Hotel maravilhoso, muito bem localizado e acessível, bairro tranquilo e lindo, ótimo lugar em Londres ! Quartos limpos, equipe educada, disponível, receptiva e fazem de tudo para atender e agradar aos hóspedes! O bar/ café é aconchegante, café da manhã inglês maravilhoso! Não tem copa, mas se o hóspede precisar a equipe esquenta a comida na cozinha deles! Tudo perfeito… gostaria de poder dar 10 estrelas!

As a female solo traveler coming from Australia l felt extremely safe and comfortable in this place,wonderful comfortable bed and great room ,the complimentary coffee machine was a godsend and the breakfast was fantastic- highly recommend will stay there again

Steps away from the West Brompton tube station / District Line that easily takes us to the heart of London attractions. Excellent service, they stored our luggage for free before and after check-in. We learned from the staff we can pre-book early check-in for a fee, we will do that next time. Breakfast selection is great for the price. Enjoyed our stay. Will come back when we visit London next time.

Personal top.

The room was warm and cozy also updated in the latest technologies. I didnt have to get up to switch up lights or charge my phone. I could dim the light as i fit or change to reading light. I dont have to put do not disturb sign , i only have to press a button. The only down side is that they have no ice machine on the floors. I had to go get it at the reception downstairs, also there are no fridge , so my food could not be stored. I had to throw it out. But i will stay again ...staff were welcoming.

4泊しました。良いと思います。夜遅く0時頃の到着になりそうだったため、治安を考慮して地下鉄駅から近いホテルを探していました。このホテルはスーツケースを引っ張っていても駅から2分程度で行き着けて、夜中でも安心でした。冷蔵庫やポットが無いなどの不便はあります。また、Expediaでのチャットに全く返信がされないのが要改善点だと思います。これはおそらくスタッフの問題ではなくて、ホテルとしてのシステムの問題かと思います。24時間対応の、無料のドリンクサービスは夜中のいい癒しになりました。

The only amazing thing about the hotel is the location and access to the tube. Otherwise the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on in my life. Cleaning was bad. For two people, they only left one set of towels. Bathroom door was broken and we couldn’t close it. Shower curtain was broken. It wasn’t possible to open the window to get a good ventilation in the room. We asked for the room to be cleaned and they didn’t even take the garbage out. Also to be fair, the staff had good attitude, but it doesn’t really matter when every thing else is horrible.

O quarto estava extremamente limpo e organizado, a localização do hotel é excelente, a poucos metros do metrô West Brompton o q facilitou mt a nossa locomoção pela cidade e gostaria de salientar tb o atendimento de todos os funcionários que sempre foram mt educados e gentis conosco. A única observação q faço é que a cama de casal são duas de solteiro unidas e o quarto é um pouco pequeno, cm mencionado em alguns comentários, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a nossa estadia. Cm sugestão, acho q faltou um frigobar no apartamento, mas foi uma ótima experiência e certamente retornarei outras vezes.

Não tem copa, mas se o hóspede precisar a equipe esquenta a comida na cozinha deles! Tudo perfeito… gostaria de poder dar 10 estrelas!

The only amazing thing about the hotel is the location and access to the tube. Otherwise the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on in my life. Cleaning was bad. For two people, they only left one set of towels. Bathroom door was broken and we couldn’t close it. Shower curtain was broken. It wasn’t possible to open the window to get a good ventilation in the room. We asked for the room to be cleaned and they didn’t even take the garbage out. Also to be fair, the staff had good attitude, but it doesn’t really matter when every thing else is horrible.

Steps away from the West Brompton tube station / District Line that easily takes us to the heart of London attractions. Excellent service, they stored our luggage for free before and after check-in. We learned from the staff we can pre-book early check-in for a fee, we will do that next time. Breakfast selection is great for the price. Enjoyed our stay. Will come back when we visit London next time.
