Amazing. We stayed here for two weeks. Would go there again. Excellent from front desk to concierge (helped arrange airport taxis and assisted with luggages), flexible but diligent housekeeping (checked a few times daily, came back when delay requested, refilled water, laundry, dish, and hand soap), gym, restaurant, proximity to tourist attractions (tower of London) and tour bus stops, proximity to the train (2 min walk), just excellent. We loved the design of the suite, very modern and clever use of space. And that it was wood type floors which felt cleaner than carpets in other hotels. It would be nice if the gym were inside the hotel instead of the outside building. Although it was secure, it’s on the first floor of that building with open floor length windows and people walk by even at night, which made me a little anxious. But overall great.

The a/c broke and they didn’t offer a time frame for fixing it! One night is understandable, but more than that without any explanation or time frame is unacceptable. It was a shame as the room was very comfortable and had an amazing view. Qe had to leave after only two nights because of the situation with the broken a/c.

Loved the apartments. The only let down was that we thought that the roof bar was also open to residents, but when we arrived we were advised that only for events. This is a real shame, as would be a great selling point, as the bar downstairs is small and pretty lifeless.

We can see how the hotel could be lovely however the air conditioning broke throughout the hotel four days before we arrived. We were not told until we arrived giving us no option to change. Our first room, a suite, not inexpensive, a birthday treat, was like a sauna and had a view not of the tower as advertised but of the bins. We were moved and the second suite had an air conditioning unit in it which meant one of us had to climb over the other to get in and out of bed. The promised refund negotiated has never been made and the attitude of some of the staff regarding the situation was very nonchalant. When the air conditioning was repaired it didn’t go below 19 in a 30degree heatwave! The breakfast service was slow and attention to detail for a specialist diet was very poor. However the Concierge staff, one member of the reception team and the restaurant manager did try their best to make a disappointing stay better. Overall, a disappointing experience for such an expensive experience.

We picked this hotel based on previous ratings and location. A couple things happened that were not high rating worthy. First, the light switches are all labeled but not labeled correctly so each time you use them, the lights may or may not come on as designed. You can’t turn the lights on at all unless you put your room key in a slot by the door - which no one tells you at check in. Fortunately some other guest who happened to be in the hallway helped us find the light access. Second, the AC went out. We thought it would be a day or so to fix it. It never got fixed which leads me to believe it never actually works. They offered us a portable AC unit but you had to have the window open to use it and our window opened straight to the noisy street. I didn’t think the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We ordered room service the first night after a long day of traveling and that was good. We tried doing a load of laundry… the dryer didn’t work so we had clean, wet clothes that we ended up air drying. It seemed like every utility we tried to use was a struggle. The room decor, layout and selection of toiletries were all superb. The convenience available inside the room (ours came with a combo washer-dryer in addition to the Nespresso machine and mini-fridge), on-demand delivery of bottled water and ice added to the luxurious experience. The gym, while slightly oddly located, had everything I needed for a good workout. Throughout our stay we have only ever interacted with friendly, helpful and personable staff members, from the bar to the front desk. Another excellent benefit of Tower Suites is the location. It is 1-2 minutes walk away from Tower Hills station, which takes you to two of the cleaner London tube lines. It is also conveniently just 2 stations away from the Elizabeth line, which is arguably the best way to and from Heathrow Airport. For this reason, I have this hotel on my short list to stay at when I visit again in the future. If I had to find something to improve, it would be the light switches inside the room. All switches are push button switches that would both turn on and off a group of lights. However, they are labeled incorrectly, and on top of that some of them control overlapping groups of light, resulting in some frustrating trial-and-error with trying to turn off all lights at the end of the night, or trying to turn on a specific light.

Our third time at the Tower Suites and it never disappoints. A great location and spacious, well equipped rooms. We also enjoyed a drink in the bar, and dinner in the restaurant on this - both excellent.

