Perfect stay, very well located, in Old Quebec area. Nice room, good amenities, bath tub, water is complimentary.Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, they offered a free transfer to train station which was very welcomed. Definitelly i would stay again

The staff were excellent. A gentleman at the front desk kindly helped us book a restaurant since we don’t speak French, and he was incredibly helpful. We also enjoyed watching two movies in the in-house theatre at night. The fine-dining restaurant was creative and delicious. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

Quiet, serene hotel that's away from the masses around the Fontenac but convenient to charming shops and restaurants. The hotel bellman are superb, as was the concierge when she was there, which wasn't at all on our first day. Check-in was held until nearly 4 p.m. even though the hotel didn't seem fully booked, and we had arrived on a red-eye. So I was not happy about that. Still, I would definitely stay again. The restaurant for breakfast was great; bar was just so-so. Vibe overall was welcoming and comfortable.

I highly recommend this hotel! Staff are very nice and kind. They help in any way they can. They have a game room which my son loved! It's a great room to have when it's very cold or raining outside! Food is good - though room service has limited good options. Clean rooms and Spa is good.

A snowy February stay was warm, welcoming and cozy. The best kept secret to our amazement was the movie theater and concessions! This was a game changer for us. We did not leave the hotel for 3 days. Lots of amenities with the gym, sauna, and massages. And the breakfast was divine. This was or second time, ten years ago. This was an indulgence in comfort and luxury and totally therapeutic; just what we needed. Aaaah!

The people in front desk is great. Very dog friendly and considerate for providing the cokies for our little buddy. Car parking is bit expensive so we chose go to nearby one for the car. Overall, it's great one to stay.

The staff there were amazing, and this may have been one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. There’s a spa that my wife made use of, gym that we both used, sauna, along with bar and restaurant downstairs (which we didn’t use). We didnt realize it till the last day we were there, but they have an auditorium you can use where they’ll put on movies for you, full movie theatre style experience. They even offered to make us popcorn. Great staff, great experience and we’d seriously consider returning as it’s right in the heart of old Quebec where there’s plenty to go wall to and see. Excellent job

The service quality is five star. At every turn there is a special touch. The auberge is filled with light boxes displaying artifacts from this UNESCO world heritage site, including the rooms. Valet parking, bags brought to our room, excellent restaurant, and when we returned to our room for the evening it was refreshed, including refilled spring water bottles, and little treats. They are very good at anticipating your needs.

We loved everything about this hotel. It’s clean, beautiful, and quiet and it had little touches that made it special. We were welcomed to our room at check in with fresh strawberries and cakes - both absolutely delicious. Each day we had room service and an evening turndown with chocolates and a large water bottle to enjoy. The bathroom had a black ‘cosmetics’ cloth to clean my face to not dirty up the white one, which is very thoughtful. The breakfast brunch at Coteau was second to none; an absolutely fabulous selection with everything fresh and locally grown/sourced. We very happily ate there 3 of the 4 mornings we were there. Service was wonderful - the bar staff at Artefact were friendly and accommodating, willing to make any drink we requested and fun to sit and chat with. The front desk staff were also extremely helpful and polite. The gym was fully equipped with everything we needed - free weights, benches, a cable machine, various cardio equipment, kettlebells, step boxes, TRX bands, battle ropes, bosu/yoga balls, and cushioned mats. The sauna was also a special treat after days of sightseeing. I was often the only person in the entire spa area, which made it feel like my personal space. The lobby has flavoured water, fresh coffee, and apples each morning and throughout the day. Its location is so fantastic to navigate the city’s Old Town, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, art galleries, and shopping within a 10 minute walk radius. We will definitely be back!

This Hotel is absolutely gorgeous in every way. Spotless, comfortable, great location, and first class. From the minute you step in to check in the staff is there for your every need. Rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and well equipped. From iron to coffee bar there is nothing you need. The bathroom is beautiful with comforting heated floors. Concierge desk is there for what ever you need. They also have a vehicle available to give you a lift to some lical spots. Matt, louis and sean are in the lobby to do what ever they can to make your trip easy. Marjorie in concierge will set you up with great restaurants that are hard to find a table in. Their breakfast buffet in super!! If youre going to Quebec City stay here you will be very very happy!!

Second time staying at the property and it was excellent. Had an issue with the first room and they quickly handled resolved the problem. The staff is excellent, only complaint was that they did not make up the room any of the days.

Best hotel I stayed in so far and I travel a lot. Only quirk was the lack of power outlet by the desk. I had to finish answering email on the bed and recharge my laptop on the night table. Not sure if it is the sane for all rooms, we stayed in 317.

One thing was unusual. On a rainy eve we wanted to watch a movie in our room after dinner. There was no access to Netflix or any in room service except for regular cable tv with no access to a channel guide. Sure, a minor issue, but for a Michelin Hotel this was an expected service. Also, the only option for breakast was a full spread.... no cafe y croissant or something smaller as an option. Everything else was fantastic!!

