My stay at Abside Hotel in Palermo was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated — the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. A special mention goes to Valentina, the host — she was truly adorable, kind, and always available whenever we needed help or advice. Her hospitality made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palermo, and I’ll definitely come back and book with Valentina again! 💛🇮🇹

The hot tub behind the bed made a rather odd layout of the room. The steel outside door slams horribly and rather destroyed what was otherwise a peaceful place.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hot tub was amazing! Breakfast in a nearby cafe was also nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the staff being really loud at 8am in the morning and slamming doors. It would be nice if they considered the guests sleeping.

Nice room very central but at no point we’re warned that it was in the ZTL. Very difficult to get information as website is all in Italian. You have to buy vouchers at a tabacchi and register them but you cannot do it on non Italian mobile phones. You have to work out how register on the ZTL WEBSITE. Spent many hours sorting it out. The property owner was extremely helpful.

The area was great. Finding and accessing the home was pretty easy. The owners asked that we communicate through Whatsapp, which was fine. The toilet stopped working on the first day around 10:30pm, we communicated via WhatsApp immediately to the owner. We were advised it would be fixed in the morning. We were out exploring the entire next day and came back to a still broken toilet at 6:22pm. The owner did not get back to us all night and we did not have access working toilet all night again. We checked out the following morning as our weekend stay was over. The owner finally got back to us via WhatsApp after we checked out and asked how our weekend was. It obviously could have been better.