My husband and I stayed for about 2 weeks at the property for our anniversary trip to London. The staff was friendly the place was clean and the room was a decent size. The hotel is in a GREAT location. Tower bridge is about 2 mins away. The tube is literally around the corner and there are grocery stores and other food places in close proximity. The spa services are fantastic. My husband and I had a massage and it was amazing. Loved every minute of it! There are a few of things I did not like. The breakfast is egregiously overpriced for the options provided and the taste (honest opinion). We went once never went again. The restaurant is OK but the service needs work. I asked for a burger the waiter told me it was small, for a child. I looked out the window and saw an ADULT with a burger in the outside patio area and it was American size. Nothing in American is small. I was annoyed. I don’t like to be upsold. I just want what I want. Another gripe. I received a letter in my room upon arrival essentially saying I would receive a complimentary room upgrade. Went to the front desk, rooms were available, but I was told I would have to pay for the upgrade because it would inconvenience the hotel. I was taken aback but didn’t argue I just smiled and took the L like a champ lol. My thing is don’t offer something that you can’t accommodate. All in all, I might book again because it was a clean hotel, the tube is continently accessible, and it’s close to all the sights.

Great location right next to the Tower. A bit loud outside. Staff was awesome and property was clean. But Air conditioning was broken the whole time we were there and it was so hot in the rooms and the hallway. Would have been 5 star but 4 nights of sweating and no sleep was aweful.

Told at check-in that my room wasn't ready (fair enough, it was noon) but asked would I allow him to upgrade me to an "apartment" which was available immediately. Assuming gold status upgrade of course I agreed, only to be told he would charge the difference from my room booking! No thanks!! The room was fine but the shower had a raw sewage smell which, although not strong, permeated the whole room. I wasnt asked at checkout how my stay was so I left the sweage smell issue with them. Mattress was very firm/basic.

I saw a bug called silverfish crawling around in my room for two days, and I talked about it, but there was no action. Even a smaller silverfish crawled around in bed linen the night I reported it. It was the worst because I felt like I shared a bed with a bug. I even filmed two videos and showed them, but it ended with "Sorry."

The housekeeping service was extremely poor throughout our stay. 1. The hotel bed is too soft; we're not used to sleeping on such a soft mattress. 2. Inconsistent Supplies: Housekeeping repeatedly failed to replenish basic items such as towels and tissues. We had to contact the front desk daily to request these essentials. 3. Poor Cleaning Standards: - Our rooms were often left with hair and debris on the floor. - Surfaces (including tables) were visibly dirty, with stains remaining uncleaned. - Clean glasses were not returned to their designated place after washing, requiring additional requests. 4. Serious Security Breaches: - One day at the afternoon , a staff member entered our room without knocking while I was packing. She merely asked "Service?" and left when I declined. I had a really disappointing experience here. The room wasn’t clean at all — it felt neglected and poorly maintained. The service was also far from welcoming; the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. For the price they’re charging, I expected much better quality and comfort. To make matters worse, the nearby train was incredibly noisy and made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend.

The hotel was impeccably clean, the staff consistently helpful and genuinely kind, and the breakfast plentiful with a wide variety of options. The location is outstanding—right in the city centre and just a few metres from the Tower Hill Underground station—making it easy to reach every part of London. Overall, a superb experience and great value. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Fantastic location for getting around the city. 6 stops on the underground from Kings Cross was brilliant. The room was spacious and the kitchen area with washing machine and fridge was a great bonus.

The room was a good size, but the main bed was very hard. I had difficulty sleeping on it. The pull out sofa was better! The on site restaurant was very good and we are there several times. The service was excellent. The underground station is so close - making getting around super easy. It does mean you can hear/feel the trains going under the hotel though - so earplugs are worthwhile if you’re a light sleeper.

Nice big rooms for London with facilities to eat in room. Fabulous shower and bathrooms with everything you would need! No need to go hunting for shampoo or soap and also the coffee machines(nespresso) was positively perfect. Like ved it and will stay again when in London. I had the twin room and we had plenty of space.