The rooms are extremely dated and run down. They are not charming, they are just old. The only way to find an outlet to charge your phone is to move the nightstands. There is no mini bar and very limited bathroom amenities. The TV is very small with a wire hanging out. I had to ask for filtered water every day because they only leave one bottle for a family of 3. The lobby is not very luxurious and I found the decor to be unattractive . Some of the games In the game room were broken. Overall, under welcoming. My room was up-to-date and well-maintained, with generous space. I barely heard voices from the hall and never heard the plumbing from next door or upstairs. I’ve stayed in European hotels that were more expensive, one-third the size, and that needed work. The Sainte-Antoine puts them to shame. The staff is great. Most are pretty young, with good English, but more importantly were very helpful and obliging. I felt treated as a guest, not just another American tourist. Thank you. The location is close to all of the shops and restaurants of the Petit Champlain, and maybe a 5-minute walk to the funicular making it a great base for a vacation.

The staff were excellent. A gentleman at the front desk kindly helped us book a restaurant since we don’t speak French, and he was incredibly helpful. We also enjoyed watching two movies in the in-house theatre at night. The fine-dining restaurant was creative and delicious. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

This hotel was amazing. One of the best, if not the best hotel I have ever stayed. Beautiful, clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. They gave us great tips for touring the city. Service was excellent. They deserve all the accolades.

Quiet, serene hotel that's away from the masses around the Fontenac but convenient to charming shops and restaurants. The hotel bellman are superb, as was the concierge when she was there, which wasn't at all on our first day. Check-in was held until nearly 4 p.m. even though the hotel didn't seem fully booked, and we had arrived on a red-eye. So I was not happy about that. Still, I would definitely stay again. The restaurant for breakfast was great; bar was just so-so. Vibe overall was welcoming and comfortable.

Matt a bellhop was so helpful. He dropped off at different locations with our elderly parents at no charge and picked us up at various locations. Concierge (lady) got us tickets to ferry and museum, Ali g with dinner reservations. The service was great. We will be back

We had the perfect stay at the Auberge Saint-Antoine. Wonderful from the moment we checked in. Welcoming and helpful staff all-around including reception, valet, and especially the concierge. This is a classy hotel, with beautiful lobby, spacious and comfortable rooms, great restaurant. Perfect location in the center of Old QC. Huge bathroom with heated floors. Lots of closet space. Balcony was lovely. Internet fast and reliable. I really have no criticism to give and can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We will be staying here again on our next visit.

A beautiful, well maintained hotel in an ideal location lacking some essential comforts with politely indifferent service. I stayed 5 nights at this property with my spouse of 25 years to explore Quebec City. The hotel is gorgeously decorated and well maintained. They are located in old Quebec and it was a pleasure to walk and explore these streets. We were in room 221. Broken bar fridge was swapped out within a few hours of our speaking to housekeeping. Lukewarm water for 5 nights; hot water for 10 mins then cold. My spouse wanted a hot bath and it was not to be. Complained at front desk on 1st three morning and was met with polite indifference, “we will look into it” or “we have some rooms with problems…maybe this is one”. No one ever got back to us. We decided to enjoy our vacation with quick showers. Not expected from a two Michelin key hotel. Bar Artefact was a nice, casual dining experience with great service. Did not try the highly praised Chez Muffy; I tried to speak to the concierge about their menus on two afternoons but no one was at the desk. Swung by Chez Muffy at 2000 on a Thursday and it was empty, no host. We went elsewhere for dinners as there are abundant options close by. Overall, I would not stay again given our experience.

We enjoyed the location, location, location... for walking around and see the old Quebec. The food and restaurant staff were exceptional. What we didn't like: Not car friendly – the time we took the car – it was very slow and people are not very patient, and public transportation is not better. Overall, we had a great stay.

It is hard to describe what we liked best about Auberge Saint-Antoine. The location is fantastic - on a quiet street, just blocks away from the best of the old city. It was comfortable and clean. The staff were top notch. I won't look to stay anywhere else on my next trip back to Quebec City. Tres bien!

Perfect location for exploring lower old town Quebec City. We were worried about the uphill trek to the upper town but it was no problem! Loved strolling the shops and restaurants..,make sure you have reservations as it’s a popular area:;)

A top notch stay for us and our dog for 4 nights in Quebec City. The staff is wonderful— they are attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. There were so many thoughtful details, like a welcome basket in the room for our dog. We loved having dinner at the on site restaurant, Chez Muffy. An excellent visit in every way.

We loved everything about this hotel. It’s clean, beautiful, and quiet and it had little touches that made it special. We were welcomed to our room at check in with fresh strawberries and cakes - both absolutely delicious. Each day we had room service and an evening turndown with chocolates and a large water bottle to enjoy. The bathroom had a black ‘cosmetics’ cloth to clean my face to not dirty up the white one, which is very thoughtful. The breakfast brunch at Coteau was second to none; an absolutely fabulous selection with everything fresh and locally grown/sourced. We very happily ate there 3 of the 4 mornings we were there. Service was wonderful - the bar staff at Artefact were friendly and accommodating, willing to make any drink we requested and fun to sit and chat with. The front desk staff were also extremely helpful and polite. The gym was fully equipped with everything we needed - free weights, benches, a cable machine, various cardio equipment, kettlebells, step boxes, TRX bands, battle ropes, bosu/yoga balls, and cushioned mats. The sauna was also a special treat after days of sightseeing. I was often the only person in the entire spa area, which made it feel like my personal space. The lobby has flavoured water, fresh coffee, and apples each morning and throughout the day. Its location is so fantastic to navigate the city’s Old Town, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, art galleries, and shopping within a 10 minute walk radius. We will definitely be back!
