Courtyard by Marriott Houston Heights/I-10

Family of four stayed over Christmas. Convenient. Gym onsite. Good lobby area.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Location was convenient for our plans. There is very little street parking, so be prepared to pay $15/night to park in the garage.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Like how they now have a security guard by the parking garage.

The hotel was very nice. The location was great. The pool bordered the interstate. That was very noisy.

Being right off the Katy Freeway, it was a surprisingly quiet location. Parking garage was nice.

The food at the hotel restaurant was really good as was the coffee in the morning. Also, gym was great.

Dates and not the cleanest. Shower was broken. Nothing in walking distance. Quiet and comfortable enough for a short business stay.

The property was great and I would definitely stay at Courtyard by Marriott again as I find the standard across properties in different cities to be pretty consistent - I know what I’ll be getting. That said, I was upset to learn that my room would only be serviced every other day, not daily. Sadly, during my two night stay, my room was not serviced at all and I had to make my own bed and live with the pile of wet towels amassing in the corner of the bathroom. I hadn’t expected that.

I booked a suite at this hotel for the night before and after my wedding. I specifically told cleaning staff that my bridesmaids and I would be getting ready there and we would be leaving at 3pm. They told me they would clean my room after then and said it would be no problem. When my husband and I walked into the room was exactly how my bridesmaids and I had left it. The trash wasn’t taken out. The beds weren’t made. The towels weren’t changed. Bags of food we left to be taken were still there. The room smelled like food. Disappointing to say the least. When I called for a possible room switch, I was told there are no more rooms available and “it’s really crazy they didn’t clean your room I don’t know why they would do that.” I was also told that my husband and I could come and grab clean towels from downstairs. I was clearly upset, and left note of this with the front desk personnel the next morning and asked to speak with a manager, but they told me no one was on site and they would have someone reach out. Over a week later and that has yet to happen and Ofcourse they already took their money. Extremely disappointed with Courtyard and this location for how they treated us on our wedding night, which resulted in us cleaning our own room. Had it not been for how exhausted we were, we would have drove home. The best thing about this hotel was the convenience of location, but there is plenty of construction in the area making it difficult to find for some. Tread lightly.

The property was very clean and quiet. The staff was helpful with my needs. The room looked like it did on the picture and had all the amenities.

This hotel is showing its age. Rooms are nothing special, and it doesn’t seem like anything has been updated in years. Most disappointing was the room’s air conditioning unit. It was very loud and would cycle on and off during the night, making it difficult to sleep. And the room would cycle between cold and hot depending on whether the unit was on or not. Bottom line — at this price point, there are better options.

From check in to check out, staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the room! Spacious and the loveseat was perfect for watching TV. Bathroom was large enough to handled both our toiletries at the same time.

Was very quiet and had a very comfortable bed.

We booked a king with sleeper sofa for 2 adults and our teen child. The king bed was terrible with a large dip one one side that was unavoidable. The sleeper sofa would not open to a flat position. We had a late night and just wanted to rest. Not wanting to switch rooms in the middle of the night - we decided to tough it out. Also the smoke detector flashed a very bright green light all night.

Nice, relatively new hotel. $20 a day for parking. Room has an abundance of outlets and charge ports. Well thought out room design and features.

I like to walk/run and this location was in a great area for me to do either. The area is very nice and there were several trails nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable

The stay was excellent the the staff are very friendly and helpful. In particular were the cook, Dana who took the time to meet us and make sure our stay and food were of high standards. Also, Audrey at the front desk was exceptional too. She was helpful in making recommendations for restaurants. I highly recommend this Courtyard.

Overall, i had a good stay. Very nice lady that served Starbucks in the morning. Clean safe facility. Only issue was the gentleman that checked us in wasn’t super friendly or informative. He didn’t explain the parking garage and it made it a challenge to get into the hotel after parking. A few seconds of explanation would have been helpful.

Checked in and the tv wasn’t working and then was moved to a room when I opened the door the beds were not done and there was dirty towels on the floor. Had to call the receptionist and tell Her to move me rooms again. This is with a newborn and all his bags were waiting for them to give us the keys to the 3rd room and 20 minutes go by and nothing I head downstairs and the lady ask me if I got the keys I said no. She said she would comp us our parking pass and breakfast for one room I checked out today got my receipt and to our surprise got charged for parking and breakfast to our card.

Nice! Currently, though, the service road is under construction and it’s inconvenient to access the property.

Nice property to stay at, clean, safe and convenient to I-10 and other major highways.

Love the hotel for newness and convenience to family in The Heights area. However, it’s close proximity to Katy freeway you can hear trucks and cars whizzing by. The room is not soundproof so I used a pillow over my head to drown out the noise. However I booked a hard of hearing room for my brother who was located on other side on a lower floor and he heard nothing.

One of the roads leading out from the hotel was blocked due to construction. A little noisy due to the highway nearby.

Stay was nice. Could have a breakfast for travelers. At price per night some free commodities like breakfast would be nice. The coffee that is in room is Awful. Really need to change brands. But otherwise I would recommend and stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and fun! Everyone was delightful! Our room was great! The only thing that I missed was the lotion😄There wasn’t any in the bathroom. Bar in the lobby was great!

We liked how clean and prompt the cleaning service was. We didn’t like the fact that the bar did not have anyone that knew how to make simple cocktails. Disappointed in the restaurant as well.
