Dirty room pool hot tub cold

Really it just looked like a lot of construction and I don’t know why like our room didn’t have a shower door. There was plaster all over the floor. The coffee pot had not been cleaned needed cleaned underneath the couch. Didn’t look like the room was ready for somebody to be there, even though the bed was made, we want to use the pool in the Jacuzzi and the water was freezing so when I pay that much for a hotel room, I expect it to be much better and it was not

The swimming pool chlorine was to high to swim in.

The hot tub was not working, the pool was freezing cold. The bathroom shower had some mold around it. Didn’t shower. We bc some here for our kids doing break to go swimming. Well it def was not worth it.

The room was clean and stocked. The breakfasr was your typical continental but it was done well and the eating area was clean and stocked. Every emoyee i came in contact with was curteous and pleasant. Only problem was, the parking lot was a little dirty with garbage in areas. But all in all, it was a pleasant expeeience

I recommend that no one stay at this facility there was no pool that was working no jacuzzi working which was not expressed and Expedia I should have looked at the reviews better before choosing this facility the rooms were very dirty no housekeeping I thought for a new facility that I was going to be very pleased with this but I was very wrong I had to go by bleach to clean the floors the counters and the bathroom there was dirty rags from the previous people that stayed there in the drawers in the bathroom me and my daughter had to wash the headboard down with bleach for the money that I paid for this facility I should have been refunded for some of the amenities that were not provided I had no clue that the pool had no heat and that the jacuzzi had been broken for over a year and a half it look like Ray Charles caulked and painted in the hotel room especially in the bathroom no bathroom fan it smelled I literally wanted to cry the first night there because I was so disappointed very very bad choice do not stay at that facility there was no shampoo conditioner or body wash in the bathrooms the towels were minimal, and I had to get more. Mind you when I first got there the first room they gave me was dirty not cleaned at all so they gave me a second room that was just as bad.i totally do not get that, it was very disturbing how dirty these rooms were. I took pictures hoping to post them it was that bad.

The hotel was great, clean room and close to the highway which made it easy to go downtown. My only issue was the indoor pool was closed and wasn’t told till check in. They did offer a refund but being last minute I wasn’t gonna scramble to find another one and wait for the refund of 5-7 days.

The room was much better than the pictures . Me and my husband really enjoyed the comfort of the bed. The shower was also amazing it has multiple ways to change the water pressure and they also have great shampoo, conditioner & body wash not the small travel size but the larger bottles where you will never run out during your stay. The fire pit out front felt amazing considering it was very chilly out that day. The buffet breakfast was great everything was hot and fresh we will definitely stay here again soon.

Staff was great. Several maintenance issues-- pool was closed with no reason, lightbulbs missing, caulk on bathtub needs replaced. tp holder broken, etc.

Unfortunately, the bedding in this room was stained with blood and the skirting on the bed was filled with a muddy residue. Later, it came to our attention that two of the on-side guest had Legionella/Legionnaires disease. So, walking into a room that was soiled, certainly did not help. Once we learned of the Legionaries disease circulation from other guests on the property, we decided to move to another area Hotel.

The room was very clean and the staff was super nice. Good breakfast too!!

It was dirty. They moved us and the room smelled kid wet dog and was dirty. Had to clean and spray the second room. Would have changed hotels but others were sold out. The bathroom had mold.

Dirty. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Toilet was broke upon arriv. E won’t be staying there again

The AC did not cool the room well and you sweat at night. The sheets and pillows smell horribly of sweat. The bathroom has fungus. the curtain was hanging. The carpet smelled and looked dirty. Very limited breakfast and no one to help you in that area. very very disappointed.

The rooms were very clean and the property appears to be newer and the staff was friendly and helpful

The room is comfy and the facilities (big fridge, microwave, stove, cooking utensils, cutleries, iron) are great for traveling guests.

Comfy bed and very nice kitchenette! we only stayed one night so we didn't have much time to use other amenities, but the hotel over all was very nice for the price, and within 15 minutes to downtown Detroit for an event we were attending. The surrounding area nearby the hotel seemed a little sketchy to us, the view out of our window wasn't great and there wasn't a very clear driveway into the parking lot, but other than that we had a very comfortable stay.

The bathtub/shower needs to be painted because there is rust in places. The lounge chair had stains on it and needs to be reupholstered. There were loose fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. I was happy with the hot tub and pool at the hotel.

