakfast was great. Only complaint is that it was very noisy since it was right off the highway. That made it convenient for travel and easy to find but the noise was present all night. I ran the fan on the AC and it helped.

Your Hilton employees have been helpful well beyond their required duties. I’ve been left stranded by Enterprise Rental till tomorrow and the broken rental vehicle rolled into one of your fences on its own. Police report was filled out. Staff has been super helpful on all shifts helping me find local resources. I’m still stuck 4 hours away from my family and it’s been a pleasure doing business with your hotel.

Super friendly staff took great care of us during our stay. Found them working hard, clearing snow during the snowstorm that came in, making sure the coffee was hot and fresh, clearing snow at the entrance to the hotel allowing a protected area for my elderly mother to get in without walking through the snow.

Staff was helpful and fast with any requests. Wanted another pillow, and it was brought to my room immediately and the hotel was very busy for a tournament that was in town. We needed scissors. Immediate help. Needed nail clippers. Immediate help. It was very clean, and I'm picky. I would definitely stay again.

I like this place, but they didn't help when I left behind some nice clothes. I knew exactly where they were and told them. They said they would look and call me back. They never called. I returned to the hotel a few days later, and they didn't know anything about it. They said they would check again and call me. They never called. Again. From now on I'll be staying at the Fairfield next door.

Check out was terrible. There was an issue with payment. Took credit card day of check in and again on check out. Withdrew my account twice with payment making me overdrawn on my account resulting in additional bank fees. When I spoke with clerk, she was rude and condescending. Spoke down to me and could not provide a rational reason why payment was taken out twice. Told me that's just the way Hilton does things. I am a frequent traveler and used debit and credit card in past and never had this experience. We come to Franklin, IN several times during the year and the Hilton just lost our business and will never refer anyone to stay at this hotel.

The breakfast was great. My only thing that I think would help many people if once you do your next remodel you would put in toilets that aren’t so low. It’s very difficult for older people with back and joint issues to get up and down from one that is meant for children.

The room layout was great. When you build next to an interstate it's loud with truck traffic. The breakfast was sub-par even for other Hampton's I've stayed. I went 30 minutes before my wife and nothing that i ate was even out. Slow re-loading.

I liked check in and check out, very fast and easy. Breakfast was good, but not a lot of hot options. The breakfast area was big and clean. The rooms were modern, big and clean. Our room was on the backside of the hotel and we could hear the highway, but it didn’t bother me too much. The beds and pillows were firm. Overall would stay here again.
