Beautiful hotel and great location. Everything was great. Only wish the pool was a little cleaner.

This is a nice place with a nice gym, nice pool, and nice breakfast area. Room was nice. Honestly everything was good except one thing. We were disappointed that there was no option for a cleaning service on a Sunday. Due to an unforeseen circumstance our room became very messy over the weekend and it was very upsetting that there was no option to clean things up. I wish that would change.

The heated pool was very cold. The front desk said upon check in, if it was too cold they would turn up the heater. When we asked about that, a gentleman told us. It was impossible to get it warmer. The rest of the stay was awesome. This isn’t a complaint , just information.

So loud at night pool parting into the night. Windows very thin. I could highway and we were on the ninth floor. Only one elevator working and at 100 occupancy. Had to wait like fifteen minutes for elevator.

$22 a day for parking is just insane.

Loved the security of a gated parking garage.

Quiet, clean and staff were very friendly. Variety of breakfast foods and nice bar.

Hotel was wonderful friendly staff great amenities good location felt very safe there. Only thing I can complain about is having to pay for the parking garage that is actually attached to the hotel in addition to also paying for the room.

The hotel was better than my expectations. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the grounds were well kept. Highly recommend.

It was other people’s hair on the shower walls in more than two areas since I wasn’t happy about that but otherwise it was a nice stay.

Front Desk staff was really great with everyone and very helpful. Safe, super clean suites and I liked the convenience/setup. Breakfast was actually really nice too. Not just the standard. Have to say this place pleasantly surprised me. Good work.

Good overall, spacious and convenient when traveling in a family. Major complaint is that it does not offer a basic hotel service of cleaning rooms on weekends. They save on this service on weekends l, which does not make sense, since weekends is when you most travel and want a hotel that offers a complete service.

No room cleaning service during a 3 day stay. Very noisy by the freeway at all hours of the day and night. Excellent breakfast and spacious dining area just off the lobby.

Cleanliness

Room was located on busy highway very noisy. Didn’t get much sleep.

The hotel is within a short drive to shops and restaurants. Also not too far from the beautiful Museum District. The room was well appointed, clean and being on the 11th room had a nice view of the city skyline. Bed was very comfy and loved the option of firm or soft pillows. The room was also very quiet which I appreciated. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and consists of fruit, eggs, a choice of meat, potatoes, oatmeal and breads. The quality of bread and pastries could be much better and the eggs are one of those mixes but overall there’s a little something for everyone. Parking is $22 a day. They have snacks and drinks for sale at “hotel” prices but there’s a CVS a block away so either way you get what you need. I definitely would stay again.

The suite was very spacious and comfortable.

The suit was a bit stinky (strange smell probably from previous occupants cooking). Need some air refresher. Main issue was internet, it stopped working so if you do not have US sim, you have a problem. The rest was fine

Nice comfortable bed. Noisy location, triple pane glass windows would be a nice feature. Also AC on a motion sensor and goes off after a few minutes. Comes back on after you wake up from temperature change and move. Difficult sleeping waking up ever half hour because your hot then trying to go back sleep, breakfast outstanding.

There was a heavy smell from the cleaning chemical in the room. The shower water pressure was also very low. The room was very large and clean. The reception at the front desk (Holiday Inn employee shared with Staybridge Suites) was also quite rude. Amenities were great. Overall, it is a very decent hotel.

Beautiful clean property and the staff were friendly. Loved the bathroom and bed was comfy. The location and parking felt safe. Breakfast selections could have been better and I didn’t receive a free room upgrade. I also had to ask more than once about my free drinks for being a VIP member. It worked out but it was complicated not like with my other stays. Overall I would come back!

I liked the room and the kitchenette area. There was some noise with the AC but nothing major.

Overall, a very nice stay... Comfortable beds, good breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options, decent sized rooms and nice lounge areas off the lobby with seating and tvs to watch football, plus an on-site bar. Only complaints are very low water pressure in the showers and a couple people at the front desk weren't as friendly and helpful as they should have been. Most of the staff was pleasant and helpful, though.

Terrible customer service

Felt like home away from home. This property takes care of you. Great staff, nice amenities and great location. You can get to places in a car within 10 to 15 mins. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff were not very friendly. Room was not ready till almost 4pm. Check out states at 11 , but at 10 am room cards gets deactivated .