Very nice room, clean, and spacious

The hotel room looked like it’s been there for years and it hasn’t been . The pull out couch was big enough for a toddler had no extra sheets or pills for it!! There were dishes in the dish washer I don’t know if they were clean or dirty no extra dishes to use but there was a stove! Pool ice machine and water fountains couldn’t be used. Don’t like the approach the lady at the counter had when I first got to the hotel.

Good location and great, spacious rooms. We booked the studio with 2 queen beds and absolutely LOVED the space, comfort, and the quality of the amenities and toiletries. However, the front desk experience at check-in did not match the quality of the room, and breakfast was a solid 1-star. Huge disappointment at breakfast! I’ve already sent a message to the manager about it.

Check in and keys should be digital these days. I shouldn’t have to stop at the desk for keys or a card. The room was just okay. Decor was outdated. We had a suite. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. Called downstairs no answer. Had to go downstairs to get it. The sheet didn’t even fit the dirty mattress. We were given two pillows with one pillow case. The TV had a terrible lag. Front desk told us to disconnect and wait 10 mins for it to reset and it would work. The shower had a yellow spot on the wall where something had been removed. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Writing under the mirror from the contractors that hasn’t been painted.

Some rooms are equipt with kitchenettes. The room was quality but my only gripe would be lack of insulation between floors. It was a little loud at times.

Very accommodating when my brother needed another room at the last minute they were more than happy to help.

The Staff went over and above in attending to any of our needs.

I am in a wheelchair and I called down to the desk to see if someone could help with my bags when I was checking out. The lady said no they did not offer that kind of service and did not have the staff for it. I said “okay no problem I’m in a wheelchair and would’ve been helpful but it’s not a problem at all I will get it.” Once she heard that she asked what time I would need to leave so I told her and she said she could step away from the desk at that time and help me. I thought this was very kind of her to help me out even though this is a service they normally do not offer. Thank you very much for going above and beyond!!

Great place to stay. We have always alphas amazing experience with professional and friendly staff members.

Kristen was great, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. The breakfast was good the next morning. The young lady preparing breakfast was also very nice, she made sure everyone got what they were looking for. Rooms were huge, nice and clean. They had a full kitchen and refrigerator. The customer service here alone will definitely bring me back. Thank you ladies!!!

I couldnt rate anything for this place because when we git down there to check in we were told that Expedia was trying to call me, which I had zero missed calls, this hotel overbooked and cancelled our THREE rooms that I booked 6 weeks earlier!!!! Terrible customer service!!!

I was an out of town guest and my experience I would never suggest this place to others!!! 1. There was no phone in our room, asked front desk rep about it her continued response “it SHOULD be by the bed” after being told multiple times there was no phone in the room. No i will send someone up to look, there was no time where the worker took initiative to send someone or come up and either replace or provide an accommodation or incentive. Customer service at all time low based off just that. 2. Shower was HORRIBLE! That’s it. 3. No dish soap for dishes. 4. Sheets WERE DIRTY! 5. light bulb flickered in the bathroom Breakfast by a thread (there should be options of meat for non pork eaters, so my breakfast was limited, and suggest a label for creamer) and the gym were the best things out of the stay.

This hotel was fantastic! Great rooms and amenities. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

Breakfast was not very good and one of the staff at the front desk was pretty rude when we came down to get sheets for the pull out bed (which I thought should have been in the room already)..

A weel equipped hotel in a difficult location. The staff is convivial, the ameneties are above average.

Nice overall facility. Room was apacious and nice. Location is okay (industrial area). Staffs are good and supportive. Breakfast is below average. Not a great value for money...may be cost was hiked because of upcoming long weekend.

The area was very quiet and peaceful. I can definitely see myself going back in the near future at some point

Staff was nice. Our soap dispenser didn't work in the shower. I stopped at the front desk and told them. They acknowledged, apologized, but never fixed it. The room was very nice and had all kinds of amenities (I didn't realize pans, plates, silverware...were included). Breakfast was horrible. Fake eggs. Crap waffles. Some oatmeal and bread. That's about it.

Everything was fine just the breakfast was well bla. The scrambled eggs didn’t have a good taste and the sausage didn’t have any taste at all.

I was there for an overnight stay, left early this next morning. The breakfast was great, clean eating area, and the coffee was excellent!!!!
