"I am writing this review out of extreme frustration following my recent stay. Having been a frequent guest at this hotel over the past six months, I was shocked to find an arbitrary $200 charge on my bill for alleged cigarette smoke damage. I do not smoke. I spoke directly with the manager and pointed out the obvious logic: if I were a smoker, this would have been an issue during all of my previous stays. Instead of admitting their error and dropping the charge, management simply reduced the fee to $100, claiming it was for 'minor smoke damage.I strongly object to this charge. Lowering the dollar amount does not make a false accusation right. Because of how unfairly and unprofessionally this was handled, I will not be returning.

Service was great the lady on Saturday morning was very nice, polite, and even help me to get something print. Also the person who is in charge of the buffet in the morning ask if everything was ok. I would definitely use this location for my.next.trip to houston.

Very clean, great atmosphere. The employees are very sweet and welcoming. The lady who works at the bar is such a breath of fresh air and the young man who was working the night shift. Thank you for helping me with my daughter’s birthday surprise!
