This is a lovely hotel with good ambience and very clean and impressive. However, for the price 1) the pool is small, you can only book 2 hour slots (if lucky), gets a bit crowded etc. 2) there is a ferry (for hotel users) to go main island, but it is not complimentary. Guests have to pay. For a high end hotel I was very surprised. 3) Everything is geared to making you spend money - even a basic like water was at a charge (mini-bar or at shop). Or you pay more for executive and then get drinks and nibbles.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely 5 star hotel and spa celebrating my 40th bday and our anniversary. The spa was fabulous. Loved the hot tub jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. We got a couples Swedish massage and let me tell you it was the best massage we have ever had. We enjoyed the live piano show during the weekend and the dinner was fabulous. The sky bar is elegant with blue fluorescent lights and you can see beautiful views of Venice on each side of the bar. They have a lovely pool on the roof we are excited to check out when we return in summer next time. The breakfast was awesome!!! They had everything you can think of for breakfast and even had a chocolate fountain with fruit to dip in. They also have their own taxi boat which takes you back and forth between the islands. The decor is exquisite! the hotel also held the Arthur Murray dance competition there. We had the pleasure to watch. This is a Lovely lovely resort. I highly recommend it for couples and families when visiting Venice.

Great hotel to stay in , they have a water shuttle that runs often so you can visit the other side. The breakfast and happy hour are a nice addition. Mir hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen und Hilton ist immer super. Die Zimmer sind schön. Nicht so toll war, dass das Pool zu hatte und es keine Hinweis dazu gab und der Spa nur "vielleicht" eine Platz hat und schon um 18.00 schliesst. Ausserdem hatte meine Tochter Floh- oder Wanzenbisse. Davon hat uns schon eine andere Familie erzählt, 2 Tage davor. Dann hatten wir es auch. Nicht destotrotz ein schönes Hotel in toller Lage!

Room was very clean and bright. All the staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and catered for everyone. Giudecca is a welcome retreat from the liveliness of Venice. I didnt use the shuttle, but the times seemed very regular and if you have not visited Venice before then its certainly worth the 15euro per stay. Would recommend the hotel its what you would expect, check in and out is swift and a no hassle experience.

We had a great experience. I had a bad experience with the clogged bathroom drain, I called three times to have it unclogged, but they never showed up. I ended up unclogging it myself, and it was really disgusting. It wasn't something I should have been doing.

This hotel reservation desk is the problem we had. I booked on expedia, but needed to adjust the dates, I contacted them through Expedia but after two days I got no response. I called and updated the date over the phone (extending another day) they said this was fine. Then upon arrival they said I couldn’t prove I had changed the days as I didn’t know the persons names. No longer a Venice canal view and the English speaking reception (with an accent, so it was harder for me) said they have one room them can give me with an awful view (literally the only room with a view of internal polls and utility beams- I understand why the rent it last) She said “I can give you the room for one eighteen” I was happy with that as I was going to spend 300 something on the view room, so with such a low room rate I’m fine keeping the curtains closed to avoid the metal poles) Not until two days later do I find out she did not say “I can give you the room for one eighteen” - it was “I can give you the room Four- One- Eight’e” 🙈 So I spend hundreds more than expected, for no view at all - even though I could show them the call made to them for 10 minutes days prior they didn’t have record of it. All in all at the higher price for no view I would have much rather stayed at a hotel on the other side of the canal so we didn’t have to take a sweaty shuttle boat to San Marcos where everything is located. Obviously would have been better if I spoke Italian, but she spoke English.

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Molino Stucky. It's a beautiful property that has gorgeous views of Venice from its rooms and rooftop. The staff were very accommodating and the water taxi service to the city is very prompt and convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

Room is beyond tiny and walls have huge black scratches on them. Mini fridge had to be fixed and hairdryer replaced. Don’t eat at the on site restaurant - massively overpriced (more than double costs of local eateries) and much better options available within a 2 minute walk. For the cost was underwhelmed by the experience.

Beautiful unique property. Exceptional 5 star service. Comfortable king size beds, gorgeous view of Venice, beautiful well appointed rooms. The rooftop pool and bar is a really fun way to see Venice at night. The breakfast was beautifully done. Highly recommend staying at this quiet, safe resort just a few minutes water taxi from busy main Venice. Also, Hilton has their own water taxi running frequently day and night to the major tourist areas and it’s complimentary, so you don’t have to navigate public transportation. There are a handful of restaurants on this island as well with a local feel where you can easily get a table right on the water.

