The building is in a central location and is incredibly convenient, especially for business travelling. The room has a small kitchen and a washing machine so you can even do your laundry if you're staying longer (they've provided some laundry detergent, too, you don't have to bring it). Bed is comfy, the place is clean overall, there's a gym although I haven't used it. It's my go-to place whenever I go to Brighton!

Great location, right in the heart of Brighton. Very modern studio with kitchen facilities and very friendly staff. The only slight negative is the fact the hotel does not have its own car park and parking costs £40 for slightly over 24 hours.

Apartment was clean and recently renovated. Location was good. Parking was in a public parking facility located a few minutes walk from the accomodation. Roadworks and one way streets made this an inconvenient experience.

Location was great, room was amazing, and Auris was super friendly and helpful during our stay. The only negative was that we were unaware that the discounted car parking is payable each time you leave the car park so we ended up paying twice for one day's stay

Apartment was great only down side smelt of cigarette smoke and the parking is not on sight which I thought seemed implied from the hotel add . Which due to our sat nav took us down a bus lane so a £70 fine added to it all ! The gentleman on reception though very nice and polite … our weekend in Brighton other then that great !

Fantastic location & price, however no air con so studio was either very warm, or had to have the ceiling fan on with noise/pushing round warm air. Had an email from hotel to say they have discounted parking at nearby NCP, but was told no longer available

I messaged asking for parking and no one replied. Brighton is a pain to drive around and you cannot easily get to the property. so we drove round and round and parked where we could, then when we got there they offered us the discounted parking (elsewhere) so we ended up paying a bunch more, due to lack of communication. That aside property was great, apartment nice, no complaints at all!

Room was spacious, modern and very clean. Really happy with that. Location was good. Unfortunately room 3 is right next to the gym and they have several slow closing doors right outside my door that make a loud noise when closed. So every time someone went in the 24hr gym they went through two loud doors and woke me up/ kept me awake. Plus the cleaner started early on the room upstate and with the hard floors, whatever they were wheeling made a huge noise. So, the room was great but never ever stay in room 3, it shouldn’t be there.

Great stay, you literally can’t go wrong, the only issue and this is no fault of the Hotel but driving by car is difficult because of all the one way systems & bus lanes. The postcode provided will not take you to the Hotel. Very nice property in Brighton and the staff were very helpful & polite which seems to have become a rarity now days. (41 sounding like an 85 year old).

The location is excellent, right in the centre of town and a short walk to shops, restaurants, beach and station. The room was perfectly clean with a small but very well equipped kitchen quite suitable for fixing breakfast and lunch. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was excellent with good pressure and temperature. Don't expect a view. The windows look out onto a tall wall just a couple of feet away, and some air-con units just below. At check in they asked for a deposit and Photo ID. This was not mentioned in the pre-travel information that I received from Expedia. They had some issues with the fire alarms one morning during my stay. Overall a good place to stay and explore Brighton.

The room condition first of all was really poor - the bedsheets and the duvet cover had hairs on them so we needed to request for new ones. This was really concerning and highlighted poor hygiene maintenance. The sofa in the room was also extremely small. The lift also broke down during our stay and there was no communication from the reception about this and no ETA as to when this would be fixed so we had to take down two suitcases via the stairs. Overall, a very negative experience.

We had an excellent stay here. The apartments are so handy for the station and the beach as well as all other attractions. Flat was immaculate, only niggle was terrace was narrow and furniture needed cleaned. However the rest of the flat suited us perfectly.

It was lovely , modern, clean and a lovely location. The view is great (if you have a balcony.. The others without are on the side) The room does get hot. Ceiling fan and standing fan. So if you dont have a balcony you can't get much air in. We had a balcony. It was noisy due to road works and some apparent drunk people at night shouting!! It is well equipped.. Like iron, dishwasher, oven, fridge etc. No one cleans though whilst we were there.. 3 nights. Pleasant staff... The best is.. In dirty Brighton there is a modern, ultra clean place.. Sleek and trendy at a price that is affordable.. It is near the shopping centre and 7 dials anx looks out to the sea (overthe roof tops and if one faces that way with the balcony) . I would have loved a bath... But the shower was lovely.

The welcome from reception was warm and welcoming. The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped and quiet. It was lovely to have the balcony and windows to open for fresh air. When we thought there was an issue with the flush of the toilet a member of maintenance was with us within 15 minutes.

Friendly staff, convenient location, but uncomfortably hot (floor 4 south facing balcony has no shade, so intense heat from the sun, and no air conditioning). Decent property (having laundry, mini-kitchen, etc. ensuite is nice), but prices were high (granted, it's summer in Brighton = priced to the market) = marginal value.

Great location. Very well maintained, clean and tidy. Spacious accommodation. Could be perfect if the sofa was larger and more comfortable. The bed and pillows just adequate, not up to the standard of premier inn. Currently building work in the square is a bit of a nuisance.

