NH Collection Dubai The Palm

This hotel has two sides. The rooftop pool and the beach club are great facilities with views worthy of a 5 star hotel. I also really liked the Sports bar and service from Jim was great. The rooms tho. Clean and tidy. But basic. Think Premier Inn. Small - and ours was meant to be a Superior. We had a road view. Location very good however if you are doing things on the Palm. Other hotel nearby would be more expensive.

Very nice place with access to the beach and gym. If you drive they have valet only option which is very pleasant.

Wonderful property with fantastic pool, excellent service and good dining options. A bit far from everything that isn’t on the Palm.

Overall, a lovely stay. Breakfast options were vast and enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The only downside is the lifts, for something that is supposed to be convenient, there were often queues and when one did arrive it was frequently at capacity, causing longer waits. The beach was nice and the staff were very attentive and friendly.

The property was great, the only issues we had is that it really didnt have a lot of vegan options. Otherwise the location was great and the food was great. The only thing i would change is extending the hours for the pool.

One of my favorite hotel stays, ever (I travel extensively staying at hundreds of hotels, so that is a meaningful statement). The staff was attentive and accommodating of all requests, going above and beyond throughout my stay. The sea-view room was spacious and comfortable, with a breath-taking view of Dubai’s water and city sky-line. The rooftop pool was gorgeous both day and night, with fanstastic wait-staff on hand for food and drinks. Beach access is included (my son and I enjoyed a swim there along with a nice iced latte on beach chairs under an umbrella on our last day). And finally: the location is about as good as it gets in Dubai if you want to enjoy both the mainland city and the Palm island. The Palm View and the monorail is across the street at the Nakheel mall (the latter of which we made great use of to get to the Aquaventure waterpark nearby). After several nights, we checked out of the hotel both relaxed and energized.

A great location, at the end of West Beach at Palm Jumeirah. The room was great, the aircon was fierce, but at this time of year it’s easy to just turn it off. The bar area is great, comfortable and great food options.

Das Zimmer war schön. Es gab viel zu wenig Liegestühle am Strand und am Pool.Wenn alle besetzt waren, gab es kein Strandtuch. Die Liegen am Strand waren zum Teil kaputt und abgefrackt. Der Pool war sehr klein und zu voll.

Stayed 5 nights and 2 of them they didnt Clean the room I had to go and tell them. One time the houseceaping didnt close our door! It was open when We came home! Otherwise it was very good

Zimmer makellos sauber und gross und leise , Betten gemütlich, Trinkwasser kostenlos, schneller Roomservice, tolles Frühstück, Poolbar und Dachpool.... Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Freundliches Personal und gutes Essen. Zimmer sauber. Hotel sicher und leicht erreichbar. Preis Leistung noch okay. Service auch ziemlich gut.

The staff at the hotel were incredible. So eager to help and assist. As soon as I came in, a staff member came to help with my suitcase. Any time I left the hotel, staff members helped me with taxis etc. I also needed some information that they were so helpful with. The one downside I would say is that the bathroom of the studio room is so small that you cannot open the door fully as the toilet is behind the door. It was fine for my needs as I was a solo traveller however it would be difficult to manage with kids. Also, the hotel is new and I found the rug in the room to be pretty stained. I think the hotel ought to deep clean it or change it so that the room looks fresh. Aside from that all was great and I had a lovely stay at the hotel. Thank you!

Alles in allem war das Hotel sehr, sehr schön. Sehr sauber und der Service sehr gut. Nur eine Kleinigkeit hätte ich als Verbesserungsvorschlag... In den Zimmern gibt es leider zu wenig Platz um die Kleidung vernünftig aufzuhängen. Ein kleiner Schrank und eine Garderobe wären wünschenswert gewesen. Aber ansonsten kann ich das Hotel sehr weiterempfehlen.

Hallways did not smell good and property never changed my sheets.

Room was spotless. Staff great. Facilities amazing. Great hotel, great location.

My family of 4 stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with 1.5 bathrooms. The apartment was clean and modern. The washing machine was of great help in dealing with kids clothing. The staff was great, the pool was beautiful, and the included breakfast was phenomenal. Would stay again.

Propreté doit être améliorée au restaurant du petit déjeuner notamment au niveau des coussins (sale et tâcher) vieux mobilier tables et chaises

Excellent hotel in a great location ion palm only slight downside was my room was on the motorway side which was rather noisy at night

The hotel's location is a plus, and the view from the rooftop pool was very nice. The rooms are clean and have modern decoration, with very comfortable beds.

