The bathroom was gross, little curly hairs all over the place and the tub drain was clogged. The floors in the bedroom were dirty, tonnes of dust bunnies under the bed. The bed was uncomfortable. There is not enough parking. He has 8 rooms and four parking spots. The parking is a double wide driveway so you are expected to be blocked in or you have to block someone else in. You will not get an email with check in instructions, another guest had to wait over an hour to check in upon her arrival because she could not get in touch with the host. Also no AC.

This property is actually about 7 bedrooms, the bedroom doors have locks with codes on them. The shower has mold in it. There is a kitchen but the stove has a sign that says "NO COOKING" so that is unfortunate. I parked where I was told to and then somebody double parked behind me in the driveway. Because I had to go to an event all day, I had to take an expensive Uber to my event and then get a ride back to this location in order to collect my car. I informed the owner of my difficulties and received no response. It's cheap and you can tell, and it would have been fine except for the parking situation.

This property had all the charm of a youth hostel with none of the amenities. A single family home converted to a dormitory with 10 rooms, shared bathrooms and two showers for all, there is a two-chair common area in the kitchen where you can’t cook. If you want this level of accommodation, it is fine. If you were tricked into it, it was miserable.

There are no tea cups in this facility, its very cold and as such most of us would like to take tea or coffee. I also can not cook my meal here and I am staying here for about a month. These things should be looked at. Thanks

It’s a house that the guy cut up into ten or so different rental rooms. No cooking allowed! Place was dusty from being sealed up. Bed was on the floor and difficult to get up from. Blankets and sheets looked like they were from a garage sale. Bathroom shower was in the underground basement! There were even two “units” in that underground basement.

We were there before the 11pm deadline. Kitchen non functional. Paint pealing. Owners not present, nor were they answering their phone. The Guest/resident was not helpful. The bath room was discusting. After 2 hrs of waiting on the owners, we left and found a hotel.

DON’T STAY HERE. This place ruined my trip. The room was dirty and the bed had no sheets. The bathroom had hair on the floor and shower area. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and it didn't have any towels or toilet paper either. AND THE WORST THING WAS that I called him to ask for sheets and towels, he told me he would be there in half an hour, he arrived and went into the room without asking permission, and when I told him I needed sheets, he yelled at me and told me to leave. I told him it was fine, but to give me the money back, which he refused. In conclusion: he kept my money and kicked me off his property for asking for towels and sheets.

Odour throughout the property unexplained, stained countertops in the kitchen when arrived, everything was subpar, you get what you pay for, but the unexplained smell throughout the house was very displeasing, very pungent especially in the kitchen area, ruins your whole appetite, along with having to share with 1 house with random strangers was unexpected

It is a room inside an abandoned house, in 3 floors, no living room, no common area, no facility , no cooking permission , no kitchen facilities, no TV and almost ghosts house. you should smoke in the back yard full of grass and shower in dirty bath, and sleep in a room with insects on the ceiling, they are earning without spending a penny for housekeeping to at least keep the place clean. Fully shock!

I liked that the host was responsive when I contacted them, and all our interactions were professional. The front door and the door to my room had a keyless electronic door lock.The bathrooms were not clean - there was urine in and around the toilet, the bathtub/shower, sink, mirror, and counters had scum, and bathtub and shower had mold. The walls are thin and I could easily hear the people talking in the room beside me. The AC wasn't sufficient if it was on - I was hot and sweating. I was very uncomfortable and would not stay here again.

The place is really disgusting. We arrived at 6pm and still hadn’t received our room details and access code. Had to call the host and which took longer than necessary because we did not have a local number that he could text us on and he refused to do it by email because he was driving though our booking information stated that it would communicated 24hours before check-in time. Now the house: filthy. The bathroom is disgusting and doesn’t look like it’s had a clean in a while. The house and room is overall cleaner but there’s a really bad stink. Oh and watch out for the bathroom door upstairs, it gets stuck and it might be a while before you are able to get it opened. Giving you the heads up because the host doesn’t.

The checking in was fast and smooth, the properly is clean and the outside yard is lovely. Close to everything you need ans easily accessible by public transit. We would definitely rebook at this location. Added bonus, the beds, bedding and pillows are so comfortable.

I would not recommended this property at all. No entry information was provided before getting to the house. There was no cooking facilities as the photos suggested - only a microwave and a fridge freezer which was very full and dirty. I would not recommended this property at all. No entry information was provided before getting to the house. There was no cooking facilities as the photos suggested - only a microwave and a fridge freezer which was very full and dirty. This property is actually about 7 bedrooms, the bedroom doors have locks with codes on them. The shower has mold in it. There is a kitchen but the stove has a sign that says "NO COOKING" so that is unfortunate. I parked where I was told to and then somebody double parked behind me in the driveway. Because I had to go to an event all day, I had to take an expensive Uber to my event and then get a ride back to this location in order to collect my car. I informed the owner of my difficulties and received no response. It's cheap and you can tell, and it would have been fine except for the parking situation.

This property had all the charm of a youth hostel with none of the amenities. A single family home converted to a dormitory with 10 rooms, shared bathrooms and two showers for all, there is a two-chair common area in the kitchen where you can’t cook. If you want this level of accommodation, it is fine. If you were tricked into it, it was miserable.

There are no tea cups in this facility, its very cold and as such most of us would like to take tea or coffee. I also can not cook my meal here and I am staying here for about a month. These things should be looked at. Thanks

Odour throughout the property unexplained, stained countertops in the kitchen when arrived, everything was subpar, you get what you pay for, but the unexplained smell throughout the house was very displeasing, very pungent especially in the kitchen area, ruins your whole appetite, along with having to share with 1 house with random strangers was unexpected

It’s a house that the guy cut up into ten or so different rental rooms. No cooking allowed! Place was dusty from being sealed up. Bed was on the floor and difficult to get up from. Blankets and sheets looked like they were from a garage sale. Bathroom shower was in the underground basement! There were even two “units” in that underground basement.

I liked that the host was responsive when I contacted them, and all our interactions were professional. The front door and the door to my room had a keyless electronic door lock.The bathrooms were not clean - there was urine in and around the toilet, the bathtub/shower, sink, mirror, and counters had scum, and bathtub and shower had mold. The walls are thin and I could easily hear the people talking in the room beside me. The AC wasn't sufficient if it was on - I was hot and sweating. I was very uncomfortable and would not stay here again.

The ad was misleading, it is clearly written that I would get the entire place to myself, there was no notice of having to share with other strangers and I did not find out until a few hours before check in. Did not even get an apologies, and the site is non refundable. I lost my money due to an error on the hosts end.
