Hello, I'd like to express my concern regarding my stay at Hotel MX mas reforma CDMX. My wife and I checked-in to the hotel late Saturday night after a long flight and were surprised that the room did not have clean towels or sheets. Both items had stain marks on them and we were unable to shower before going to bed. We also were uncomfortable sleeping in a bed with stained sheets. We were not able to address this with the hotel due to how late it was at night. In addition, the room had a constant leak under the sink that was not fixed while we were there. Finally, the hotel did not have adequate temperature control system and it was very cold at night making it hard to sleep. I took pictures of all these items and I can submit to expedia.

Front desk lady so rude when I did check in, she was in bad mood… Great break fast, over passed my expectations, the kitchens staff super kind.
