Great location so central! Bowling alley fun. No water or tea making facilities in room which was disappointing. Also no bottles of water to purchase in bar or vending machines

Stayed here several times, unfortunately currently under update so limited lifts, door access and bar / restaurant area, I would have stayed elsewhere had I known. Otherwise great centrally located hotel with great staff and good service

Decent hotel as a base for a weekend trip. It is very well-located (right next to Central station). The only downside was that the 'parking' is the NCP multi-storey across the road that is £25 per 24 hours!

Close to train line coming in or out of town. Close to car rental area and shopping streets. Good central location and decently close to subway and walking trail along the river. Good value for amenities. Interesting rooms. Fun bowling, bar, etc. space on the top floor.

There is only one parking garage for all the hotels in downtown Glasgow and it’s quite a walk with luggage and very expensive. They offer a discount but you have to fill an application beforehand it’s all just really inconvenient and you wanna find out about this beforehand. Not when you’re parked illegally in the street out the front. They need a much clearer explanation when you’re booking the hotel for people arriving by car. Also, one niggly thing, there’s no kettle in the room, which is the only time in all of our UK trip this happened and we love nothing more than making a cup of tea after driving for five hours.

The room that we had wasn’t clean, there was blood stains on the floor and stains over the wall, desk in the room had chips init and the chair was covered in stains, booked the vega bar for 4 hours and the bar staff were so rude my partner was waiting for 15 mins at the bar and the bar staff stated he would need to wait as he was going to serve the women first so rude and not professional.

Very convenient hotel, good bar/ restaurant on the top floor. Bedrooms are small but well laid out to maximise space. Even though we were on the first floor, there was no noise from the street outside. Carpet in the room could do with being replaced/ deep cleaned. But aside from this, very happy with our stay.

The location is good and the bed was comfortable enough, but the carpet had multiple stains and the desk was pretty dirty. Simply wiping it off would have been sufficient. None of us would stay here again.

What more is there to say. It’s dirty and needs a deep clean. Clean your carpets and show some pride around your area. Garbage and cigarette butts everywhere and goodness knows what else. Yuk!

Room space and lighting was horrendous. The carpets had multiple large stains on them. Can hear noise from other rooms above and beside you easily. Room only had two plug sockets which were at one side of the bed which was not convenient.

Literally next to Central Station so location was excellent. Gym is great. Room was tiny, and we couldn’t get the TV to stay off - we’d switch it off with the remote, and five minutes later it would flick on with a white screen illuminating the room while we were trying to sleep. Fine place to stay.

room was nice on the whole, but the lights went off from time to time as they was a motion sensor timer. It means that if you want to lie in bed to read or spend too much time in the toilet, maybe 20 mins, the lights would go off suddenly. In one morning, there was no hot water for shower, but the problem had been fixed when I went back at night. Other than these, the hotel is very conveniently located and clean.

Across from Glasgow Central in a great location. Check in is contactless on tablets and room was very clean and modern. Only downside was the shower is lit up inside and not very private with a silhouette view to the rest of the room.

The lights in the room are motion sensor. After ten mins they all go out so if reading or working, you’d in darkness. Then if you move in bed at night, they come on for 10mins as they did every night if my stay at 2-4am. No customer service. Sleep deprived for meetings & day ahead.

It was a very small room and felt restricted. The shower flooded the room also. The lights were going on and off for no reason. There were a lot of drunk people in the landings and lifts. It was nice overall but I don’t feel we will be back.

The hotel is located right across from the central train station which is convenient for travel but is a very rough area of town and in general it was unsafe after dark. The hotel has a nightclub and bowling alley on the top floor and we were given a room in the next floor down which was really noisy. We changed to a lower floor which was better but you can still hear the bowling alley until around 11 PM. Restaurant has only fast food.

The staff were very helpful in providing information for the various Glasgow sites. They were also helpful in providing arrangement by taxi to the airport. Last year I stayed at Yotel Manchester and was quite impressed. I selected this hotel because of the quality of last year’s experience. Whenever I travel in the UK, I will book at a Yotel if the location has one.

Tv did not work. Reception staff were unhelpful. No customer service skills whatsoever. By contrast the hotel across the street had attentive friendly staff and I didn’t even stay at that hotel! Just visited it for a mtg. Could hear noises from street and also as people walked along corridor.

The area is dirty with cigarette butts everywhere and a lot of litter. The archway of Central Station was dark and dingy and I felt very unsafe walking thru there to get to Argyle St. Having homeless people asking for money every few feet was unpleasant.

Great spot for being in the heart of Glasgow. Walkable to both train stations, lots of shopping and restaurants. The immediate area can look a bit rough but that is Glasgow. Not as bad as it may first appear.

Check in was easy and quick, room's were sufficient for what we needed. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Only complaint was the big stain on the mattress when we pulled the sheets off in the morning to help the cleaner.

The room was great, clean tudy and big enough for a few days stay The breakfats was awful, service was terrible, had to asl for orange to be filled twice, the milk twice and the table to be cleaned, as there wasnt anyone cleaning up. Which put a small dampner on the stay, would stay again, without the breakfast.

Perfect location directly next to central station, staff are friendly and the rooms are in excellent condition. The only issue is the breakfast, we didn't take the option this time as the last two visits the food was dry and not fresh, also one time we arrived 15 mins before breakfast finishes to be told there were no more sausages only the vegan version!

Breakfast was very limited and inconsistent. The property was nice staff was friendly. Service was great. Loud at night and was on a very busy street people on the street screaming several nights (can’t blame the hotel just the area)

We had a wonderful stay. Stayed in the first class room and it was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were especially friendly and made us feel comfortable. We ate dinner and had cocktails in vega meaning we didn’t have to go anywhere else. The cocktails were the best I’ve had in a long time! The breakfast buffet was also delicious and everything fresh and topped up regularly. I would definitely return.

My wife and I went to the British Open at Troon. The Train Station is right across the street. I recommend the breakfat. it wa.s very good. We would stay her again and will look for other Yotels in different cities when we travel

Nice enough hotel, terribly let down by the breakfast operation. Little choice and basically nothing left by 9am on both days that I stayed. No greek yogart, a bannana for fruit if youre lucky. Terrible! No mugs, coffee machine not working.Tables not cleared, nowhere to sit and staff not making any efforts to sort this. I wont stay again.
