Great stay. It's a lower price for people who are spending their day seeing the sites, and coming back to regroup and sleep. Only issue, which they do try and address: Shower sets off the fire alarm. Even if it's not your room. Went off 2 nights during my stay. Rooms clean. You can drop off your luggage before check-in, and you can check-in much later than 2pm (if you're out n about).

Great location, room is what you would expect from a budget hotel and is fine, but THE FIRE ALARMS!!! Four in two days - twice in the morning, twice late at night. Made it very hard to relax for fear of the alarm going off again - be warned if you stay here, keep a bag with warm clothes, shoes and a room key by the door for when (not if) the fire alarm activates...

Good value summer accommodation in Imperial College student halls. Clean white bedding and towels. Very basic room, no tv or fridge. Carpeted floor. No air conditioning in a room. The room was really hot in the heat. Maybe better in spring or autumn. Bathroom is quite small and there is no hand shower. Convenient for Hyde Park, Museums and Royal Albert Hall . Secure. Useful small shop on site.

Location is excellent, close to major attractions and landmarks like the V&A, science museum, natural history museum, royal albert hall. Wi-fi a bit spotty, disconnects on its own and you have to keep logging back in. Fire alarm went off at 2:30am (yup!) and before midnight on a different day. It is a big issue because sleep keeps getting interrupted. Everyone has to evacuate. No management around to address issue and per older reviews this seems to have been an ongoing issue for quite a while.

Se tomar banho com a porta do banheiro aberto o vapor liga o alarme de incêndio de todos os dormitórios e todos tem que sair. O sensor de incêndio é bem sensível. A loja Harrods é muito perto, todos melhores museus, metrô (underground) perto, parque lindo na frente, piscina tem que pagar £15,00 para usar por 2 horas para nadar. Localização especial. Bicletas e patinetes para alugar no app quase na frente. O pessoal que trabalha lá são excelentes e ajudam muito. O café da manhã é dentro da universidade então tem que atravessar a rua entrar na universidade andar lá dentro até chegar na cafeteria. O Buffet é bom. Tem que caminhar uns 10 minutos para chegar no café da manhã.

I wish it had been clear this is student accommodation, initially though I had been scammed as couldn’t find princes gardens. Only went into the uni halls because of the photo that I had to check. The was a huge line to check in. Staff were very friendly. The room was very very odd, bed in the middle of the room, w Bathroom appeared to have been, except the floor which had multiple pubic hairs scattered around.

It was an easy check in, very helpful staff in the reception area. The location was great for the museums and tube. The room was very basic which was what we expected for the money paid. However the cleanliness of the bathroom was poor lots of mould etc. Carpets also could do with cleaning.

Zimmergrösse war okay. Duschen sanierungsbedürftig. Fön fehlt. Sehr hellhörig bzw.die Türen. Doppelbett sehr klein, könnte größer sein. Und bitte etwas größere Bettdecken oder für jede Person eine Bettdecke bereitstellen. Gute Lage, sehr zentral. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This is Hostel accommodation for Imperial College London. So it is like sleeping in College Dorm room. We reserved room with 2 twin beds and our room had 2 of everything. Desk, Lamp, Towel set, etc. Room was clean but don’t expect hotel like setup. Bathroom was really small. Shower was big enough for just standing one person and there was no way you could put soap on yourself without turning off water completely. Toiletries were provided and were sufficient.

You HAVE to be better at defining that this is a student residence not a hotel. The address was very difficult to find. Just be transparent and more explanatory. Also, tell people in advance that breakfast is faaaar from the residence. Frankilene at the snack bar was asked to microwave something for me, she was so rude and put out like I'd asked her to strip naked, she needs a serious attitude adjustment. Nice clean room, but the bed cannot be advertised as double, it's a large twin at best. You're dressing a monkey in silk here it was okay but you have to be honest. Once we found breakfast, it was exceptional. Reception staff we're very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is on a university campus and the rooms appear to be dorm rooms. With that said, the room was fine, check in was easy. The only thing we didn’t like or realize was there was no TV in the room. We were only there 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Okay hotel for a short city stay just for sleeping. Very small room, worn furniture, quite old bathroom. Very small bed (around 120cm) for 2 people. The fire alarm went off 3 times in 5 days, two times in the middle of the night and everytime we had to go outside of the hotel, all of them were false alarms, so the smoke sensor is very sensible which is very annoying. There was not a single day where we got the right amount of fresh towels, there was always some missing and we had to go to the reception. Sometimes stains on the towels. The only good thing about this hotel is the price, location and friendliness of staff.

