The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful even during a very stressful situation that occurred during my stay. I am grateful. I highly recommend Regente for anyone who likes being close to transit and loves walking.

The hotel is acceptable overall, but there are several issues that need to be mentioned: 1. Our room was not properly cleaned. Specifically, we found what appeared to be bodily fluids on the bed sheets, which is completely unacceptable in terms of hygiene and housekeeping standards. 2. We had $200 USD in cash stolen from our room. 3. When we reported the theft to the staff, the response was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of addressing the situation, we were simply asked why we did not use the safe, as if the responsibility were ours rather than ensuring secure conditions in the hotel.
