All the staff were super friendly. Rooms were comfortable, small bathroom as with all Moxys but everything you need was there. The only one thing that wasn't so great was the tiny gym. It's pretty much full if 2-3 people are using it but apart from that everything was great.

Hotel is nice, but if using in conjunction with an exhibition trip the parking is a nightmare. You can drop your bag which is fair enough but then have to drive to E5 and then walk back10-15mins to Hall5. Then you can leave your bag and pick up when the Expo closes but then your behind all the car park traffic coming out of E1-4. OR the clever people just leave the car at the hotel and pay the parking charge notice which is cheaper than using the official car park. £30 if paid within 14 days.

Everything was excellent, breakfast was only £12 , great range of drinks at the bar, great menu throughout the day, the room was spotless, so quiet at night, parking is not on site, but only a 10 minute walk away, or you can get on a free nec bus , to east car park, which the hotel has a 50% discount, excellent for the nec 2 minute walk and your in the complex

Great hotel and comfortable spacious room. Only thing that was a negative is the parking is offsite and is quite a long walk away. I wouldn't like to make the walk in bad weather or at night as you would feel quite vulnerable at points along the walk.

Great location for ease of access into the NEC - it’s literally 100 yards away. You can store luggage at the hotel whilst at an expo which is really handy. Car park is a ten min walk round the lake and you get discounted parking from the hotel if you use their car park. Breakfast was really good and lots of choice. Rooms were really comfortable albeit the aircon is really efficient! Other than that was a great stay. Super comfy beds and lovely bedding

The decor of the hotel was querky and fun. Staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and warm, though the bathroom was quite small. The only downside was the cost of parking (additional £12) and the 10min walk from the carpark.

We chose the hotel for its proximity to the NEC, having stayed at nearby hotels previously & noticing how close the MOXY is. Fun, funky, quirky entrance area, leading to welcoming staff who checked us in. Minor issue over having us pay for the room again, when it was paid on booking - but that was refunded a short time later. We had a couple of drinks in the hotel bar - plenty of choice of beer / lager, spirits and cocktails, standard "hotel" prices (£6 pint, £8/10 cocktail) Room was clean, spacious with good aircon - essential this weekend gone! Bathroom is tiny, barely enough space to turn around when using the sink, but would rather the room space! Parking is a 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel, which I feel could be a pain if raining / cold weather, but remember to get your parking validated in the lobby! Would definitely stay again

Great location and room. We had two drops of blood on our sheets which weren’t from us. And the room was insanely hot. Other guests we spoke to said the same - about the heat, not the drops of blood. Breakfast looked great but we didn’t have it. Really comfy bed except for the blood.

Was booked into a family room on the 5th floor room number 537. There was an ongoing noise of what can only be described as "water filling a tank" the noise went on all day and night with short interruptions. Hardly had any sleep over the two nights of my stay, by far my worst ever experience staying in a hotel.

Stayed on the first floor and was kept awake most of the night with music continually playing repeatedly, mainly hearing the drum beat over and over again. I though it was a event or something and would stop later, but it didn't! Found out when I went down to reception it was the speakers fasten to the ceiling in reception. Told them about it and they just said... sorry about that.

A very nice hotel. Good location, handy for the NEC - depending on which hall, we still had a long walk through the NEC building. The hotel has a boutique feel while still part of a larger chain so quality assured as expected. Very quiet and clean. There was a fresh new feel to the room & corridors.The only downside was the size of the room. It was very compact with the smallest bathroom I've ever seen at this rating/price point. Parking was a bit of an issue, a short walk as advertised but feels a lot longer when carrying bags so don't underestimate the 10 minute walk. If I stayed again, I'd use the bag drop option. Overall, it was a nice stay but for the price paid, I think I might opt for something less niche.

Hotel is very nice, room was small but ok, we had a twin room and the beds were really narrow, felt like we're could have fallen out of bed. Best thing about the hotel is the location next to the NEC saved BP Pulse. Excellent for concerts and exhibitions.

Stayed one night, mid-week and found the hotel was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and the reception area was well staffed. My gripes relate to the room. It was large, clean and modern. However, there is no facility to control the climate control & our room was a little too cold. Also, there was a lot of noise coming from the room above. So the sound proofing isn’t great between the floors.

Loved everything about this hotel, from the convenience of the location, short walk from NEC, bp Pulse arena and also Airport and Train Station, to the Hotel itself. Loved the overal relaxed feel, the decor, the room (which was compact but had everything we needed) to the food and excellent friendly service from everyone. A new word has entered my vocabulary and future hotels I stay in may now be accused of not being Moxy enough! 🙄

Positive first experience, the ambience is nice and every looked to be in good condition. Unfortunately we had a poor experience due to faulty pipework which was extremely noisy throughout the night and very disturbing. We raised it with reception and they were ambivalent. I also provided feedback to the hotel group who were also dismissive. The unsatisfactory customer service means we'll actively avoid spending with the Marriott group for the foreseeable.

We had wonderful experience staying in Moxy as its one of my favourite hotel. Shopping mall and lots of food choices on walking distance. Wonderful view of a lack with fountain. Hotel was nice and clean, staff was helpful. Hotel smell good. Gaming is good idea in the hotel for kids and adults. Only thing I didn't like is parking. Its too far and too expensive specially if you are travelling with little one's. Its better if they do discount on parking site instead if hotel just in case if you forget to validate the parking coin, you will not bother ti go back as its far away.

Stayed for a football match and this was reasonably priced, on top of the fact we were close to the train station and multiple fast-food places for a quick stop for food. Brilliant for being a 5-10 minute walk to the station through the mall area.

Smart modern hotel, ultra clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely staff. Located right alongside NEC.Only downside was that breakfast buffet area incredibly tight so breakfast not a great experience - almost as if it has been added as an afterthought.

Excellent hotel and great value compared to others nearby. It’s more like the Marriott fun brand than a cheapo budget one, but at a great price. Location great for NEC, parking a wee walk but very clear guidance from hotel on booking and pre arrival. Nice bar, decent food and a lot of choice for breakfast too. Everyone friendly and helpful. Loved the funky style of the brand and hotel too.

Great stay and location next to NEC where we were going. The staff were very friendly, free drink on arrival and bag drop space for pre check-in time. Modern room, comfy bed, lovely shower room with complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was very nice, plentiful and a great selection of everything hot and cold.

Yes the room was good. limited for hanging my closes up and the carpet was worn at the window. Breakfast was a disaster on the second day as they keep running out of food. They had to send somebody to the shop for Beans!! Could be better organised for the breakfast area!

Unusual concept hotel which is very handy for the NEC being right on the doorstep. There is an informal feel to the place but the staff were very competent and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and the room had all amenties. My only complaint was the breakfast (I had full English) where the quality of food wasn't great. The fruit and pastries looked better.

Hotel good and staff friendly Only two minor issues 1,Pillows of a poor quality retain heat so an uncomfortable sleep. 2, sausages at breakfast very poor quality you are charging £12 per person seek better sausages from a local butcher.

Great location but very expensive we paid over £250 for one night and had to pay extra for breakfast. Came down for breakfast 9.20am and there was hardly any left so asked if it was being restocked and we were told we'd have to wait. By the time the brought out more sausage and bacon there were loads of people wanting so it all went before everyone could get anything
