Surprise en apprenant que le parking etait payant ! 22 CHF par 24 heures (nous devions être présent 2 nuits mais nous sommes finalement resté 1 nuit. on a dû se garer devant l'hôtel sur des places interdit de stationner tellement le parking était plein. Heureusement que notre voiture n'a pas été accroché Hôtel tout de même propre

Zimmer die gut mit einer Familie für 4 Personen gehen. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Parkplatz für eine Nacht mit Fr. 22.50 eher teuer.

Excellent new hotel close to airport - clean, quiet, and convenient. It does not have a shuttle service, however, it’s close to a bus station. Note that getting an Uber is problematic due to short distance. Also has great restaurant - the Swiss Bistro.

Good location for an overnight enroute to your early morning flight. Just mind there is no shuttle so if traveling with winter sports gear you will need a taxi/van to go to the airport.

Clean hotel. The rooms are modern and clean but the toilet and bathroom are made entirely of plastic. There were no plugs on one side of the bed. The breakfast was good. The staff is helpful and polite. The hotel does not offer a shuttle to or from the airport.

The location is fantastic, but the hotel is just above the average. By the way, you need to pay for the parking.

Room was ok - very basic - parking was £21 per night which seemed a bit steep. Room was bizarrely set up and while it was ok I wouldnt go as far as recommending

Completely over priced, even by Geneva standards, I felt the hotel was old, tired, and most definitely not 4 stars. Sure, there is technically room service but only if you want reheated pizza; there is supposedly access to a restaurant, but it is closed on Sundays with staff being barely attentive when it is open, the room is extremely basic with no niceties, there is a fitness room but only if you count a treadmill shoved in a corner as 'fitness' This hotel is essentially a great example of how hotels can "game the system" to get their stars. It felt extremely budget, like what I'd expect form the Ibis hotel next-door. I dread to think that staying there must be like if Novotel is the more premium offering.

It would have been helpful to know that the restaurant would be closed and that there was no shuttle to the hotel (we were told only upon calling that we had to take a public bus).

Great - clean and functional

Room very clean, room cleaned everyday with change of towels. Very accesible to airport and city centre. Geneva pass great add ons.

The hotel was clean and new. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. Will stay here again even though we only stayed for a night!

Niveau propreté, il y avait un chewing-gum collé sur le dessus du pommeau de douche donc assez désagréable niveau propreté !!! Dans le Wc séparé comme dans la salle de bain il n’y a pas de crochets ou de barre à linge ? Autrement, nous avions une chambre familiale pour 2 adultes et deux enfants et elle était spacieuse, la literie est très bien.

The room were dirty crumbs on the carpet, very small , no microwave, no refrigerator at all.. I am very disappointed with this hotel not recommend at all.

Stayed here for 3 nights including 2 teenagers in a family room. Great to have a curtain to partition our beds off from theirs at night and give each other a little privacy. The location worked very well for us - right opposite a shopping mall and a bus stop across the street also to take you into the centre or out of the city. The staff were all very friendly and spoke great English to our relief! The breakfast had a great range of hot and cold options - even a pancake making machine! All self service and everything was well labelled and we felt relaxed to help ourselves. The only 2 small issues we had: * because we booked through Expedia, we were not told that Geneva city offer tourists free public transport for their stay, and the passes are given either ahead of time or by the hotel on check-in. We only discovered a day into our stay that we were meant to get these. The staff on reception sorted our passes no problem but said it was due to booking through Expedia had been the issue. * We hired a car (unaware of the offer for free public transport) and drove from the airport in the dark to the hotel. Coming from the direction of the airport, the hotel is on the left and the sat nav was insistent we should turn left, across the main road, to get into the hotel, however there were clearly signs saying we couldn't. As a result we lost about 20 mins driving around trying to get ourselves back towards the hotel. Not the hotel's fault but just a warning if driving!

The property is nice and clean. However the aircon doesn’t work properly. Requested staff for a fan as we were drenched in sweat but as per them they don’t have any fans. Also they don’t provide iron in the room and have a separate iron room where you will stand for hours as there are other people in the queue before you. Also the iron was not the best. A bottle of water will cost you 8 CHF which is definitely a crazy price.

Best night's sleep of the holiday. No Noise from the airport. Room was cool and bed was comfortable. Transport was convenient. Good wifi. Most importantly, the lady at reception was kind, patient and helpful

Nice place amd convenient if going to the airport. People are friendly. Bathrooms in the rooms are too small and outdated.

The hotel was wonderful, the staff were so friendly and helpful, our family room was perfect for the 4 of us with a separate toilet to the bath/shower room. Breakfast was great with a big selection and buffet style which is great with a family. Thank you for a great stay.

FREE BUS Tickets during your stay, No Need ride from Airport to the Hotel ad viseversa, Bus No 10 will pick you up right outside the airport exit gate to the accross the hotel at Balexert Mall, going to the airport with your bags, catch the same bus no10 at infront of the hotel the right side accross the Mall, straight to the Airport, So Convenient Hotel with very helpful hotel staf. Very near to the airport. Large mall right outside and so is bus stop. Old town as well as downtown shopping areas are just 10 min bus ride away. Quiet area overall. Rooms area will equipped and very nice. Front desk is very helpful as well

Just a super location.

Great hotel, location is excellent with family (opposite shopping mall with food mall there); with automatic-free Geneva travel pass, also located in front of bus that goes to both Airport / train station and downtown. For pets, also good (small park outside for walking). Wasn't informed of CHF20 fee for dogs though. Breakfast (CHF25 per adult, kids eat free) is worth it (nice decent selection). Only 2 qualms (as with most hotels): 1) AC system is nonsensical / user-unfriendly... we just switched it off (I think, couldn't understand if that actually worked!); 2) only 1 hook available for 4 wet towels (family of 4)! PUT IN MORE HOOKS or TOWEL RAILS! Overall a solid stay!

The hotel was nearby the Geneva Airport. Also it was front of shopping mall Balexert. It’s a quiet place and the hotel provided us free transportation throughout our stay which is amazing and made our stay easy. I liked the hotel and how friendly they are and I think whenever I come to Geneva I’ll stay there.

Good solid stay no complaints, we enjoyed our stay in geneva. Local bus service stopped just outside (no 10 bus takes you into geneva city centre). Large shopping mall opposite with a nice supermarket and food hall. (Note mall is shut sundays)

We stayed for a night to catch the flight early next morning. Great location, cleanliness, courteous staff. The breakfast needs a special mention, it was fantastic with all options you can think about. Overall we had a great experience.
