This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We love it but this time their hot tub was down and we old folks were looking forward to soaking away our joint pain after a 9 hour drive. We stayed on the opposite side of the parking lot last time, but this time we were on the parking lot side and it was very noisy so we’ll request the other side as it was extremely quiet there. They have an amazing and delicious breakfast and great service from everyone. The beds are freaking awesome and the pillows are too! The bedding is clean and super soft and comfy. We ran our heater/air fan to drown out outside noise and slept like babies as we had last time on the quiet side. We will always start at this hotel!

Room was exceptionally clean and many amenities provided. Hot tub just perfect about 106 degrees! Breakfast buffet very nice and well tended to. And great value! Would recommend.

Our Stay was terrific. Check in staff was friendly and the process was smooth. Hotel room was clean, had a terrific mattress, nice room decor with a large TV and a safe, well light parking lot . We will stay at this property again!

Room was very clean. AC worked well and was fairly quiet. Breakfast was very well stocked and kept clean. Pool is basic but clean and well maintained. Overall just a very nice place.

I booked this hotel specifically for my sons birthday party.. we live in Rapid but i wanted to do something different and special for him. The only reason i ended up picking this hotel was for the bedroom size AND mainly the hot tub. But the hot tub was colder than the pool and "broke down until further notice".. it wasnt stated on their website. It was such a disappointment! I guess i need to start calling and asking 1st if everything works before booking a hotel from now on.

The male customer service person with a cap at check in was bothered/rude, only provided details of our stay when specifically asked. The pull out couch had a large stain on the mattress. The swimming pool was frigid, the hot tub incredibly hot, unable to use either comfortably. The insulation was poor, each neighbor toilet flush or conversation was heard. The free continental breakfast and staff were phenomenal!

The hotel was modern and very clean. Great location if you are planning to visit Mt Rushmore, Badlands, Crazy Horse, Spearfish Canyon, Custer State Park, etc. Approximately 15 minutes from the airport. Short staffed; although it didn't affect our stay as we dont change our bed sheets daily at home. Who does?? New towels daily and trash emptied daily. If you needed more, all you had to do was ask. The continental breakfast was good and well stocked for the crowd. Staff at front the desk were nice and helpful. Gym was small, but tidy. They even have wipes for cleaning the equipment and signage encouraing all to do so. Truly no complaints!

The hotel was very nice but the rooms aren’t used regularly in the off season. Our room was just a little dusty and the fridge was not plugged in and took awhile to cool down. We specificallly Booked this property for the spa/hot tub/pool area to entertain our kids on a long road trip and also loosen our backs from a week of skiing and it was not heated. The hot tub was so cold I didn’t even get in and our kids, who usually don’t complain, wouldn’t even swim.

This property was immaculate! We loved it here and would definitely stay again! The free breakfast buffet was awesome! The room was extremely clean and quiet. The staff was super nice and friendly (minus the security guard but I guess they aren’t hired to be nice to the guest but to keep us safe.) Overall this place was fantastic!

It was the dirtiest hotel room I have stayed in. The floors looked like they had not been swept in some time. Another thing that struck me oddly was toilet paper stuck in the holder with the paper still around it. I would not recommend staying at this property.

We didn’t have a clean room. There was a plastic fork and to go container in then garbage container by the desk. But the clean bag was hanging over the side. I wasn’t going to touch it so I placed the bag over it. The place was not wiped down. The microwave certainly wasn’t. We love this place but our made us worry if it was clean. The second or third floor was super loud all night. Starting at 12-4.am. Slamming doors of walking. Ridiculous! This is our favorite hotel but I think we’re looking at others now.,

Our room was clean the day we arrived. No one came to clean in 5 days. After 3 days we requested new towels, shampoo, body wash, coffee pods, but after that request they only made the beds. I personally went to the front desk and they gave me what we needed. The first morning we were there I got up early and went downstairs for coffee. The pots were empty so I had to wait a while. One of the ladies working there said “You know you have coffee in your room. Why are you down here? I told her my sister was sleeping and I didn’t want to wake her. One minute later another worker said “Why are you down here drinking our coffee when you could drink your own. The man next to me said it’s because yours is so much better. He won her over. She smiled and was nice after that.

The staff at this hotel is top notch. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff. Wonderful, caring and helpful people. Our room was huge too. Loved it. We will be back.

Great facilities, great staff, wonderful accommodations for an amazing price. Easy access to Mt. Rushmore and main drag of Rapid City. Ate at 2 wonderful restaurants within 10 min drive (Himalayan Kitchen and Gyro Hub 2). Hotel breakfast was good and plenty--they even have to go boxes for those in a hurry! Staff were helpful and pleasant. Front desk had complimentary shaving cream when I'd forgotten mine. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was never very warm & people throughout hotel acted like they didn't know what you were asking about or for, all aspects of hotel. Then charged $25 to my card they wanted as an incidental when checking in. Now I am unable to contact the hotel directly to ask what they feel needed charged.
