Was looking for a cheap place for the night and this was the cheapest. The lobby doors are chained shut. The way to check in is via tiny room behind a safety glass window. Was kind of expecting hourly rates, lol. The room smelled special, there was a car air freshener on the lamp. Burn holes in everything including the bed. Mattress was of Walmart quality and pillows although they looked real had the support of a paper plate. All night people coming and going out front. Neighborhood is not the hood but you may want to not walk around by yourself. In some ways it was kind of like one of those inns you see stereotyped in a movie. All that was missing would have been the pimp and ladies out front.

Lied and said they had no reservations, then when we repeatedly showed them charges and confirmation, they rolled their eyes and offered a one bed room. We said no and that we wanted the 2 bed room we booked and they told us to come back so they could clean one. Hotel’s power went out 2 times, and then when we came back at the end of the second day our keys didn’t work and they said we had been locked out because they thought we weren’t coming back. Place was obviously a rent by the hour type place. I’m shocked that the room was at least clean with its metal military surplus bed frames.

The area is completely unsafe; you can tell because the lobby is locked and you have to check in through a slot in a wall. There were homeless everywhere. I know it's not their fault but this was a dumpy hotel. I would not reccomend hotel or stay in this area.

Absolutely horrible place to stay. The room had no smoke detector, the furniture was beat to crap, the sheets had cigarette holes in them and were dirty, the towels were filthy (all of them), the shower was filthy, the room appeared to had just been smoked in from how horrible the smell was. Terrible experience overall. No backup generator so when the power went out nearby the hotel lost all power.

Besides the fact that the doors were closed in the middle of the day, "about 3:30pm" when i was checking IN, the person on the night window was so unfriendly towards myself and my wife while we aproached the window to check in, that he didnt even gave me time to tell him that I was checking IN, i just decided to turn around and go to a different hotel. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This place is a dump! Electricity shut off as we were getting up. No answer at the desk. Called corporate and they texted me a phone number to call. That number was non existant...11 numbers starting with a "3". Motel made no effort to notify guests of any info. Electricity still off when we left. Two towels, two washcloths. Towels very small an thin. Horrible experience! I would think some type of refund would be in order.

It took forever to check in. The lobby was locked and yellow plastic wrapped around the handles so you cant get in. Checked into room 303. It was supposed to be non smokin but it reaked of cigarettes and there were burn mark all in the comforter and furniture. There were roaches running down the wall when we got there. They offered a "good" room so we went to 122. As soon as we opened the door roaches were running across the floor. The clerk said he "didn't know how to do a refund" so I had to call the next day. No one answers. I've sent a message with no response so far. The elevator doesn't go to all the floors and it is only accessible from the lobby when someone is there to let you in. Oh, and someone busted a window the day before we got there, they boarded it up but didn't bother to sweep up the glass that was everywhere.

A lot of suspicious activity, lobby was not accessible tape on doors, had to check in through a window on the side. Was put on the backside, I asked for a room on the front, I was told that was the only room available. Roach in the room, I was told that it was because of the heat, they can have someone to spray the room. I was told that the elevator didn’t work, however the lobby was lock and I saw the housekeeping staff using them. The guy wanted me pay cash, I was told the credit card machine was broke. Price was different from what was book, the man at the frontdesk was mad because I question the price.This was very shaded hotel, only stayed one night, contact my company and the moved me immediately. Don’t advise anyone to stay there!!!!!!

The hotel was a disaster. I expected way more from a hotel that is listed on Hotels.com. The room was filthy. Rundown Havel best describes this place. The surfaces hadn’t been wiped down in weeks. Cigarette ash on the lampstands. Smoke detector on a shelf. Peeling paint and crayon everywhere. I’ve stayed in tents in the woods that were cleaner and classier than this hotel. the roach I killed in the bathroom was the icing on the cake. Management isn’t even trying to have a quality product. The lobby is closed due to. I’m assuming problems that the management does not want to fix. I’m guessing the family that runs this hotel is living in the lobby. This Hotel should be listed from Hotels.com immediately. I had a bunch of pictures that would not upload.

