Slightly grotty and not very clean. My basement room looked absolutely nothing like the photos. There was well placed cleaning products on the stairs to trip over, and numerous abandoned letters in the front doorway. Someone was lurking outside my room at 5am (at the end of a corridor) so it didn't feel very safe. Well located for the tube, however I guess you get what you pay for!

Great location. Just bedsheet were not really clean., the noise in the toilet was too much ans there was no remote for the tv. Looked everywhere. For the price was expecting way better

It was clean and good layout but there was sound from other rooms, and the shower had minor issues. But overall a great stay and amazing location!

While my family and I were sitting inside the apartment, very large pieces of glass fell from above and narrowly missed us. It was a very frightening experience. My son, who has special needs, is still scared by what happened, and my one-year-old daughter was also extremely frightened. What made the situation even more concerning was that I could see more large pieces of glass hanging loose above us, which appeared at risk of falling. I reported the incident, but I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. We stayed during very hot weather, and my daughter was unwell. I requested a fan and was told one would be provided, but it never arrived.

Great location, lovely small apartment. Perfect for a couple for an overnight stay in central London. 5 minute walk to Baker street tube station. Communication from the owner was excellent, kept checking we had all the details to check in ok. Will definitely return.
