Very nice room with a kitchen, which really helps when you have a family! Free yummy popcorn in the lobby, nice grassy walking area for your pup. The best part was Noelle at the front desk, who is a very sweet lady! Super personality and very kind. Highly recommend this hotel. A+

Great place just outside of downtown with ample free parking, right next to a gas station. Small shop on-site although it seemed to be closed much of the time, maybe only morning hours? The room was extremely clean which is saying a lot for someone who travels with lysol wipes and their own bedding, the fact that it was clean even for me is impressive. Fridge is full size and countertop is enough for cooking so for a week+ staying in louisville this was very convenient to grocery shop and be very comfortable. I saw many work trucks and lots of people up and out early 5-6am so I didn't hear any late partying or any noise really. All in all for the price, how quick and easy it was to get to downtown, free parking, cleanliness, amenities in the room this hotel would be a repeat if i ever needed to go back to the city

This is a decent hotel. But the exterior and surroundings are a bit drab and could use some continued update to landscaping, outside lighting and more neighboring businesses for gas /convenience and dining. Otherwise its a decent. Also, because this is a "Suites" type hotel, there isnt a commons area that serves a continental breakfast , which I think would be a good option to have.

Coffee was terrible and for the money they offer nothing for breakfast. So many other places offer some kind of breakfast at no charge. Parking is tight but manageable. It is a very clean hotel.

The room was nice and clean upon entry. Greeted by the a/c set at 56. Explains why when we turned the heat to 71 it climbed to 78 degrees and would not go down. We ended up sleeping with the window open and having a box fan going and the system off. The tub did not drain from a broken stopper and the disposer was not operable. The pool was also permanently closed. The nice thing was that laundry was free. Our rate was $161 a night :( .

Room was clean bed was comfortable and pillows was soft. The shower wasn’t hot enough even when it was all the way on hot water. I suggest staying here. The only downfall is that there’s no place to eat close by. The parking lot is small.

This hotel is not really downtown so just be aware of that. However it is easy to get to and free parking. It was a spacious room it was very clean had everything we needed. The only drawback was the shower would not maintain hot water it would have some for a bit and then went lukewarm.

We were given the wrong room. Booked a king and got a queen. Upon leaving noticed dead bug on desk when I used google to identify it said could be a bedbug. Praying it wasn’t.

Room smelled damp and dank when we first walked in. Tub wouldn’t drain. After notifying two separate staff members we left for the concert only to return 8 hours later to standing water in the tub. Upon notifying a third staff member we decided we were done and ended up checking out around 1:30 in the morning.

Upon arrival I was very impressed with the hotel and room, my main issues were the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The tv and outlets did not work periodically throughout my stay. The fix was to every two hours, flip the breaker that is in the room. The microwave did not work and refused to heat up food. The cookware was badly cared for. The ice maker was brilliant at making noises but not making ice. The freezer and dishwasher had a horrible smell. The only upside was the gym and free packets of hot chocolate. From what I paid my stay was horrible. Outside of the hotels control: loud neighbor upstairs and a woman using all of the machines for the laundry.

When I arrived, I had to wait in the lobby for a solid 10 minutes with no one there to check me in. It doesn't sound like a long time, but I'd been driving for 6 hours, it was 9:00pm and I just wanted to check in. There was no sign to explain why no one was there and the only sign I found when looking around was to call "1" on the lobby phone for assistance. I did that and the phone rang behind the counter, where no one was. Also, in the parking lot where I had to park, there was a truck parked with ridiculously loud music and about 10 guys drinking and talking. I was alone, the lot wasn't well lit, and it just felt unsafe. This wasn't the cheapest hotel around but it felt like it was with the level of security. The whole area around the hotel is ripped up with construction (not the fault of the hotel, obviously). The bathtub was also clogged which I found out while taking a shower, so that was gross. The only real positive was that it was right off of the interstate, so I was able to get out of there quickly and get back on the road in the morning.
When I arrived, I had to wait in the lobby for a solid 10 minutes with no one there to check me in. It doesn't sound like a long time, but I'd been driving for 6 hours, it was 9:00pm and I just wanted to check in. There was no sign to explain why no one was there and the only sign I found when looking around was to call "1" on the lobby phone for assistance. I did that and the phone rang behind the counter, where no one was. Also, in the parking lot where I had to park, there was a truck parked with ridiculously loud music and about 10 guys drinking and talking. I was alone, the lot wasn't well lit, and it just felt unsafe. This wasn't the cheapest hotel around but it felt like it was with the level of security. This is a decent hotel. But the exterior and surroundings are a bit drab and could use some continued update to landscaping, outside lighting and more neighboring businesses for gas /convenience and dining. Otherwise its a decent. Also, because this is a "Suites" type hotel, there isnt a commons area that serves a continental breakfast , which I think would be a good option to have.

This location is wonderful for anyone visiting Louisville. Quick and easy drive to downtown, the staff and rooms are excellent and I felt safe in this area. I would recommend it to everyone.

This hotel is not really downtown so just be aware of that. However it is easy to get to and free parking. It was a spacious room it was very clean had everything we needed. The only drawback was the shower would not maintain hot water it would have some for a bit and then went lukewarm.

Very nice room with a kitchen, which really helps when you have a family! Free yummy popcorn in the lobby, nice grassy walking area for your pup. The best part was Noelle at the front desk, who is a very sweet lady! Super personality and very kind. Highly recommend this hotel. A+

Great place just outside of downtown with ample free parking, right next to a gas station. Small shop on-site although it seemed to be closed much of the time, maybe only morning hours? The room was extremely clean which is saying a lot for someone who travels with lysol wipes and their own bedding, the fact that it was clean even for me is impressive. Fridge is full size and countertop is enough for cooking so for a week+ staying in louisville this was very convenient to grocery shop and be very comfortable. I saw many work trucks and lots of people up and out early 5-6am so I didn't hear any late partying or any noise really. All in all for the price, how quick and easy it was to get to downtown, free parking, cleanliness, amenities in the room this hotel would be a repeat if i ever needed to go back to the city

We picked the location primarily for our parents and its close proximity to our daughter’s wedding venue. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. My only wish was for breakfast, as there was nothing easily accessible for our elderly parents. But overall, we would consider staying here again.

Surrounding area felt decently safe, but the building itself was sandwiched between two inactive construction sites and was dark/gloomy. Inside seemed like management hadn't invested a dime in the place since the 80s. There were bags of trash visible behind the lobby counter, the room's shower did not function properly, all fixtures were run down, and breakfast was not provided. Overall, we expected A LOT more from a property rated 9 that cost over $300 per night. Feeling super mislead by the Expedia listing, which clearly used outdated photos (I.e. building sign pictured wasn't even the same). Thankfully, we only had to endure this place for a one-night stopover during our cross-country road trip, so we survived. The following night we stayed at a Marriott that cost half the price, was clean, and had all the amenities we expected. Lesson learned. Only reason I'm not giving this place the lowest rating possible is because of the kind staff who checked us in/out. Holding out hope that they find a way to escape this dump.

Coffee was terrible and for the money they offer nothing for breakfast. So many other places offer some kind of breakfast at no charge. Parking is tight but manageable. It is a very clean hotel.

Room was clean bed was comfortable and pillows was soft. The shower wasn’t hot enough even when it was all the way on hot water. I suggest staying here. The only downfall is that there’s no place to eat close by. The parking lot is small.

Even though the property is fairly new, there were problems with the room. The heater unit sounded like crickets on steroids all through the night due to bad fan, and the toilet rocked on the ground and wasn't securely installed. There is also no breakfast offered. It was a good rate, and a good location for our quick 1 night stay.