Das Hotel ist erst 1 Jahr alt, daher ist ser Zustand sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Premium Club Sea View Double Room mit Frühstück inkl. Zugang zur Premium Lounge. Die Zimmer sind toll, aber wesentlich kleiner als Zimmer in anderen Hotels in Dubai. Das Zustellbett für unseren Sohn hat gerade so in das Zimmer gepasst. Der Ausblick ist toll. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, man kann auch draußen essen. Der Rooftop Pool ist teilweise sehr voll.

La posizione con accesso diretto alla spiaggia è un plus, ma solo i primi 5 piani sono hotel. Ho preso camera doppia vista città, ed era al primo piano rumorosissima a causa della strada molto affollata e del fatto che la raccolta rifiuti avviene alle 3 di mattina con un rumore fortissimo. Quindi si dorme male, ma per il resto abbastanza bello. Ci tornerei volentieri se sapessi di avere stanza non rumorosa. Personale gentilissimo e hotel pulito.

My wife and our young son stayed here recently. The room had a kitchen and was spacious. The bed was comfortable and house keeping was very prompt and consistent. Ammenities were available on demand but it would be a better experience if these were proactively provided. The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop pool and view. This area/including the bar is highly enjoyable. The panorama is a massive drawcard. Whilst the hotel does occupy some private beachfront by the main glitzy promenade, it is worth noting that children are not allowed in the pool by the beach (which was not disclosed on the website or booking confirmations). This is a bit of a shame given children tend to love the sand and pool aspect. The hotel is well located by two malls and train stations as well as the main beach promenade. The front of house staff are friendly and professional. We had a great time overall given the wow factor of the rooftop bar area which was family friendly.

Had a studio room which had a Large living area, small Bathroom but was well Equipped

Vårt familie hadde nylig et fantastisk opphold på NH collection Dubai the palm . Fra det øyeblikket jeg kom inn , ble jeg møt med vennlighet og profesjonalitet av personalet «Therese « enestående De var alltid tilgjengelig for å hjelpe. Rommet var romslig , rent og pent Jeg elsker den. Fasilitet var topp, spa hav , svømmebasseng på toppen av bygg med utmerket utsikt mot byen . Shopping senter Nakkel 5 min å gå . Alt i alt var opphold vårt en uforglemmelig opplevelse .

This hotel has a great pool but I would avoid in future due to the tiny bathroom. It was the smallest bathroom I’ve ever had in a hotel. The room had a kitchen which I didn’t need or ask for and would have preferred a decent bathroom. IT WAS TINY! And quite dangerous due to wet floor which went out onto room floor.

Stay at NH Collection was so nice and i cant find single thing to complain. I want especially give my thanks to Putri at front desk, as she helped me, with my extra day stay. She made process so smooth and without glitch. All personal at hotel are so nice. Rooms clean, food variety for everybody something Thank you NH Collection for making my stay so memorable, definitely my next to Dubai trip , will be at your hotel again.

Staff was amazing, helpful and attentive!

It was overbooked. The hotel was so busy we couldn't get in the elevator. We had to take the stairs, but the stairs get you outside the building and then you have to walk 5 minutes to reach the lobby from the street. As Expedia gold member we usually get an upgrade but this time it was impossible and I think we got the worst room in the entire hotel. It was so low and so noisy that we could not sleep for more than 1 hour straight. We asked several time to change room bu nobody seem to care about our request. They told us, we will call you. But never get any call. I would not come back to this hotel never again in my life.

Das Frühstücksbuffet es sehr gut, alles frisch, viel Auswahl. Es gibt z.B.alle möglichen Milchalternativen zur Auswahl. Toller Rooftop-Pool mit super Aussicht. - Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr minimalistisch, gehört eher in die Kategorie MotelOne statt gehobener Komfort. - Zimmertüren sind nicht schalldicht. Da zwischen Tür und Fußboden ein 1-2cm großer Schlitz vorhanden ist, hört man alle Geräusche vom Flur und das Flurlicht fällt ins Zimmer. Wir haben Nachts immer ein Handtuch auf den Boden legen müssen, damit wir uns durch das Flurlicht nicht gestört fühlten - Das Personal ist teils sehr arrogant und unfreundlich im Umgang mit Hotelgästen. Unser Eindruck wurde auch durch andere Gäste bestätigt. - Das Personal kommt dem Gast bei Beschwerden nicht entgegen. Statt dessen erfolgt zunächst die Schuldzuweisung an den Gast, anstatt eine Lösung zu finden. Beispielsweise konnte die Rezeptionistin zunächst unsere Buchung beim Checkin nicht finden und wollte partou darauf bestehen uns nochmals den vollen Hotelpreis sofort zahlen zu lassen. Dies führte beim Checkin zu endlosen Diskussionen warum wir als Gast nochmals zahlen sollen obwohl wir eine Buchungs- und Zahlungsbestätugung durch Expedia haben etc. - Da das Hotel noch recht neu ist, scheinen die internen Prozesse noch nicht sehr gut zu laufen oder das Personal nicht ausreichend geschult zu sein. Insgesamt fühlt man sich als Gast wie in einer Massenabfertigung. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.

