Check in took 30+ mins with 2 guests in front of us. Front desk clerk was very slow, seemed confused at times, spoke softly & mumbled from behind a glass window, and even with the long line - decided it was a good idea to take a personal phone call and multitask while we all waited. Appears some hallways have fresh paint & carpet, but our particular room was rundown and desperately needed a remodel/update. Noticed that with last remodel done from years ago, they didn't remove the old tub, just placed another on top of it. Bizarre - Husbands head was literally at the ceiling while showering.
