Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Chelsea

My nana, my best friend, and myself had the best time exploring London from our cute little home base flat in Chelsea! It was clean and quiet and safe and in walking distance to local restaurants, pubs, cafes, grocery stores, shops, and bus stops. Sole was super responsive and kind and accommodated early check in and late check out. Even the cleaner was sweet to us.

We loved the flat. The location was perfect and easily accessible with public transportation. Very well furnished and has all the equipment needed. The sheets and towels were extremely clean. The owner was easily accessible. We would absolutely stay there again.

Space is suitable for three people and we appreciated Sole accommodating an early check in. Can’t beat the location - great restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and other shops at the doorstep. Tube is about a 15 minute walk but buses are very close. Furniture and finishings are a bit tired/shabby but kitchen is well-equipped (nespresso is a plus!). There is a pretty significant renovation project going on in the ground level suite and sounds carries upstairs. Demolition was underway in late December so it will likely be a while before it’s done. Very noisy during work days and very dusty in the building, including in the flat.

The unit was exactly as we expected from the listing. Great for families as it had three separate sleeping arrangements. It was clean and very well stocked. We really appreciated that the Nespresso coffee and frother was included...a really nice treat! Sole was an excellent host. Right from the start she met us at the unit to give us a walk through and offered suggestions for our stay. Her communication was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. Situated in a safe quiet neighborhood. Close to lots of restaurants and amenities. The tube station is about a 15 minute walk away and most tourist locations are a 15-25 minute Uber drive. The home was as described, it is spacious, clean, and has a lot of nice amenities. The location is perfect and quite charming, you can jump on multiple buses within a 5 minute walk to get to central London or walk 15 min to the closest tube station. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food and they also provided some coffee. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

overall, it was just ok. I could not get the lower bedroom warm, it was freezing and there are massive pigeons on the scaffolding outside the window that were making terrible noise in the morning. I went to take a bath and pull the suctioned cupped bath mat to reveal green mould all over. I was really grossed out. Location was great... hallway and walls going up to flat are dirty and stained.

Apartment is in a quiet street, has all modern amenities, and is very clean, comfortable, and secure. We enjoyed the Chelsea area, with a number of cafe’s, shops and supermarkets close by. The information left by the host was very helpful and detailed, and made it easy to take advantage of the buses, within a short walk, that take you directly into central London or the tube. It was very relaxing to come back to the apartment after a days excursion.

the photos show the reality. the apartment is very close to public transport and there are some nice restaurants nearby. the cleanliness could have been better. I would book the apartment again and can recommend it.

This apartment was the perfect London base for our family of four. It was a good size, had everything we needed and a short-ish walk to the tube. The bedrooms are comfortable and the unit was, for the most part, very clean. Excellent wifi provided and the kitchen has everything needed. The only improvement I would like to see is something on the exterior windows (screens, or bars etc) because when they were open to let in a breeze I was worried my children might fall out of them.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was convenient to multiple public transportation options and in a beautiful part of Chelsea. The apartment was well supplied and the hosts were thoughtful and welcoming. The bed in the larger bedroom could have been more comfortable, but my family agreed we’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Helpful host, great location, lots of amenities in the flat such as tea, dishes, etc. that make it effortless to settle in. Perfect for a small family. Short walk to restaurants, tube stations, pharmacies, cute shops and more. We would happily stay here again if coming to Chelsea. It was hard to get the flat heated up to a comfortable temperature for us.

This location was terrific. Everything is at your doorstep including transportation. Only downside was the back bedroom was very cold and lots of previous people had left things that remained in the cupboards. Nothing major. I would absolutely stay there when I go next year!

We enjoyed our stay in Kensington. The apartment itself was great. The stairway leading to the second floor apartment would barely allow for a regular-sized suitcase width-wise. Also, there was loud construction work occurring during our stay downstairs, which made for a less than peaceful time while in the apartment during work hours (to 7:30 pm one evening).

Small but comfortable. Noisy neighbors and walls are thin. Couch is hard. Steps down to bedroom a bit awkward. But all works fine and otherwise went well. Landlord accommodated very early arrival…very helpful

Flat was very centrally located and has store,pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Also very convenient to transportation options. Sole was very helpful and quick to reply. I also appreciated the early check in.

This flat is the perfect size for a couple and a child or 2 adults. It’s not super close to the tube but very close to busses and they will take you everywhere.Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and a supermarket just 2 blocks away. ( The kitchen is well stocked for cooking).The weather was quite hot and there were 2 fans that worked, a few more would have been nice. Sole ( owner/manager?) was very easy to work with.

Great place to stay in a nice neighborhood - only mark on this is if you’re an American (flying out of the east coast) - I would recommend not taking a morning flight and showing up in the evening to London… Heathrow is 45 minutes away (because of streets and traffic) via cab/app ride - there was a late fee in cash required after 8pm… Seemed a bit more of a way to take some cash off of travelers. I wished this would have been waived since we communicated the flight time well in advance… landing at 6pm - you’re barely off the plane and through immigration by 7pm… that left such a tight and stressful window to make it to your place to stay - not a great way to start a vacation. The fee seemed to revolve around a person physically being at the apartment to greet you… which despite being a very nice and welcoming person, they just showed us everything that was in the binder that was left. I harbored the stress and even made some less educated airport-to-accomdation choices… just to pay a penalty for something I could read. I’d recommend the more than adequate (and exponentially cheaper) public transit system if you can manage your luggage on the streets (to avoid 70£ and up Uber fares and don’t even think about the black cabs for longer distances). If you’re from a larger city in the States or abroad, you’ll do just fine if you can read a map or download a transit app

Enjoyed our stay here. Apartment is very close to shops, markets, and dining. About a 15 minute walk to tube stations for easy transit to sights all over London. Sole, the property manager, was very responsive when we had questions.

Great location, flat was smaller than I expected and is in need of upgrading and needing some small repairs. Sole was very helpful when we could contact her.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche, gut ausgestattete kleine Wohnung.Die Lage, mit kleinem Supermarkt, Läden und einigen Restaurants in der Nähe, ist sehr gut. Eine Busstation ist um die Ecke und zwei Undergroundstationen kann man in ca. 10 bis 15min zu Fuß erreichen. Dadurch kommt man gut zu den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten.Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war immer sehr gut.

Everything as advertised. Very quiet location yet near everything. Easy to get bus and tube from South Ken. Check in /check out was easy and felt very secure. Perfect for what we needed.

Very comfortable flat located in the heart of Chelsea close to transportation and a nice walk to the Thames. Well appointed. Communication with owner was excellent.

Perfect location - close to Sainsburys and M&S. Round the corner from the bus stop that takes you straight into Victoria. Accommodation was very comfortable and felt like home straight away. Loved staying here.