Spacious and clean. Luxury executive suite with kitchenette was well stocked. Pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware. Two burner stovetop. Microwave. Washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Large spacious living room with sofa bed. Thick black-out curtains to darken the room. Kitchenette separating the bedroom and living room with a large countertop. Bedroom has a sitting vanity area. Two USB outlets at each bedside table. Two large closets to hang clothing with drawers. Ironing board and iron. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom with a heated wall behind the towel rack. Extra large towels. Liquid hand soap, Body Wash, shampoo, and conditioner at the sink and in the shower. Daily water bottles and biscuits/cookies. Very clean. Location was fantastic!! Extra large towels. Liquid hand soap, Body Wash, shampoo, and conditioner at the sink and in the shower. Daily water bottles and biscuits/cookies. Very clean. Location was fantastic!! I love how close this property is to a Tube station. It's also right next to a railway. Our room overlooked the railway, but the noise from the station wasn't an issue. However, the noise inside the room was terrible. There was a consistent tapping sound, sounded like a woman walking on hardwood floors in high heels, but the sound was coming from the walls. We were too exhausted from sightseeing each day to deal with complaining about it, but it was very irritating. The room amenities are great, but if you're traveling with a family of four like we were, the sofa bed isn't very comfortable.

This property is extremely close to multiple major tourist attractions (Tower Bridge, Tower of London, HMS Belfast, The Shard, etc.). It’s also RIGHT NEXT to the Tower Hill Underground Station, which is incredibly convenient to get to much of greater London. Property is very new, clean, and modern, as opposed to numerous other older hotels nearby. Our room had a lovely view of the Tower of London and a partial view of Tower Bridge. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a great room/mini apartment - it had space AND air conditioning!!! Plus a washer/dryer. Very conveniently located next to the tube. But ask for a room far from the side near the rail if you’re a light sleeper. Personally, I found it quite soothing.

I had stayed here for work prior, and it's a great location close to things but far enough away to be quieter and more affordable. There were three of us in the room and the couch is NOT comfortable. Wonky, thin matteress, noisy and overall just shouldn't count as a bed! The aim bed was fine, and having a washer, fridge, stove top, dish washer all in the room was AMAZING.

Tower Suites is conveniently located and easy to get to by tube from the airport and while traveling around London. Its just around the corner from the underground! We loved that our room was overlooking the courtyard and we didn't get any city noise. Loved the fact that its easy walking to the Tower bridge and Borough market and the Tower of London. Wanted to give a should out to Alex B. who is the concierge at the hotel. He was super helpful and friendly when we needed help.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed Expedia had cancelled my booking with no explanation but the hotel still got us in (family of 4 travelling from Canada) and gave us the same rate. They were super accommodating. Great location and awesome rooms. We were able to do laundry! Only drawbacks would be that the AC didn’t seem to always work and we slept on a pullout that wasn’t super comfortable but it worked. (The kids took the good beds). The staff were super helpful too.

Had a great 4-night stay. Had the most amazing, helpful, and friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We had a few special requests once we checked in, and they quickly and happily accommodated. The room was very clean, modern, and had great amenities. The king bed was very firm, actually didn’t mind it but normally prefer a softer bed. Sofa bed mattress was like they all are, thin and uncomfortable, but we requested an extra mattress to add on top and they brought it up right away. Our teenage son slept on the sofa bed with 2 mattress all 4 nights and it was perfect! Loved how close it was to the Tower Bridge and Tower of London. Plenty of stores, restaurants, and pubs in close walking distance. Very nice area just across the bridge on the river as well. Restaurant had great food and service…there’s free coffee in the lounge. Did not do the breakfast Buffett but ordered breakfast a few days off the menu, very good breakfast food and the kids loved the lasagna for dinner! It was a little further away from the central city attractions, but hopped on the underground right there at Tower Hill station and we were there in 10-15 minutes no problem. Quiet and safe area, definitely recommend to others, and would stay again when in London.