Hotel is lovely and staff were so polite and welcoming. The pool & bar was fab and the sports bar next door was brilliant too. Booked this last minute as my other accommodation was cancelled, and it was so much better than I could have expected. If I am to return to Dubai, I would definitely stay here again & recommend to friends!

NH Collection the Palm Dubai is a beacon for excellence when it comes to customer service. Every single employee working there had the sincere desire to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The quality and the variety of food were superb. The rooftop infinity pool alone would be worth a stay at this hotel in Dubai. The entire structure and the staff is well organised. L'NH Collection The Palm Dubai è un esempio di eccellenza in termini di servizio clienti. Ogni singolo dipendente ha lavorato con il sincero impegno per rendere il nostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. La qualità e la varietà del cibo erano superbe. Excellent service and great location,

This was my first trip to Dubai and I was celebrating my birthday. The NH Collection Collection Dubai The Palm was simply superb. Upon arrival, my room was not ready (as before 3pm) but once I was checked in, they upgraded me to a 1 bedroom apartment which was welcome surprise. The apartment was quiet, spacious with all amenities and the bed/linens were so comfortable! Everyone at the hotel was so warm and welcoming, I truly felt I was at my second home immediately. The hotel is close to EVERYTHING, including a short walk to the beach and a fabulous mall (Nakheel). The breakfast buffet was included in my room package and was fantastic! The hotel rooftop pool was amazing with breathtaking views. I would begin my days at the pool and end my evenings in the sports bar. The staff went above and beyond! Special thanks must go to Malati, Michael, Muhammad, Faith, May, Monsour and Punjab. Their knowledge & service was world class but more importantly their kindness and generosity of spirit is what made my trip into that of a lifetime. I can’t say enough about this fabulous group especially Malati who always made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you to all for taking such care of me during my stay. I will return because of each and every one of you! 10/10 for the hotel, 1000/10 for Malati, Michael, Muhammad, Faith, May, Mounsour and Punjab.

Great hotel, excellent service and pleasant employees. Rented an extra vehicle for two days and manager allowed us to park this at hotel. Focused on guest experience. Would have been great if the pool was open during the evening too, and if you could bring your own water/snacks.

I like that the property is in a convenient area near the shopping mall. Easy access to restaurants, etc

Had hoped to be able to walk to Nakheel Mall and the metro but was told it was too far and the hotel shuttle bus is very limited. However, a lovely modern hotel, with fantastic staff, a great breakfast and a stunning view from the rooftop pool.

Good location, sub 10 min walk to the mall albeit very tight walk way side of hotel with a buggy with an exit road from the hotel running next to it. Other than that great hotel. Private beach is 5 mins walk away and has plenty of beds. I had 1 bed apartment - bed is huge and room has all the facilities you would expect other than a bath tub. Hotel was not very helpful or willing when asking for anything outside of what you have paid for. I asked for a room with bathtub but they wanted more money than I paid for my stay and there was no willingness to discount the upgrade.

Very noisy, high traffic area, congested

What a gorgeous hotel! It is stylish and fun. The rooftop pool is amazing and the beach area is lovely too. If you are planning a beach vacation in Palm Jumeirah, the location in West Beach, across from Nakheel Mall and the monorail can't be beat.

Cleanliness is acceptable, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety can be widened.

The location of the hotel is amazing, the breakfast has huge variety and its changing day by day even the quality of the food is impressive.

The hotel is nice, pools are nice, breakfast and dinner are poor and not tasty at all.. it was better eatting in resturants...

I had a wonderful four-night stay here! The breakfast buffet was exceptional—definitely a 10/10. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. Beach access was fantastic, and the rooftop pool offered stunning views—perfect with a refreshing drink. The location couldn't be better, being close to the mall and right on the beach. I enjoyed taking evening walks along the beach connecting to other hotels, and there are plenty of charming restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. Overall, a truly memorable and enjoyable experience!.
