Front desk don’t have a clue about the shuttle to the airport, I asked twice about and just said to stand on the corner, minutes later I followed another guest to the van. Unfortunately looks like you lost the ride and the next one is in 1 hour

Staff was not helpful in use of amenities such as transit to near by station for an event. Told via email before arrival that need to reserve before, make request, 2 days pass send another email told I need to ask at check in. Ask at check in, please ask tomorrow. Ask tomorrow, please ask at 4pm. 4pm, not available until day or event. Stop wasting my time. There is no Fiesta Club facility even if you pay Fiesta Club prices. Although if you’re on the frequent traveler floor, food and beverages are set out near the elevators. Why not on Club floors? Breakfast buffet good. Individual dishes bad

Lovely clean room with a great view of the city and the planes landing at the airport. Well soundproofed, so flight path not an issue. Found the breakfast buffet quite expensive, so I ordered a la carte. It was not show stopping but did the job. The really off-putting thing was the relentless 80s poodle pop throughout the restaurant and bar. All day. Everyday. Van Halen at 07.30am is *a lot* and a niche want. That said, the staff were uniformly incredibly helpful and charming. The staff is the hotel's selling point.
