Well, it’s not even that cheap to be that bad. I had to text to request basic kitchen things and eve toilet paper. Almost fell on the stairs because carpeting went off. Heating is minimal. No ISB ports.

This Property should not be allowed on Hotels.com We choose it because of its central location The Management have a Cleaning fee added onto the price of the stay, I wouldn’t object to that in Principle if the place was actually clean. One of the Guests left a Fillet O’Fish on the back of the toilet and it was still there 48 hours later. The Cleaners do clean the rooms good, but nobody checks the property. I think the Cleaners come in to do a room when it is vacated. The Taps on the bathroom sink do not work. There is a water pump over the sink that also does not work. I had the unfortunate luck to drop my soap in the bathroom, when I picked it up there were lots of hairs from the floor stuck to it. The outside appearance is terrible, see photos. To be fair I’m not sure there is much that can be done about graffiti. I tried to call the number the day before arrival but got a message to check the number and try again, I did and got the same. I in my wisdom thought let me try to WhatsApp the number, it worked. The only communication we had before our stay and on the day of Checkout was via WhatsApp Absentee Landlord. We were unable to get instructions about Checkin until after we paid the Cleaning fee and provided a screenshot of evidence of payment. This Property should not be allowed for paying guests or even non paying guests. This is the worst I have every stayed in I WON’T BE BACK

The property convenient and well located. Fairly good communication, although there were difficulties with the box needed to check in and out. There were some broken parts to the room: blinds and a cupboard door. But with the low price, it wasn’t much of a concern.

Middle floor bathroom ran out of loo roll, was mouldy, and had no pole for the shower head to be held in. Lower floor had no loo roll. Bedroom was old and a bit knackered and it was a mattress not worthy of a student pad. The communal areas are filthy, despite being charged a “cleaning fee”. Room had three electric heaters on the floor, two of which are wall mount heaters. Floor had holes where the wood had separated. I’m truly shocked this site has this as an option.
