Great hotel, I really enjoyed my stay there. This hotel is relative new and put together very well. The staff are a credit to the hotel and all of them are very friendly and professional. Virgil and Raquel deserve a special mention. The area is very central, next to the Gare de l'Est Station. My only issues were the breakfast did not have many options if you didn't eat pork. The should offer fish or turkey options. You have to pay extra to use the pool and only get 45 minutes, which I don't think is a great policy. Other than those 2 issues a really good hotel and no bed bugs!

The hotel was fine. Very quiet. The room was quite small. The big disappointment was the swimming pool. It didnt open until 9am. There was also a 30 Euro per day charge. I only chose this hotel so I could swim before breakfast.

The location of this hotel is very convenient as a base for exploring Paris. It is right outside the Gare de L'est station, which is connected to several Metro lines too. There are many buses that stop right outside the hotel too. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional and the service was impressive all round. I used the Spa for an additional fee of €30 for a 45 minute booked slot (Jan 2025) which was a lovely amount of time to relax, unwind and do a little swimming. The fitness area is free of charge to use I believe, I did not use it myself. I was able to store my baggage with the hotel after I arrived early on the Eurostar to Gare du Nord, as its only a short walk or 1 stop on the Metro to the Hotel. Right next to the hotel are several authentic cafes and small shops, there are less tourists overall in this part of the city, but with the great connections it felt more authentic. The breakfast was lovely, buffet but felt freshly prepared and a great selection of continental options. The room was well laid out to not feel cramped, the windows opening helped as the aircon was centrally controlled. Noise was at a minimum in the evenings with the windows shut, and the room was cleaned well each day. I will definitely be thinking of Hotel Este on my next trip to Paris.

Fint hotell, men dessverre hadde de ikke på AC de to første dagene. Det var derfor veldig varmt på rommet. Tok kontakt på dag 3 og da hadde de allerede slått på AC. I tillegg kostet tilgang til basseng og sauna 30€. Prisen er kanskje ikke så høy men man fikk bare tilgang i 45 minutter. At massasje koster penger skjønner alle, men tilgang til basseng og sauna burde vært inkludert. Var heller ikke noe musikk på spa avdelingen, og prøvde å få tak i han som jobbet der nede men han var forduftet. Plasseringen til hotellet var derimot veldig fin med metro, rer og buss like utenfor.

Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and comfortable. The room looked into an air well, which is fine as that means there was no traffic noise. Location is not too far from Gare du Nord and just in front of Gare de l’Est. Easy to walk from the stations. Although the staff were not very friendly, I would stay again when I next visit Paris for the quality of the room and convenient location.

Room was very clean. Staff super friendly and helpful, all spoke excellent English which was a huge help. Only downside is the bathroom door is a wooden panel that slides across. It didn’t offer much privacy. Great location just seconds aware from Gare De L’est. Breakfast is a good selection of food.

Sehr tolles, neu renoviertes Hotel direkt am Ostbahnhof. Der Service war extrem aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Koffer wurden aufs Zimmer gebracht und die Türen wurden geöffnet. Unser Zimmer war im 7. Stockwerk. Vom Straßenlärm hat man nichts mitbekommen. Es gab 2 Fenster die fest verschlossen werden konnten. Die Zimmer waren neu und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich.

I loved how modern and sleek this hotel was. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was really nice. We stayed in the Deluxe room which had plenty of space. If I HAD to complain about something it would be lack of bathroom counter space but the room really was great. I did hear other guests complaining about how small the regular rooms were though. We didn’t eat there or use the spa cause we were out and about so I can’t speak to those things. The metro station is literally right in front of the hotel which was very very convenient. I definitely would stay here again if I went back to Paris.

Its a nice hotel with modern looking rooms however they don't have queen/king beds as its two twin beds put together. Also the spa is no free of charge and the rooms on the front side are noisy. Last but not least, the room ventillation doesn't work and if you open windows you can't sleep due to the noise. When I complained they gave me another room on the back side which was better. Breakfast is tasty.

This was a very welcoming hotel due to the warm staff. Special thanks to Virgil, Axel, the young lady at the front desk (from Mozambique) I can't recall her name, the cleaning staff, and the ladies servicing the restaurants. All around great service. Room: The rooms are small, but very very clean and comfortable. Location:Altough situated in a busy area, there were no issues with noise and easy access to everywhere in Paris. for example, the hotel is in the Gare de L'Est area which is about 15 minutes from main attractions. Also the food options in this area are excellent!

This is a 10 min walk from Gare du nord or one stop away on the metro. It cost me €7 in a taxi to get from the Eurostar to the hotel, I got the metro back which is €2.50. The area is quite busy with lots of restaurants, cafes, shops etc, all within walking distance. The entrance to the metro station is literally outside the front door which is really handy. The hotel is really beautiful and clean and the girls on the desk were very helpful. Shower was amazing and toiletries provided. Had a chair right near the window so you can open them up wide and watch the streets below while reading. There was two sets of windows so when they were both closed you couldn’t hear a thing from outside. Bed was comfortable and clean. There is a swimming pool but I didn’t have time to use it. Staff did knock the first day to ask if I would like it cleaned but I didn’t need it as only there for 3 days so they advised me to hang the DND on the handle so I wouldn’t be disturbed, which I wasn’t but I did ask for more coffee etc which they provided. You get asked to pay an €50 deposit when you arrive, this was refunded back into my bank the evening I checked out. All in all I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

This is a brand new hotel opened in July of 2023. Hotel staffs were really friendly and helpful. A metro station is right outside of the hotel, which is a huge plus for us taking metro to everywhere. Paris Gare de l’Est train station is just cross the street and Gare du Nord train station is a 10 minutes walk, or 1 metro stop away. This is a nice hotel with excellent location.

Sketchy area near the train station and hotel. Don’t wander far by yourself, we witnessed a theft on our way to a restaurant our first night. Virgil was great in recommending restaurants and very helpful.