Dirtiest nastiest hotel I've ever stayed at, staff is completely unhelpful and nasty. Checked out after staying one night, when checking out the front desk worker couldn't help with refunding the next two booked nights bc a manager wasn't there and told me there would be one in at 1 pm and I called and then got met with attitude for asking to speak to a manager bc the manager wasn't there. Complete joke of an establishment, hotel beds didn't have fitted sheets on them, one beds sheets had cigarette burns in them. The bathroom ceiling had mold growing in it, the tub was disgusting, there was different types of hair everywhere, the towels were stained and stinky, there were roaches in the room, counters and handles hadn't been washed, everything was CRAZY

This place was absolutely filthy. Our room was disgusting, the duvet was stained and the pillows had burn holes. Probably the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on, we went to the Walmart across the street and got sleeping bags to sleep on top of the bed as it was too late to get another reservation. Truly awful, will be filing a complaint with the health department as this place needs help.

It was awful. Moldy bathtub, musty odor, bugs on the headboard. They wanted me to pay for only one night on my card and they wanted the rest of the nights in cash. We were there for 10 minutes while we looked for another hotel. Still waiting for my refund.

This property was absolutely disgusting! I went in the room the air conditioning had no buttons and was leaking. Next, saw bugs crawling on the wall, floors, bathroom, and sink. The toilet was nasty as well as the bathtub. The beds sheets felt dirty, had cigarette burns on them (in a nonsmoking room) the pillows were flat and smells nasty. The tables had mold growing on it. The refrigerator was also dirty. The remotes for the tv were sticky and had no backing on them to hold the batteries in. Overall, I would never stay here again and I would definitely not ever recommend going to this hotel!

Reserved a double, was told only a single queen was available when we checked in. Only two pillows on the beď, more like one pillow split between two pillow cases. Obviously a smoking allowed room, strong smell and burn marks on every piece of furniture and bathroom counters. Many folx appeciate the smoking option, but an ashtray would have saved the damage over the years. Loud and raucous activity in the parking lot late into the night. Despite my disappointment I killed a little cockroach that ran across the dresser for them.

Went to my room and immediately saw a roach. Then I’m hoping they were fleas on the floor of the bathroom. Then there was hair on a night stand. It’s long so obviously wasn’t cleaned. Burn marks on the furniture. A/c barely works. Don’t stay here!

Ranks as one of the top two nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in. I slept on top of the comforter and still wished I’d brought a sleeping bag. Gap under the door allowed me to see light from the parking lot all night. Floor was dirty. Does not present an aura of safety overall. Look, it was quiet, I slept, I got a shower. Would I stay there again if given the opportunity? Not a chance. Would recommend it for filming scenes from a No-Tell Motel? Absolutely.

The staff was very nice but the rooms were very dirty and smelly. The bed and pillows smelled horrible and the only clean thing in the room was the towels. I put them ontop of the bed linens and slept on them with no pillows. I say slept lightly more like try not to suffocate from the smell. Walls were paper thin and I everything that was brought into the room left smelling disgusting. I do have to say the staff was nice. The only good thing about the place. Not worth almost $70. Stayed in better for cheaper.

The room smelled very bad. Bed covers had cigarette burn holes. Suppossed to be a non-smoking room, but obviously was not. Asked for a ground floor room, but was told the price would be twice what was advertised on the Hotels.com site. Very noisy location. Other occupants making noise until 3:00 am, pounding on the floor above the room, slamming doors next door, etc. The smell of the room permeated clothes and bags. Peeling paint, entire room needs a complete makeover and update.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I asked for a first-floor room because of some medical issues and was told they cost more. Took forever to get checked in. The first room we were given smelled like death. The second room - right next to the first - smelled better. There was a lamp on the nightstand with the cord wrapped around it because there was no outlet to plug it into. I took my shoes off at the door, walked across the room to use the bathroom, went back, and the soles of my feet were black - very dirty room. There were hairs in the bathtub. The next morning, I wanted to take a shower and my wife wanted to wash her hair, but we couldn't because there was no water pressure and there was only one bath towel. I went to the front desk (window, actually) to mention something and get some more towels, but the sign said no one would be there until 8:45 AM. How convenient for them. It's not in a good area of town, but you can't tell that when you book unless you know the area. We did not feel safe. Strong smell of marijuana when you stepped outside the door. I would not ask my enemies to stay here, and if the health department shows up, they may very well be shut down. We travel a lot for business, and this was the worst experience of my life.

We had to get a different room as soon as we got here because the refrigerator didn’t work one of the lights were not working and the chair was broke as well.

