Premier Inn London Victoria

Older building , toilets did not well. Was a maze to get around. Carry your luggage up 3 steps to get into the entrance. Good location to Victoria station, I would personally look for other premiere inns in London

The breakfast was inadequate; there was little variety, and although breakfast was served until 11:00, pancakes and eggs were no longer available after 10:00. One morning, there were no clean tables available when we arrived. We asked for a table to be cleaned, but the staff member—whose name was Patience—attended to other tasks instead and did not clean it; we ended up cleaning the table ourselves before sitting down. There were a few steps at the hotel entrance that could have been used to navigate with a stroller, but the employee named Patience would not allow us to use them. Patience was extremely rude to us throughout our stay. She would leave the reception area and go downstairs to avoid being asked questions, and she would get annoyed whenever we called for her. When I wanted to wash my baby's bottle, she snapped at me and insisted I wash it downstairs, even though she could have simply rinsed it at the bar in the lobby. If you have a baby, this is not a suitable place to stay. They seem to think that cleaning the room simply means emptying the trash and straightening the sheets; when we asked for our sheets to be changed, they changed the bedding on only one of the three beds.

Low budget hotel, room had plenty of room and was clean.

The crew at the reception is a little bite unfriendly. But the location is really great and close the the station of London Victoria