Läget på stället var 10 av 10. Mycket nära till t-bana och stan med en kort promenad. Ligger nära många fina museum. Stället var helt okej, rent var det! Däremot så tjöt brandlarmet 3 av 4 nätter. Det var väldigt stressfullt då vi var på semester och behövde evakuera på nätterna! Sängarna var hårda, rummen var bra!

Students dorms with no A/C so it can be a bit crazy during the summer, just a small fan. The room is small but comfortable and the location is very good. When checking in, two employees were insulting each other and it was a bit uncomfortable. Check out was fast and easy

This property is not a regular hotel. It is excess university dorm rooms that are rented out for accommodation. Adjust your expectations accordingly. They are not well set up for travelers, meaning that there is no great place to put a suitcase, no shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. The bed is functional but not necessarily comfortable. Mine was hard. But it was clean, quiet, and very convenient to one of the South Kensington stations. Something to know, however, is that even though this entrance is an easy 2-minute walk from the rooms, it is not close to the actual train lines. After entering the underground there is a 5-10 minute walk to the train platforms. If you would like to be on the trains more quickly, I suggest looking for alternative accommodation.

The whole experience of staying here was dreadful. 100% DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The booking does not say anything about this being student accommodation. I paid just short of £200 for 1 night which is disgusting for student accommodation with no facilities. Staff who didnt know what they were doing (obviously new/part time for summer). Some tried to help; manager was very rude & unhelpful. Keys didnt work on return from evening out. Took 45 minutes , 3 keys & security to get us in. Ruined what was supposed to be a celebratory weekend. Good location near the Albert Hall is the only thing in its favour. I would never stay here again & advise others not to unless only paying £50/night.

I do not consider this facility is a hotel. To get to the front desk you have to walk outside (about 100 yard) to get some help. There is no telephone in the room to reach the front desk. Only good thing I experienced was the front desk staff, generally friendly and helpful. I DO NOT CONSIDER THIS IS A HOTEL.

Great location and very good value. Check in was a bit of nightmare - very disorganised and long queues - but the staff were lovely. The room was basic, but clean and had everything we needed. It was very hot in the room and the fan provided was noisy, but London was basking in a heatwave so to be expected.

Entered room to find luggage still there. That was quickly attended to, and the missing key card disabled....however, we never did receive a second key, which was inconvenient. Rooms were clean, bed ok. I could manage without tv, although I do enjoy winding down with it, or catching morning news. The biggest frustration was fire alarms. Apparently if someone has a streamy shower it will set off the alarm. Two nights out of 3. Breakfast was good. Safe area and walkable to tourist areas.

Check in slow and was delayed. Room was BOILING hot (wasn’t even that hot outside)- didn’t sleep a wink. Bed very uncomfortable and woken up with a bad back. Only one towel given despite two of us staying. Brilliant location - short walk to Hyde Park. Wouldn’t stay again.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating! We had an issue with the toilet flush, and it was addressed properly. The meal ticket was also adjusted to include both my cousin and me. That was very much appreciated! Everyone was very kind and the room was very comfortable! Excellent location! Thank you!

If your wanting to stay here because you have a show at the Royal Albert Hall its literally a 5 minute flat walk to the venue. BRING I.D FOR CHECKING IN !! Neither Expedia or Imperial ( Princes Gardens) are rwminding peopke prior to arrival that you need photo i.d at check in for security, not having it is a ballache from what i could tell from others checking in at the sane time as me

Quick check in . Room was as expected basic but clean there was an empty tube left in the shower but didn’t bother me .i thought bed wasn’t going to be comfy when I first sat on it but had a great night sleep. Rommene er av det sterile slaget, men bærer preg av mange års bruk. Det er en seng, et skrivebord, vannkoker med tilbehør, og skap der. Det er det. Badet er enkelt. Renhold er så som så. Dusjen har muggflekker. Ellers stille og rolig. Sengen var behagelig. Frokosten var for det første vanskelig å finne mellom alle bygninger, men det gikk tilslutt. Frokosten var ellers en stor skuffelse. Dårlig mat, lite mat og dårlig kaffe. Jeg beklager altså Dette stedet passer for deg som er på jobb og skal ha et sted å sove. Det passer absolutt ikke for barnefamilier

This place was excellent. The room was clean and nice, and the bathroom was also clean and spacious. The breakfast included in my package was excellent. It’s a beautiful safe area to stay in, and everything was convenient. My only complaint was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all.

Good 'wholesome' accommodation at - for London - a reasonable price. Clean room. Shower with non-slip floor was a real bonus. Breakfast was a but of a trek from the room (5 min walk in a different building). Very good location for Albert Hall and the museums at South Kensington.