NEVER AGAIN…. I booked and paid online and requested a handicap room ( my dad just had a hip replaced). When I arrived the owner asked for my ID and credit card, he insisted there was an additional $12 charge for a handicap room. I told him watch how fast I call A.P.S. then he said he’ll let us get away with this time… There will be no next time.

The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. On more than one occasion they have come in my room prior to checkout without knocking, and just opened the door while I was in bed. They have refused to honor the online rates, and rates consistently change from $70-$90 depending on who is checking you in.

It took forever to check in. The lobby was locked and yellow plastic wrapped around the handles so you cant get in. Checked into room 303. It was supposed to be non smokin but it reaked of cigarettes and there were burn mark all in the comforter and furniture. There were roaches running down the wall when we got there. They offered a "good" room so we went to 122. As soon as we opened the door roaches were running across the floor. The clerk said he "didn't know how to do a refund" so I had to call the next day. No one answers. I've sent a message with no response so far. The elevator doesn't go to all the floors and it is only accessible from the lobby when someone is there to let you in. Oh, and someone busted a window the day before we got there, they boarded it up but didn't bother to sweep up the glass that was everywhere.

A lot of suspicious activity, lobby was not accessible tape on doors, had to check in through a window on the side. Was put on the backside, I asked for a room on the front, I was told that was the only room available. Roach in the room, I was told that it was because of the heat, they can have someone to spray the room. I was told that the elevator didn’t work, however the lobby was lock and I saw the housekeeping staff using them. The guy wanted me pay cash, I was told the credit card machine was broke. Price was different from what was book, the man at the frontdesk was mad because I question the price.This was very shaded hotel, only stayed one night, contact my company and the moved me immediately. Don’t advise anyone to stay there!!!!!!

After driving from Houston more than 11 hrs, and calling to the hotel a letiting them know tha we were arribing afyer midnight. At about 1:30 am at the hotel they just told me that this hotel is 1st come 1st served. The guy didn’t mind at all, that I mentioned him I called and it was a reservation done from Expedia. You should removed rhis hotel from your hotel list. Its frustrating after driving whole day and realize that at that time you have to look qhere to sleep with the family

When I got here I felt peace but it was too good to be true there was broken glass in the parking lot. The bedding was dark which I don’t like because the south is known for its bugs. I decided to give it a try but through the night I started to itch. Then a random guy knocked on the door, then after I slept for about 5 minutes and got bit I left. There was also the crack pipe underneath the mattress but could have looked past that. I left around 1am explained to the front desk what I experienced and said he couldn’t refund it. I could have fought and argued for one but was too tired and frustrated with the experience. Highly recommended if your into drugs but if your not I Do Not Recommend.

Was looking for a cheap place for the night and this was the cheapest. The lobby doors are chained shut. The way to check in is via tiny room behind a safety glass window. Was kind of expecting hourly rates, lol. The room smelled special, there was a car air freshener on the lamp. Burn holes in everything including the bed. Mattress was of Walmart quality and pillows although they looked real had the support of a paper plate. All night people coming and going out front. Neighborhood is not the hood but you may want to not walk around by yourself. In some ways it was kind of like one of those inns you see stereotyped in a movie. All that was missing would have been the pimp and ladies out front.

Nothing like shown online. After check-in was handled by a very disinterested desk clerk, I was given a room upstairs. I noticed the door did not look very secure. Entered and wanted to turn around. It takes of cigarette smell. There were burns all over all furniture. Sheets were unclean and worn. I asked for non-smoking. After shuttling door I pulled a bench in front of it. Then I heard the fight going on next door in the room that was next to mine and had a connecting door. Tried to lock that and the lock just spun around. The couple were yelling and cursing at each other. Then I heard the woman talking about being cheated out of her money. It was apparent that she was a “working girl”. I tried to call the desk to change rooms or ask for a refund. The phone did not even have a dial tone of any kind to make an internal or external call. I was afraid to go outside fearing I might get hurt. Needless to say it was an unpleasant night.

The area is completely unsafe; you can tell because the lobby is locked and you have to check in through a slot in a wall. There were homeless everywhere. I know it's not their fault but this was a dumpy hotel. I would not reccomend hotel or stay in this area.

We didn't stay! The building was in ill repair. It's OLD and looked really bad. I had NO desire to look at the room. As far as safety goes the lobby is kept locked. We had to go into a door that had a window with a small opening to speak to desk clerk. We forfeited our money we paid to stay the night. My life was worth more than what we paid and lost. Wish someone had been honest and told us how bad it was before we booked.