The no early check in after a 730a flight, sucked, we were told it was a group checking in and my mother and I were exhausted, wanted to shower change clothes and then explore. But, we literally had to wait until 3pm and that was the longest most frustrating thing because we basically missed a day of adventures as I am planning to move. By the time we checked in everything we wanted to do was closed and we were too tired. The staff at the front desk particularly a Black guy named Damion was RUDE from day one. On Saturday a young man Latino I believe, who was working with damion and EXTREMELY polite went home because of Damions attitude toward Black guest. I stopped the Latino guy because he spoke to my mom respectfully and handed her a towel after Damion was SO NASTY to her and was basically rushing her out the way to hurry and assist a Latino woman who he spoke to respectfully. All we needed was clean towels & Damion refused! I expressed that I would be writing a report on Damions behavior towards Black people as a Black man and handed the Latino guy a few bucks for respecting my mom and apologized for him working in a hostile environment. He expressed that Damion was yelling at him for explaining to the guest about housekeeping. Which might I add for 700.00 in holds you should be told that upon check in that you must REQUEST room service for towels and soap. I explained to the young man that I observed how Damion was speaking to him & it was unprofessional

Flew in from New York to Houston for a week and Ashley was an Amazing Staff , Helped me with everything I needed and made my Experience Welcoming loving the southern Hospitality .Thank you Ashley Keep Being Great !! ( Mo )

Staff were very courteous and friendly

Pros: comfortable beds, kitchen, showers were hot and comfortable, bathrooms roomy, room large, fast elevators, clean large fitness room, water in fitness room and ice on every floor available, breakfast is hot and delicious and wait staff attentive Cons: barking dogs that hotel staff would not take care of despite NUMEROUS calls allowing the dog to stay in the room unattended barking without stopping, No dinner options on Sunday evening is terrible!, one meal we did have a the hotel the order was brought out wrong and we were the only ones ordering food and the bartender appeared annoyed instead of apologetic, homeless sleeping basically outside the door and under the bridge, dogs treated better that paying people, floors in dinning area were NEVER swept or vacuumed the three days we were there, pool was overloaded beyond capacity with UK Rugby Fans with obnoxiously loud music then the Sunday that they were gone the pool was emptied of water and no swimming for the rest of us Sunday or Monday, Manager never returned our calls and was not available on Sunday at all to address the dog barking issue. Market prices in lobby are outrageous and the self check out machine does not work properly so took my husband 30 minutes to buy a pack of crackers. SO, would not recommend the hotel at all.

Lovely new hotel and room was exceptional. Very close to the freeway. So if you’re a light sleeper, make sure your room is not near that. Free coffee and water is available. Parking garage is a tight turn from the road and safety gates are available. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They do not tell you that they are adjacent to a very loud and busy freeway at night. So if you are a light sleeper like me this is not the hotel for you! Even with earplugs. Maybe with noise cancelling headphones you could sleep but then you are sleeping with headphones on all night. We also had the idea that they were right next to the Galleria but you would have to drive or walk under a freeway intersection so it was not what we had expected for a Mother/Daughter trip. When I went the first morning to ask for a quieter room the woman told me that they were sold out. She also asked me if anyone had told me that the 14th floor with city view was loud. She knew it was a loud room and was surprised that no one at the hotel had informed me of this. She handed me earplugs. Aaron checked me in the day before and said nothing about this. I tried a second night with earplugs but it was not helpful. The hotel was clean but the pool is tiny. Also the first night we could not get into the gym. The door handle was broken. I also got hit by the elevator door. It also hit other people in the shoulder when they were entering the elevator. We left on the second and when I spoke to the manager, Aaron, he said when his family stayed on the 14th flr they did not complain about the noise. Very disappointed that he was not more considerate to other people's opinions that are paying $275+ a night. Will not return.

Loved it all, breakfast was great. Bar was too pricey for me as a 25 year old.

The buffet breakfast offered fell far below the standard we got at other Staybridge suites!!- including the exceptional sister hotel at Nasa Clear Water, which we also stayed at last month. For our VIP free beverage we received a small bottle of water, after having to insist that it was part of our booking!

Great property close to eveything, nice clean and new rooms. Very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is on the poor side , same stuff everyday and no options. Good Happy Hour and Bar Food.

Second time staying here, great Hotel but the breakfast is below average. Location is central , close to everything. Rooms are very clean, service is great all around.