We stayed here for 2 nights on our anniversary weekend and were upgraded to an executive suite with a kitchen (we have hotels.com platinum status). The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, the layout was perfect so we had space and felt relaxed. We overlooked the rear courtyard on the 4th floor, lovely and quiet. Our first evening was spent in the hotel restaurant, where Pranil made us feel so welcome and was very attentive, constantly checking on us and refilling our glasses. The meal was delicious, perfect portion sizes (we initially thought too small but were surprised at how filling!), and the wine was perfect. We had breakfast the next morning and Pravirath (not sure of spelling) was equally as hospitable, patiently explaining the options and keeping an eye on us to make sure we had everything we needed. They are both a credit to the Tower Suites brand. We asked for mattress toppers the next morning, as I found the bed a bit hard - the lovely reception staff organised 2 to be placed on the bed, which felt like we were floating! We actually abandoned our afternoon plans in favour of a snooze :) The hotel location is perfect, next to the DLR and a tube station, across the road from the Tower of London, plenty of restaurants and things to do. We used the minories car park across the road, which is only 4.50 on Sat overnight. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already booking our next stay in March!

My wife and I travel extensively all over the world. Most places we’ve stayed try very hard to be like this hotel, and most fail. The Blue Orchid at Tower Hill was magnificent! The staff was exceptional and the location was about as perfect as could be. Every time we travel to the UK, we will book our trips around availability at Blue Orchid! LOVED IT!!!

Fantastic from for a family of four exploring London. The room had everything we needed, including laundry in the apartment. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the tower and tower bridge. The Tower Hill tube station took us everywhere else that we wanted to go. Hop on hop off buses pick up right across the street from the hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Everything in the hotel and the area was incredibly clean. And as a last point in its favor, the hotel restaurant, Cento Alla Torre was terrific and we had an easy delicious dinner there after checking in thoroughly jet lagged and needing a pick me up.

Location is very convenient. Concierge very friendly! Room was big enough for two. No wardrobe or slippers available. We were a little disappointed about the restaurant. My daughter wanted the lava cake on the menu, but the waiter refused because according to him it was only for children (age 5-6). He didn’t want to make an exemption and we had to put a lot of energy in persuading him to ask the chef and manager if it was possible to order the cake. At the end it was possible, but only for one time. When we saw the piece it was hard to believe that a 5-6 years old kid could eat that piece. Anyway , overall it was a good stay. We never went back to the restaurant.

While the concierge was friendly they had limited knowledge of how to get around the city. While they touted 24 hour room service, if you ordered a hamburger after 11pm they would only let you order it “well done”. The reason for this, we were told, was because they ordered it from outside the hotel and they didn’t trust the quality of the meat.

We were very happy with everything about this hotel. The location is brilliant over looking The Tower of London. It was very clean and the staff wete all very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was am exvellent variet, very fresh and high quality ingredients- we will definitely be coming back.

The hotel is a great location and seems newly renovated. Staff were friendly, but not the most helpful in some situations. I would probably give this hotel 4-stars but the issue we had was with the A/C in our room, it was warm the entire night. The room was huge, two bedrooms with king beds, and modern. I have stayed 100+ nights in Europe, so this is not a a/c is just different in Europe thing, the room simply has insufficient capacity for the size of the room. The vent point straight down in a hallway is a very odd way to design and a/c. Another room my family was staying in cooled fine, this room just does not work.
The hotel is a great location and seems newly renovated. Staff were friendly, but not the most helpful in some situations. I would probably give this hotel 4-stars but the issue we had was with the A/C in our room, it was warm the entire night. The room was huge, two bedrooms with king beds, and modern. I have stayed 100+ nights in Europe, so this is not a a/c is just different in Europe thing, the room simply has insufficient capacity for the size of the room. The vent point straight down in a hallway is a very odd way to design and a/c. Another room my family was staying in cooled fine, this room just does not work.

We stayed here for two nights and it was perfectly placed for the subway and hop on hop off bus stops..the suite was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had breakfast and even had dinner in the restaurant. Both of which were very nice. The staff were very attentive and I would definitely recommend staying here in future.