The room was designed as a small studio with a lot to offer in terms of facilities that one would not necessarily expect to find in a hotel room (e.g. a kitchenette, dishwasher, oven) and fantastic views to the adjacent green space. The location is perfect for exploring the city centre and the main shopping and entertainment attractions, and it is within short walking distance from the main train station. Generally, there is not much to criticise - I wish places like this were more readily available across the country.
The room was designed as a small studio with a lot to offer in terms of facilities that one would not necessarily expect to find in a hotel room (e.g. a kitchenette, dishwasher, oven) and fantastic views to the adjacent green space. The location is perfect for exploring the city centre and the main shopping and entertainment attractions, and it is within short walking distance from the main train station. We were at Q Square for four nights and really made ourselves at home. The studio room was sunny and pleasant and there was enough room for the two of us. It had a well equipped kitchen area, a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The washing machine was a real bonus. While we were there it was quiet and the rooms are sound proofed. There was a roadworks project outside but they weren’t noisy during our stay. My only gripe is that the sofa wasn’t particularly comfortable but overall I would thoroughly recommend Q Square as a pleasant and very convenient place to stay. It’s a short walk from the station, the shops and many of the sights. Tip - Take a taxi or a bus to the marina and walk the easy path under the white chalk cliffs and have lunch at Samphire at Salt Dean.

Positives: Fantastic room - brand new, all mod cons including mini dishwasher, electric blinds, chromecast tv, nespresso machine etc. Room beautifully laid out and roomy. Great bed, great sofa - quality furnishings in general. Great location right in the centre of the city. Lovely lobby and polite staff Negatives: The apartment itself was insulated from noise which was great, but apartment doors are self-closing and people do tend to let them slam shut (I had a group of guys on my floor who were in and out at all hours). My room windows faced a wall about 20in opposite. There was no view, in fact, no sky whatsoever. Not the end of the world but did give slight prison vibes despite the loveliness of the room. I wasn't expecting a sea view or even a good view, but I didn't expect to be facing a wall. There was no indication that this might be the case when booking. Lovely lobby and polite staff Negatives: The apartment itself was insulated from noise which was great, but apartment doors are self-closing and people do tend to let them slam shut (I had a group of guys on my floor who were in and out at all hours). My room windows faced a wall about 20in opposite. There was no view, in fact, no sky whatsoever. Not the end of the world but did give slight prison vibes despite the loveliness of the room. I wasn't expecting a sea view or even a good view, but I didn't expect to be facing a wall. There was no indication that this might be the case when booking. The man at front desk (I didn't get his name) was fantastic. When we checked in we found that out "balcony" room faced a brick wall with no light - he managed to upgrade us to the penthouse rooms, one each night!

Location was great, room was amazing, and Auris was super friendly and helpful during our stay. The only negative was that we were unaware that the discounted car parking is payable each time you leave the car park so we ended up paying twice for one day's stay

I messaged asking for parking and no one replied. Brighton is a pain to drive around and you cannot easily get to the property. so we drove round and round and parked where we could, then when we got there they offered us the discounted parking (elsewhere) so we ended up paying a bunch more, due to lack of communication. That aside property was great, apartment nice, no complaints at all!

Lady on reception when we arrived was incredibly miserable and again on check out! Apartment was lovely, amazing shower and incredibly clean. Only downside was the seagulls in the morning and the building works on street. Would recommend and stay again

The welcome from reception was warm and welcoming. The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped and quiet. It was lovely to have the balcony and windows to open for fresh air. When we thought there was an issue with the flush of the toilet a member of maintenance was with us within 15 minutes.

Had a great 2 night stay, gentleman on reception a great guy and an asset to your hotel, so welcoming and couldnt do enough. As a wheelchair user as well, we couldnt fault anything with the hotel.

The location is excellent, right in the centre of town and a short walk to shops, restaurants, beach and station. The room was perfectly clean with a small but very well equipped kitchen quite suitable for fixing breakfast and lunch. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was excellent with good pressure and temperature. Don't expect a view. The windows look out onto a tall wall just a couple of feet away, and some air-con units just below. At check in they asked for a deposit and Photo ID. This was not mentioned in the pre-travel information that I received from Expedia. They had some issues with the fire alarms one morning during my stay. Overall a good place to stay and explore Brighton.

Great location just tucked off the main central cross in Brighton. 5 mins from the rail station and with a taxi rank outside. Not that you need it, as pretty much everything is within a 5-10 minute walk. Staff were charming, helpful and friendly. We were celebrating a birthday and an anniversary, what a lovely surprise to find a bottle of prosecco on ice in our apartment and a bag of treats! Thank you so much. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. Even a bottle of water and milk in the fridge. Amazing!

Was a last kinute new years eve stay over in Brighton, and we couldnt have been happier. Central location with access to the lanes, Pavillion, mall, and pier within a few minutes walk. Parking in Brighton is never enjoyable, so we parked uo outside of the city and travelled in by bus. The hotel benefitted from a small outdoor space, an effective kitchen/dining area for two people, decent shower, and a comfortable bed.

Great stay, you literally can’t go wrong, the only issue and this is no fault of the Hotel but driving by car is difficult because of all the one way systems & bus lanes. The postcode provided will not take you to the Hotel. Very nice property in Brighton and the staff were very helpful & polite which seems to have become a rarity now days. (41 sounding like an 85 year old).

I wish there was still a wine bar downstairs, but given how close the hotel is to Churchill Square and tons of options for coffee, drinks and food, it's not really an issue. The hotel suites are great. Being able to cook in the room means money saving options and the beds and bathrooms are roomy and clean. The hotel staff are all great and I appreciate this given my stays are generally around a month apiece.

Well located in the centre of Brighton, easy check in and very friendly staff. Suite was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable although a little too hot at times. No view as such but you can't always have one. The shower would benefit from a grab rail.