Seems a bit out of the way but nearby boat stop and water taxi to airport make it work. Nice large rooms, good restaurants anf cool pool on roof, good lid nearby restaurants. It’s large and rooms are a bit circuitous to find but one of best values in Venice!!!

We did not get a room like the pictures we saw in Expedia and they gave after I noticed the front desk they gave me the same room with a view but is was very outdated and located in level -1 basement :( They offer me another room but it was $630 more per day so we just stay there with no other option! We paid $370 per night. There is no transportation to the hotel so be prepared to pay $40 per day for boat shuttle or $150 for Private boat taxi Pool is nice but limited to 2-hours per day each guest :(

Terrible welcome! Almost an hour in line waiting to check in and not even a glass of water was offered. Inexplicable, because there were only three people in front of us. Nice and clean room although the bar extremely full and queue again to enter. For the price paid per night, I would have expected exceptional service and it was not at all this way. Very varied breakfast as a strong point. Still wouldn't go back. Pésima bienvenida! Casi una hora en fila esperando el check in y ni un vaso de agua ofrecieron. Inexplicable, pues solo eran tres personas delante de nosotros. Habitación bonita y limpia aunque el bar sumamente lleno y fila nuevamente para ingresar. Con el precio que se paga por noche, hubiera esperado un servicio excepcional y no fue para nada de esta forma. Desayuno muy variado como punto fuerte. Aún así no regresaría.

The staff at Stucky Molina Hilton is absolutely horrible. They are of no use and if you ask them for anything they roll their eyes and try to pass it on to someone else. Room cleaning is very bad. Overall we didn’t have a great experience.

I called for assistance in the room as temperature was rising. 3 calls over 2 days, nobody cane to the room. Had to walk to lobby and ask for a manager in order to get assistance. We had our room moved at 10pm. Also the boat taxi cost more to reserve through Hilton than getting to the Hilton. You would think they would take better care of their customers. Will not return.

A beautiful Hotel in a magic city. The room was amazing, and the Hilton breakfast as always above and beyond any other. But what really made the difference was the Staff and their excellent service. From the warm welcome received upon arrival from Lucrezia to the attentive assistance received from the Concierge Team and Toros from Security. They were very supportive and helpful, as my wife had a foot injury during a museum visit, and made what seemed to be a ruined holiday, a very memorable one. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

From check in to check out everything we experienced was perfect. The staff went out of their way to help us during a medical problem. We needed to visit a Dr on a Sunday evening and the concierge made a phone call to a doctor who then agreed to come to the hotel to make a “hotel” call!!! Prescription was needed and the hotel sent an employee to the pharmacy to pickup and deliver to us. Who does that…the Hotel Molino Stuckey does that!!! Next time in Venice no other place we would stay is at the wonderful hotel with the most caring staff in the world. Special thanks to the Concierge gentleman who made the call for us and the bell boy who went to the pharmacy to pick up the medication. Luciana who translated for us with the doctor and Martina the trainee for her recommendations and pleasant conversations. Hilton hotel you should be very proud of your employees who work there. It certainly made our trip very memorable.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, but getting around for sightseeing was quite challenging. The water taxi fare from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport was 220 euros. Although the hotel offers a shuttle service, it only goes to San Marco Square, so reaching other tourist attractions requires taking a public water taxi, which consumes a lot of time.

The facility was very nice and clean. The staff was professional. The bidet was a bit odd though. It was like a handwashing sink that was as low to the floor as the toilet was. It didn't spray upwards like you would think that a bidet would. Dining at this hotel is expensive. I made the mistake of eating here the night before I left and I can honestly say that it was the most expensive penne that I've ever paid for. I would recommend ordering food at any other restaurant in Venice and bringing it back to your room with you.

This is a very nice hotel with a super friendly staff but we had difficulty getting our room cleaned each day and the mini bar was never restocked. It is a bit of a tourist trap in the sense that you have to take their free water shuttle into town to find affordable dining. $50 cheeseburgers are somewhat absurd in my opinion. Their restaurant menus are definitely overpriced.

The property and facilities are amazing. My wife and I stayed during our 20 yr anniversary trip and the location and staff were top notch. The team assisted with transportation, tours as well as recommendations for local restaurants which were valuable for us. As a negative, I HIGHLY recommend staying away from the restaurants, bars and room service on site. The price is 3x - 4x what you will find locally and the quality is unbearably poor. If staying at this Hilton, just remember that you should not include the on-site eating as a positive.
